The service at spilt milk bar is amazing!!! On the phone and in person they are kind and have patience for the customers. The ice cream they sell is terrific, they give you facts about the ice cream they make and whoever is serving you always has patience and never gets angry if you are spending too much time. The quality of their ice cream isn't like the other ice cream shops, it has a unique taste, in a good unique way. If you order in a tub for takeaway they don't rip you off, they give a really big/decent amount. Of course I would give it 5/5 stars!!!!

Hear me out… THE BEST ICE CREAM.!!! I have tried pistachio, brownies vanilla, milk chocolate flavours so far and omg! They are just incredible. The best part of their ice cream is that it’s not overly sweet! It’s just perfect balance of the flavours and creaminess. Would 100% recommend and return always!

Great ice-cream. No question. Was a bit disappointed to arrive at 9.25pm to discover the door already locked and staff working very hard at avoiding eye contact. I guess my waistline should be grateful...

Wonderful little gelato shop with many interesting flavours to try. I recommend going in and tasting a few so you can really pick what you like. We ended up walking away with two tubs of gelato totalling 6 flavours. The obvious favourites were the vanilla brownie, hazelnut and salted caramel. I'd say my personal favourite would have to be the lemon meringue, which surprised me with a pretty subtle flavour.

Super delicious Gelato!! Great range of flavors and the places is kept clean. Simple seating arrangement. The host was super nice and friendly. Offered sample and a cute sticker to our toddler. Definitely going back to try new flavors.

This store is in a great location with free parking in the vicinity, great for after a big meal. The guy working at the store on Sunday afternoon was so friendly and helpful, it was exciting to be offered samples and he explained everything so kindly. For sure the most memorable customer service experience I've had :) But this wasn't the only great part! The ice cream has got to be the best in Canberra, their Spilt Milk flavour is so refreshing, along with the classic Vanilla. The Lime & Coconut was also unbeatable for a hot day. I'd definitely recommend getting the chocolate coating inside the cone, try it once and you won't turn back 😅 Compared to other shops, their gelato doesn't feel extremely heavy or too sickly sweet; it hits perfectly and you immediately want more! I'll be returning way too many times in the future!!

So nice to have a gelato place in Dickson. I like the quality and the smoothness of their gelato but I definitely wish they had more flavours especially the classics! Overall, a great place to go to, to get some takeaway gelato with some friendly and helpful staff.

Very fast delivery times (15 minutes earlier than schedule) and safe contactless delivery. The ice cream was 10/10 (Nutella was amazing) and everything was packaged very nicely along with a nice note. Definitely recommend supporting Spilt Milk Bar during this lockdown.

Me and my friends visited last night and had a wonderful experience. Service was top notch, friendly, helpful and full of smiles!! They went through the menu, offered taste samples and even ask what order you'd like your gelato scoops. You can tell there is a lot of care that goes into their service and gelato/sorbet. Apparently I had never had real icecream until Spilt Milk! Highly recommend for cute icecream dates or dessert on a night out. It won’t disappoint! They offer dairy and gluten free options so there is something for everyone. Quite easily the most incredible icecream. They offer a wide range of creamy, tasty and unique gelato flavours. Highly recommend the pistachio which they make from raw pistachios!! From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by the most genuinely angelic staff member who ran us through everything. Can’t wait to go back!

Definitely the best ice cream in Canberra. So far I've had the hazelnut and the pistachio. Both times, I was surprised by how much better it is than any other pistachio / hazelnut that I've ever had. I don't know how it's so much better, but I'll keep coming back.

Amazing new gelato place in Dickson. The most delicious flavours, we had pistachio, jaffa and honeycomb. The flavours were beautifully smooth and the guy gave us a lovely introduction to how they make all the flavours on site from scratch.
