Ordered my daughters birthday cake, 5 days out from her big day. Anand was so easy to deal with, when I called and explained we needed a my little pony ice cream cake. He said I could find a picture or he could download one. Being a busy full time working mum, I asked if he would do it. Great cake, everyone enjoyed it! The Casuarina Darwin NT Baskin-Robbins were very helpful and friendly even though it was a last minute thing, I had a cake for my daughter 1st birthday and it was amazing all the guests gave a 10/10 and the manger were very friendly, he kept on reassuring me that I will get a cake. seemed the last place cancel on my cake last moment, the details was also good I would highly recommend this guys to anyone and ma families.

The ice cream cakes at Baskin Robbins are delicious. Taking a bite into them is not a blast of sugar, instead it is smooth and very tasty. Try them and enjoy them. They have so many flavors to choose from! Also they have a quick turn around time of 2 days.

BR Casuarina deserves more than 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had a double celebration and I was stressing on what cake I want to have especially how it will look like! After trying to find cake makers around, we found BR makes customised cakes too - an ice cream cake 😍 I was surprised that the cost was actually similar or even cheaper than a regular customised cake but believe me there is more satisfaction here 😋 They did an amazing job and we are so happy and satisfied! The transaction was so smooth from inquiry to planning to pick up. I had requests here and there and they were very accommodating and very hands on. Shoutout to Anand, you are a legend!!!! 🧞‍♂️ I personally don’t eat cakes during a celebration but this was an exemption. They are right, who doesn’t love ice-cream? We had the Love Potion flavor and honestly is now my new favorite ice cream flavor! I highly recommend BR Casuarina and surely we will keep on coming back on our future celebrations 😍

The staff were really helpful and accommodating when choosing a cake for my daughter’s birthday and when I picked it up it was spot on and looked fabulous. It also tasted great. When it was revealed at her birthday party, she was delighted and her friends had all selected a butterfly or flower to have with their piece within seconds! I would definitely recommend a cake from this store and the service made the experience easy and enjoyable.

We love Baskin and robbins icecream so when it came to what to do for a birthday cake..it was an easy decision. Went in to the shop, asked for a cake. We got great customer service, easy communication, ready on time and absolutely delicious. All the kids at our party loved it! No wastage of cake or icing. We are definitely coming back.

So glad I ordered a cake from Baskins. The staff were easy to deal with and very accomodating. The cake was amazing and well priced. They only thing you need to factor in, is being able to store it in a freezer - although they were able to deliver it, so that really helped. Also make sure you don’t leave any leftover, if you don’t have access to a freezer!! It was so delicious that we didn’t have any left.

There's a lot of cool ice creams, shakes, polar pizzas, cakes, sundaes, toppings, tubs, waffle cones and desserts with various different choices 😛 just keep trying to finish every item in an everytime i visit 😈 Also a friendly helpful patient staff 👍🍦
