Found this place by accident. Nice gelato selections. There is wheelchair access. Indoor and outdoor seating. I had my usual go to gelato flavour - hazelnut. Delicious! Good service overall. Nice ambience. Street parking only so bit hard during peak time. Will be back again for sure.

The young lady that served us has the Best customer service. Unfortunately we didn't get her name , but we do know that she just turned 21 on Friday and is a Taurus. She welcomed us with a big hello and a massive smile and was asking us.. Would you like to try this flavour and then she asked us if we'd like to try another flavour. She was very obliging and very patient whilst we were trying to choose from the variety of ice-creams. It was very refreshing to see a young staff take care of customers the way she did. If we had more customer service like the way she served us in Australia people wouldn't shop online, we'd be going to retail stores...( Hats off to you Miss Taurean

Amazing gelato! Came here around 3pm when wasn't busy so i got to sample a few flavours before deciding. Service was friendly and scoops are quite generous. The gelato is smoothy and creamy and there are many flavours to chose from. A lot of unique flavours as well; black vanilla is an example and some are even made with buffalo milk.

This place gets super busy, it is very popular. There have been times where there could be 20 people waiting in line at their busiest times. It is very nice ice cream and probably one of the few like it in the area. I'm guessing that's why it gets so busy.

This place has amazing icecream. Espresso: the espresso flavour was delicious is had the perfect amount of coffee flavour with creaminess and sweetness Snickas: this literally tasted like a snickers bar and was so delicious with super tasty crunchy peanut bits Chocolate sorbet: for an icecream without dairy this icecream was super rich in flavour and deliciously creamy Salted caramel: I think this one was my favourite the salt and caramel were perfectly balanced and it had delicious bits of caramel throughout it as well which was delicious These were the only flavours me and my family got to try but I would definitely go back to try more flavours. The staff were also super nice and it’s good to see that everyone was wearing masks and following COVID rules. Definitely recommend this place if you want a delicious scoop of icecream.

Most of the ice cream shops make their ice cream very sweet. I wish I could find one with less sugar. This one is very sweet as well. I ordered two serves of 3 scoops with a couple of cones. I forgot the cones on the shelf and went & sat with my family outside. The least of she could have done is to come to us outside & mention that we forgot the cones. That's what I'd have done. But she didn't. I went inside and told her that I forgot the cones, then she asked how many?! & she said I was wondering if they were for me! Anyway to me, the ice cream there is nothing so special.

I even heard another customer commenting, saying "is that all.." The staff seem unsure of the portion and appear to concentrate on every scoop they make, as if they were being told off. When comparing this product with similar ice cream vendors, it's not value for money.

A great selection of flavours and some of the nicest icecream in the North, there's plenty of space inside and it's wheelchair accessible, along with customer seating indoors and out. The staff are always friendly and patient and there's a positive buzz inside. Parking can be hard to get during busy times on this street.

I do enjoy the fact that Augustus Gelatery is close to the northern suburbs of Melbourne. You do not have to travel very far to get an amazing ice cream. I tried their vegan range and I could not tell it was vegan and particularly the pistachio one, it was so good. If you have a sweet tooth and love your ice cream, then you got to go here and try their ice cream.

They have a really wide range of delicious gelato and sorbet and the Zuppa Inglese is my favourite. The price is reasonable compared to inner city locations and there's no compromise on flavour. There's plenty of outdoor seating and some seating inside and it gets pretty busy on hot days but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get served.
