Lovely ice cream. Very beautiful and tasty. Only problem was serving speed was a bit slow as they only have 2 staffs, and the staffs were very attentive to customers hence slower serving speed

Ice cream makes most people happy and Ben & Jerry's is very good at delivering happy ice cream. I like their flavour range and they taste way better than Sorbet. Korean dishes contain a lot of garlic & chili, and consuming B&J’s ice cream is a great way to clean taste buds.

One of the few places you can get a gooood ice cream in Melbourne. The iced creams are towards the sweeter side. So, it's a good one for those with sweet tooth. Btw, they sell ice cream flavoured lip balms too!

There's a reason why they are so popular ! Probably the best ice-cream you'll ever have. Staff is really nice and polite and very co-operative. Here you see a dark chocolate brownie combined with the most popular (as i was told) salted caramel flavor. Must try if you are around. They also offer tubs, smoothies, etc.

Really nice ice-cream options! I told something with cookie and salted caramel with brownie as well as nuts and cream on top!!! It was absolutely delicious, however if you wanna order same as the picture you would wanna have someone to share it with, as the portion is huge for one person. Price of this was around $9 which was quite good with this portion. I ate half of it and I was like that’s enough!

I wanted to try this place for a very long time now but never had a chance. I recently visited this place to find some amazing vegan options. I decided to try the cookie dough milk shake and it was just amazing. Since then I have been there a number of times. I would suggest them to have more non dairy options to end the cravings of vegans like me.

One if the best places to get ice cream! The only down side to Ben and Jerry's is the price. You'll have to pay a little bit more than most other ice cream shops but overall the money is worth it. They have many different flavours of ice cream many of which you would never have even thought could exist. They also do sundaes which are also very delicious.

Don’t get me wrong. I love the ice cream. And I went down last night to grab some to satisfy my craving. Their shop closes at 11:30 pm. I got there at around 11:24 only to be told that they were closed because of some issue with their system. Fair enough. I was told to order through uber eats instead but didn’t really see the point as I was already there. So I left Went to 7 11 across the road to see if they had any. But not 2 minutes later i see the same guy serving another couple! Like how? Did the system magically start working 2 minutes before closing? Or was I refused service simply because they didn’t feel like it. Sad to say that as much as I love their ice cream, I won’t be returning to this store. Edit: I’ve changed my review from 1 to 5 stars after reading the owner’s reply. I appreciate the time taken to explain to me what happened. I probably jumped to conclusions too soon maybe coz I really needed my sugar fix 🙈.

Ben & Jerry's had been a long time coming The chocolate cookie ice cream had Phenomenal texture and flavour. The waffle however was outright awful in taste, was soggy, had a consistency that lacked any feeling I would associate with a waffle (Can it look anymore unwaffly? ) I expected good ice cream for a premium price point - Would probably come again but wouldn't recommend to a friend as i waited 20 minutes on a weekday. 3/5

I've been here several times. Taste and customer service are always good. Today in particular (24th Dec 2018, 7:40 pm) was exceptionally good because one of staff members showed kindness and care that touched my heart. Well done, Ben n Jerry's. Wow! Talk about amazing customer service. I didn't catch their names but me and my fiancé had the best experience. Not only was the ice delicious (they encouraged us to sample whatever we wanted... which we did and loved!) but the people working here were a delight and can honestly say it was the best customer service I've ever received. Blown away and will definitely be returning! People often forget how customer service can impact the person being served. Bad or good, It pays to be a nice, kind and a genuinely descent human being. This place generally has the proper people serving and the taste!! to look for . I am writing this in complaint against that one person serving serving the other night. Guess he was of Indian origin. He clearly saw that I was the next in queue and called unto the people standing behind me to take their orders. What on earth!!!
