Went there the other day, ice cream is expensive, but tastes like what you expect good ice cream to taste like. A wide variety of flavours, they also do shakes and splits. Service was nice and friendly, was patient even though we (my fam and I) took a while to decide - probably because there was no one else was there at the time lol. They had sorbets and ice cream, would recommend. They didn't have tables set up inside due to changes they've made because of covid, but they had tables set up outside.

Good variety of ice creams on display. Tasted delicious. Clean seating area. Shame the store was overheated - it was cooler outside. Perhaps that was why the staff member was snappy and slammed our ice cream cups down on the counter.

good friendly staff good range of flavors. great ambience. so many flavors to choose from and the best part the most flavours doesnt have any animal derived ingredients prices are ok compared to quantity they also have this cold rock where u can add some extra stuff in your ice cream to get maximum delicious experience... they also variety if smoothies shakes and cakes parking is available on street..

The ice cream was nice, and the staff were friendly, but I have to mark them down for the freshness of their fruit. I originally asked for strawberries in the ice cream and when I saw the state of them, I quickly asked for raspberries. The raspberries unfortunately were in no better condition, and the staff member scraped the container in order to get them, and they were an off kind of colour.

This is my favorite ice cream go to in werribee with my partner 😍 I've moved all over in my life but these guys are awesome compared to most cold rocks I've been to... And great staff that REMEMBER our usual orders! 💖

Excellent service, the staff always serve you with a smile and are very friendly and energetic. Of course the ice cream is always really good! And even on hot days they always have plenty of flavours to choose from, never any shortage of flavours even when they are really busy. As for the decor, the only flaw I can pick up on is the store itself is a little small considering how busy they get, and if at all possible, expanding themselves out so they have more tables and chairs would make dining here a perfect experience! Keep up the great work guys!

Love cold rock, just had cookies and cream ice cream with extra oreo! Good service from the boys behind the counter too :) Shame they don't have normal milkshakes, i really wanted one but the loaded ones would have been a bit much, 700 calories!!!

Love this Icecreamery my favourite ice cream is the bubble gum ice cream with double fizz wiz on a regular serve. Clean and friendly very busy in summer. I sometimes order on phone so it’s ready, they keep it in freezer until I get there. 😀

Great ice cream but it would be better if the young blonde girl behind the counter even pretended to care about the customers or her job. Not a smile or anything, just flat and blunt. Felt very pressured to hurry up and leave

Cold Rock, Watton street, Werribee is a great place for icecream. They have a great range of flavours with your choice of candy broken up and mixed through it. Its refreshing and delicious. It a great fun treat, late night snack or yummy latenight fun trip. I love eating icecream, especially late in the evening, at Cold Rock Werribee
