I found the staff particularly friendly and the deals are quite cheap compared to many other gelato places. There were various vegan options that I wouldn’t usually find elsewhere (kiwi, banana, chocolate/coconut ect.) and they were delicious from my perspective.

The most enjoyable gelato ever! Reasonable price for interesting, authentic and delicious flavours, with a wide variety to choose from. The menu also had very Creative items like “steak and spaghetti” gelatos. The best part was a very friendly and approachable owner who ensured we had a very enjoyable afternoon in her cafe. Must visit if you are around the area!

We came all the way from Sydney to try this newest addition to Melbourne's foodie scene. The ice cafe is a true imitation of an European style ice cafe where you can order Spaghetti or Lasagne ice or have an iced Chocolate cup. The presentation and the taste of the ice creams is great and makes you feel you are in Europe. This is a great place and must of you are in the area. Lots of people are still having a scoop or two in a come or cup- they don't know what they are missing out on! Try something new and order a Spaghetti cup! You'll love it!

I keep thinking about this ice cream. My friends and I came here on a hot summer night and we were craving gelato like the desert craves the rain. We strolled past Ice Cafe Venezia and immediately knew, this is exactly what we were looking for. The selection of unique flavours from this place is just fantastic. They don’t only do ice cream either! I ordered a scoop of the Ferrero Rocher ice cream and Stratciatella. What I love about this place is that you can get whipped cream as an add on to your ice cream, which is exactly what I did. Can’t wait for the next hot summers night to return to this place.

The best ice cream & dessert restaurant in Port Melbourne and surrounding areas. Highly recommend it. I'm a local and have tried all similar cafes/shops in the area (including newly opened ones), Venezia is exceptionally delicious... My personal favourite is the Nutella and banana crepes with ice cream!!! Yum yum yum! I bring my friends and large family here often, and everyone is always happy with their order, the value, the variety and customer service. Very friendly staff, and superb attention to detail in the novelty ice cream dishes - the delivery of the dish actually looks exactly like the pictures!!

Used a groupon to get a deal for 4, and have to say it was amazing! The dessert tasted really good, and was presented even better. The cups are very out there which gives this establishment a bit of flair. Didn’t get a chance to try their spaghetti ice cream dish but it’s definitely on the books for next time.

Love this place. During a low carb diet, finding a tasty Sugar free icecream is a blessing. They have 3 flavors(hazelnut, choco and pista) of sugar free icecreams. Asked for a spaghetti styled combination of choco and hazelnut. It tastes really good.

Ice Cafe Venezia on Port Melbourne’s Bay Street is a must if you love authentic gelato. So many (40) flavours to choose from in this beautiful family owned and run ice cream shop. They use natural and real ingredients from recipes that have been in the family for more than 50 years. Bay Street isn’t quite our beloved campo Santa Margherita but we almost believed we were eating gelato from THE best gelateria in Venice - Gelateria Il Doge Icecream shop. All we have to do now is convince Ice Cafe Venezia to make my favourite flavour Crema del Doge (candied orange and chocolate) Bellissimo
