Tasty ice creams. Rich and succulent. Not cheap (but not excessive either) but worth it and the serves do equal the price (meaning they don’t stint and it justifies the price)

Ice Cream lovers version of heaven. There are lots of flavours to choose from so plan to spend 5 mins on selecting. Staff are more than happy to give you multiple tasters. 10pm closing is great, we turned up just gone 9pm and there was quite a queue. Sign of a good place. Serve sizes are generous, you won't need 3 scoops.

Delicious, simply delicious! My favourite is the Ferrero Rocher flavour. They have a fabulous range of gourmet ice cream and sorbets. The staff pack the ice-cream into the cone or cup so you are getting value for money. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself and your family to their ice-cream. Please open a shop in Camberwell, save me driving half an hour all the time! The owner is a lovely man - superior customer care!

I had their flavour of the month - Milo. It was very good. Creamy and tasted exactly like milo. There are a trillion other flavors to choose from for every palate. You won't be dissatisfied.

This ice cream is simply awesome and the range is huge. If you enjoy ice cream or sorbet you simply can't go past Wills Batch for quality and good service. They make great thickshakes using their ice cream so you can choose any flavour or combo of flavours. If you have a birthday coming up they also make great ice cream cakes. You need to order these a number of days ahead. They make them to order and you get to chose which ice cream flavours are in the cake. Watch for their special flavour of the month on the poster of their store door!! Love this shop and so pleased that they opened a store in my local shopping centre.

Fantastic ice cream, great flavours. Love how creative the flavours are and the staff are friendly. Only disappointing thing is that the store frequently closes before the advertised time. We've arrived several times 20-30 minutes before the closing time but the shop is already starting to close up. Would be great if it stayed open until the advertised time and then started to clean up!

I've been a couple of times and it's always good, staff are very helpful. Ice cream is usually delicious, huge serves, good value for money. Lost one star because one the flavours I tried was a bit icy, and one of the flavours I chose was also icy. The rocky road though is always creamy with tons of chunky bits.

5 Stars for variety and serving size but unfortunately at 4.00 on Friday the 3 young staff were the only people wearing masks. Dozens of very excited children and parents queud in the shop and up the street not observing social distancing . Not only did the EFTPOS machine break down, with loud music playing, it was almost impossible for staff and customers to hear each other. Perhaps a crowd controller is need for an hour each day . Pleased to say a very quick response from the owner who assured me that all the staff will be given a refresher Covid 19 safety briefing. Safe to go and buy the Christmas pudding icecream .

Amazing classic ice cream. The ice cream we needed in a gelato dominated city. I had the bannana split and loved it. Made our day to have classic ice cream for us home sick Americans. If you're looking for American style ice cream this is the place! They also have root beer floats!

Willi's Batch ice Cream makes a great ice Cream no argument there ! But keeping up with supplies for popular flavors seem to be an issues for the Elsternwick store In last 5 visit there in over 5 weeks period 4 of this visit we were very disappointed its seems that dark chcollate flavor are always out of stock specially if u arriving near closing time its seems like there not keen to open new batch before closing . Customers are reluctantly ordering other flavors which they did not intend to buy , obviously darkchocolate and coffee flavor seem to be most popular and since they are the producers of this product why is it hard for them to insure availability of this popular flavors so all customers can have same choice of buying their choice of flavors . Summer is on doors step and ice cream demand will be greater so I hope the store owner will take this conideration and keep all of his customers satisfied .

There was a great variety of ice creams, the prices however were quite large but made up for with the quantity that was given, not to mention quality was excellent. The staff were excellent with a vast knowledge of the ice creams, definitely made you feel welcome. Will be going back a lot.

This is a go to place for us at Destine Dance. If anyone is heading home via train, then they walk past and know that if they want ice cream, then this is the best place they will get it. This is also the place we recommend to our students. Put simply, every experience here is a great one. The range on offer is large and the quality unbeaten. Considering all that, the prices are incredibly good. If you want ice cream, then this is where you go.

The most extensive range of flavoured ice creams I've ever seen in an ice cream shop. Cone sizes range from baby to mega in both ordinary and waffle cones, they also have cups and take away. If you're lactose intolerant then the sorbet might be the go for you. Their range of sorbet is as extensive as the ice-cream range. The staff are lovely as well as the ice-cream. A true experience if you're in the Elsternwick area.

They close at 10pm and by 9pm there were only about 10 flavours to choose from. Their loss. Very disappointing and definitely not good enough. "To be fair " they make it worse by their excuses and their fight to be right. After they tried a couple of times to say I was wrong they eventually refunded me my money which was appreciated and a nice 'good will' gesture (excuse the pun) and because of that I'll be back - I'll just make sure I get there early!!

Mandatory icecream experience. Sorbet has a hand turned texture. Flavours are well balanced, authentic and natural. Black sesame had a beautiful roasted quality. Rum and raisin almost got us drunk, super.

If you're allowed to have this sort of luxuriously, exorbitant, full of sugar dessert, then Wills Batch Ice Cream is certainly a quality option. Just be careful not to overindulge because too much of this sort of thing is definitely not good for you.

I really like this place but get it bad. Even if we always order the same items we never get the same things, they don’t have consistency, sometime the staff don’t even know what they doing. The ice cream is good but pricey but that ok if the quality is there. If they are busy don’t go there is a mess for order, don’t have proper queue so no one knows who is the turn, can become tense between custumers.
