Lovely shop. Took the advice from the gentleman serving to try the iced coffee- amazing with chocolate mousse and salted Caron top. Then the surprise breaking into the lemon coconut cake oozing yumminess- thanks guys !!

the icecream was delicious!!! the staff was friendly and quick, i had the honeycomb AMAZING! They had such cool flavours like christmas pudding was so yummy i practically ate half of my mums. The whole shop vibes were so cool like the clocks, lollies and others. Will visit again 💪💪

An oasis of vibrant colour and deliciousness... scrumptious ice creams, sorbets, milk shakes... lollies that are reminiscent of times gone by, coffees and hot chocolates that are second to none, the selection of house-made yo yo's, and other cookies and cakes... it's easy to buy more than one. The Owner welcomes all comers with a warm smile and "a hail-fellow-well-met" attitude and the meals and snacks served from the Yarra Glen Cafe's kitchen are generous in quantity using locally sourced quality produce. You'll not leave the Yarra Glen Ice Creamery with an empty tummy... and for those that feel the need, a tipple can also be had!! Once the lockdown restrictions are eased, "I'll be back". :)

My wife and I walk in for some ice cream, and I notice the proprietor's colourful shirt - it reminded me of Doctor Karl. She gets the Panna Cotta Cherry, and then it's my turn. I ask him "do you do doubles?", which is a bit of a silly question at an ice creamery in hindsight, and the man looks at me with laughing eyes and says, "Do _I_ do _doubles_?!" 😂 We both loved our ice creams (I got the Panna Cotta Cherry and a scoop of a burnt caramel swirl on top) and as we headed home, I commented to my wife how good it was to walk into a small shop run by someone who's very good at what they do, get a great product and get back to enjoying your day, a big contrast from the last place we'd gotten ice cream where we had to park in a spot 100m away and stand in line for a less personal service. Definitely my favourite ice cream shop within an hour of Yarra Glen. 👍

Lovely fitted out shop, but service and size of servings let them down. Went into the store today and they were very busy and seemed inconvenienced by this. Ordered 3 ice creams for $15 and whilst the ice cream was nice, the scoops were very small. Want to support the local smaller shop but this is the second similar experience I’ve had, so will probably go back to their competitor down the road next time.

I wish I took photos of your shop, it’s so fun and colourful but we will return on our next trip through. The ice cream was delicious and you were very accommodating with my grub of a child 🤣 he loved his take away cookie and can’t wait to give his pop the block of chocolate for his birthday next week. Popped in for a coffee as the queues at YV creamery ice and Chocolatier were forever. Owner very friendly and welcoming ..coffee was fantastic. Full of flavour and not bitter at all ... nice vibe shop.also.

Always the to be spot for ice cream on a warm summer day and exploring the open area of orchards and an adjacent farm land with a couple of goats. Grab a mat and relax!

The Turkish delight sundae is seriously one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! Service wasn’t the best but it was alright but SO WORTH IT FOR THE DAMN SUNDAE
