This is my favorite Gelato place. Always line up till late . The gelato here is creamy, comes in intersting hard to find flavors, and not too sweet. My favourite are the Pistachio (it's extra $) and the Dark Sesame Yuzu. Place is always clean and has cool design. Great location in the middle of Northbridge is a bonus

Service has improved a lot and the quality of icwcream is still good. Creamy and fresh. I wish I could see the icecreams before we buy them as that adds to the fun. But they are mysteriously hidden under the stainless steel lids... Service is average. No smiles. But the ice cream is nice but usually runs out of half the flavours by 9ish. Cone was a but plain. Not much seating.

I got the vanilla bean and salted caramel gelato, it was absolutely delicious especially the salted caramel. It was very light and creamy, unlike any ice cream I've had before.The decor was cute but my only criticism would be that i would love to see the ice cream instead of it being covered by metal lids, it would help to choose which flavour I would like. Overall, it was good quality ice cream and I would definitely come back to try more flavours.

Delicious homemade gelato! Heaps of regular choices, and different options from time to time! The chocolate fountain is a must try to put on your ice cream (or ask for a hot chocolate!). The staff is awesome, all lovely and chatty people. We go to Chicho almost every week no matter the weather, best ice cream in all WA.

It's ok, gelato is good not creamy enough for my taste I did not give 4 stars just because is expensive and I don't like the extra charge for pistachio and also the chocolate inside is expensive too, end it up paying 20 dollar for two gelato, don't get me wrong not super expensive but definitely 3-4 dollar extra the normal price. The staff was super friendly and I liked the uniform.

The actual ice cream was good but the service gave me a bitter taste. I came in with a friend and her family who has never been and who I hyped up the ice cream to. I've always had a very pleasant experience and I've bought quite a lot of icecream from here but today was very different. My friend's daughter only tried two flavours when the man who was serving us said that this wasn't a wine tasting and we would have to buy something after the next tasting. The way he said it was pretty off putting. If you're going to serve icecream for $5+ a scoop (which I'm very happy to pay for if we are treated nicely as people) then I would expect a little better service . Perhaps our server had a bad day, and if you've ever worked retail then you would know but your job is to serve people good icecream and part of that experience is to receive it with good service.

Potentially one of the best places in Perth for Gelato. Know for its many unique flavours with ones that are on the menu for a limited period of time. TOP TIP: get your serving in a cone and pay a $1 extra for chocolate sauce; they coat the inside of the cone as well as the top of the Gelato which makes for a delightful experience when you get to the end

Some interesting flavours such as burnt butter popcorn, and black sesame & grilled banana, served in a funky modern gelateria. There's a large courtyard to sit in (part of the State Theatre) as well as seats in the shop window. Unfortunately when we ordered (admittedly towards closing time) most of the flavours were sold out. The salted caramel was pretty good though. 👌

What a place. If you like ice cream or have a sweet tooth this should be a must place for you to visit. They make Gelatos like I have never tasted before and they serve them at a higher temperature than you would usually taste ice cream so that they are melty and delicious

We took our little toddler here and unlike other places that was so kind to let us have bub's ice cream in a separate cup whilst charging a '2 scoops' price for mine and hers.. The server just charged us separately which result in $2 unecessary charge for having the extra cup.

Throughout the whole process I felt as if I was a bother to the girl serving me. I was observing as I ate my icecream, and the staff seemed unhappy. No one had a smile, even when front facing and serving customers. I thought it was just me, until I read other reviews on here which mentioned it.

With only 4 days to organize it, he had the cart set up even before the time he needed to, with the amazing flavours we had requested. Nothing was too hard for him and the service was fantastic. Hip gelato joint in Northbridge’s fringe area. Gelato is fresh and delicious and made extra tasty by the addition of goodness from a Nutella fountain! Strongly recommended for all patrons with a sweet tooth.

Great small gelato shop in the heart of Northbridge. Dedicated person who choice to make small amount of flavors well made rather than make thousand of flavors that taste all the same. You will notice most of the night that many flavors are sold out, this mean that gelato is made fresh,daily and without preservatives, so don't care about the extra dollar for a well made gelato. Also they run a chef collaboration where you can taste exclusive and amazing gelato for a limited time only ( like the fried nap with sweet potato ice cream) The staff is friendly, the inside of the shop is nice and cool, also they serve coffee and soft drinks like the Italian tonic water a thinks to try.

I prefer coming here for ice cream treat. It is the best ice creamery . The flavours are rich ingenious and interesting. I enjoy the Italianesque gelateria styling. The open mini amphi theater space at the back is cool and a wierd collection of shops at that end of william st keep you engaged as you wander about enjoying your ice cream cone. The varying menu - burnt rice, cornflakes,bacon, lots of crazy different flavours keep you coming back to see what crazy flavour is up for the day . Parking's a pain for sure , but , the flavour is worth it.
