Food itself was awesome, however I could not stand the atmosphere. It felt quite lifeless, and the staff members working seemed incredibly bored and robotic. However, both the presentation and taste of the food was great, I will maybe be back again.

Very kindly swapped my kid's vanilla ice-cream for chocolate after the little one discovered vanilla beans dots on the ice cream not realising it's a real vanilla. Made a fussy kid happy again, 5 stars for that! 🙂

Went to the one downtown and it was very good. Read the waffle reviews and had to have one. We went to this one and bought a number of items and coffees. Staff was OK and the food and coffee were wonderful. And yes, the waffle was very good. With cream and Mango ice cream on top. yum yum yum Ample seating in the food court. Easy for handicap.

absolutely divine. Me and my partner have been to Ellenbrook twice and both times were rubbish quality and customer service non existent. The lovely guy and lady tonight was very nice and helpful and thoughtful. This will be my go to for my desert fix from now on.

Great half price waffles on Tuesday is mainly why I come here. I feel as though they have downsized the waffles over the last few years as I have been coming here for 7-8 years. Ice cream is ok some are great some flavours not so. Some staff are polite others seem unhappy. Overall great place but could be better. Also noticed, that sometimes the tables near the gelare are dirty but I'm not sure if that's gallerias fault or not...

Waffles were a bit more fake than expected, not getting a genuine real taste. Also the half price waffles really means that your base are half price so in fact you don't save a lot of money, it's more a marketing trick!
