The service was fantastic , the staff was very helpful explaining things and friendly. The cookies was delicious but a bit sweet for me. If you can make double dark chocolate 🍫, less sweet for someone who like dessert but not to sweet that would be great. At the end , I enjoy it. 👍🏻

Went there on Sunday night and had to que a bit. I ordered 6 cookies (for $36) with help from a very friendly staff. It's very filling n sweet. My favorite is the red velvet one.

A big chunk of cookie of your choice, served warm or cold, with or without ice cream. Strategically located in the middle of the town surrounded by many restaurants and other shops. It’s a lively place, With bright neon pink signage, it’s hard to miss. Open till late. Service is fast. Place is clean. Cookies are big and obviously chunky. They have both cold and hot beverages. Menu is available, placed close to the entrance.

Really enjoyed white vegan cookie, got both the vegan cookie flavours. The vegan Chocolate Cherry was unfortunately not very pleasant with the shredded coconut chunks inside it. Could very easily be made better with some chocolate chunks instead. Vegan Chocolate icecram flavour was fantastic though! Definitely worth trying!

Have been buying get chunky cookies since they were just the little cart in freo markets. How far they have come. Still the same amazing cookies though. My favourites are the s’mores and the regular chocolate chip. Though my nana is now loving that they do vegan ones now too. The drinks aren’t half bad either… and the ice cream cookie sundae mountains of awesomeness are to die for.

Cookies were delicious and very rich. Serving size is huge so I couldn’t finish the cookie sandwich by myself. Decor of the place is very pretty and staff were friendly. Would recommend if you have a sweet tooth.

Wow! These are some seriously amazing cookies. Flavor is quite incredible as they are baked to perfection. The icecream and cookies together is sickly sweet for my liking but if you can handle the sugar go for it. Awesome cookie shop apart from that!

My only complaint is the price point makes it not worth it for the value provided UNLESS you were craving something gooey and tasty and were stuck in the area like I was. In summary, I wasn’t disappointed (I was pleased even) but I won’t go back bc I’m poor 🤣

Really yummy treat, deceptively small size. It's really rich and filling. Great range of flavours, personally love the PB chunk as you can heat it up and melt the PB. Only thing is the prices are pretty expensive at $6.50 per cookie

This specialty cookie shop specialises in different flavoured cookies with soft doughy and sticky centres. The cookies are richly sweet flavoured and are better balanced with an unsweetened drink like a no-added-sugar coffee such as their Nitro Cold Brew Coffee, although they also serve a larger variety of teas, coffees, milkshakes and chocolate drinks. There's some seating along the wall, along the front window and out the front if you decide to "dine in", and the venue is clean and bright.

Was around the area and the small queue outside the store caught my eyes. Turn out to be this little shop that sells various kind of cookies that cannbe top up with ice cream and sweetox injection. Bought few samples and the cookie dough as well. The cookie dough was too sweet for my taste but the cookies was quiet good. It's worth a try if you ever in the area and wants some dessert after you meal.

It's delicious! You can't not walk in and want everything. Do yourself a favour and just get a box! You'll save yourself a bit of money and everyone can share all the wonderful flavours. They even have a gluten free option. The icecream sandwich is pretty full on so unless you're my boyfriend and can eat a lot, I'd recommend sharing it. They are a little pricey at $6.5 a cookie but I guess that's similar to other sweet shops you visit. They also sell cookie dough to eat!

We came here cuz my sister has a love for all things pink. We drove past and she said we had to come in and take a look. So we did after dinner. Decor was nice and the interior was clean with a fair amount of indoor seating. After looking at the menu, we decided to share a cookie with over cream and toppings. Essentially you could choose from a variety of cookies, have one scoop of ice-cream and also 3 kinds of toppings for $11. You could also add-on a sauce which comes in a syringe for an additional $1.50. We had the Cookies and Cream Cookie, with vanilla and salted caramel ice cream. Toppings were pretzels, m&ms and popcorn. Cookie was crispy outside and chewy inside. Exactly how they described it. Ice cream was fantastic too. I didn't really care for the toppings, though my sister thought the pretzels went really well with the whole thing. Verdict however is that it was an overpriced overrated dessert store. You could do all of this at home for less than half the price and be really satisfied. Come back again? Probably not. Worth a try? Scale of 1 - 10, 6. But hey, if you love all things sweet and happen to be in the vicinity, this could be right up your alley. Note: Please be advised that this in entirely my opinion and you are not obliged in anyway to accept my review

I've always wanted to go here. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, however i couldn't resist. First you pick a cookie, there are plenty to pick from, then you need to pick an ice cream flavour. You can mix and match your two scoops. For the injection($1 extra), you can choose between nutella, cream cheese, caramel, biscoff, mint and custard. Next up are toppings, you get 3 with your order and any additional is 30c. Toppings can include nuts, pretzels, oreo, chocolate chunks, sprinkles, etc. Finally, all that is left is for you to enjoy. It is so filling. I couldn't finish mine, it was soo sweet and it is a big portion, but nevertheless it was delicious! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Really the only thing I wished was different, was the actual store inside. I wish they had tables instead of the low chairs and bench.

Saw it a few days ago and popped in to try it out, I checked out their website for the menu which I recommend because finding a menu when I was inside was almost impossible. There were two menus that were handed around but one was in a few pieces and the other one fell apart in my hands and I had to put it back together - it's only held by a clip. The music was loud and I could barely hear the girl serving me, I'm nowhere near deaf so turning the volume down may be a good idea. I couldn't see any labelling for the mix ins and had to go off what I recognised visually, I also had trouble seeing the cookie labels and would suggest moving them to eye level. They have gluten free options and kudos to them they use different tongs and knives to handle these cookies, the attention on cross contamination is something I don't see in many food places. They advertise that they have vegan chocolate but don't have my vegan options for cookies or ice cream. My family is half vegan and assumed that having vegan chocolate meant they had options, it seems to be a waste to invest in vegan chocolate if vegans can't eat anything else there. I had a scoop of cookie dough and I found that though a bit rushed and unorganized the girl was polite and worked quickly to get me my food, it's very rich in flavour and definitely what you would expect for New York style cookies. My mother got a red velvet cookie and they're cooked to perfection, just cooked to that perfect texture. I'll definitely be returning to check out the drinks as they have lots of interesting flavours and will look out for any new cookie options (maybe vegan?) that are made. For people who must instagram or snapchat their life they have lots of different decorations that make good pictures and the presentation of the ice cream sandwiches especially is great for pictures. Overall a good experience and for a place that's fairly new I can understand a bit of unorganisation and I hope that they can work out the little problems but I'm sure that the business will be successful.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Its my favourite desert to get for my family. The point system is very fair and of course the cake cookie is so yummy, its too bad that they get rid of the apple crumble cookie so often. The only complaint I have is that they don't have an online menu saying what they have and don't have or sold out. It is on the expensive side but its definitely worth the price
