What a nice experience it was visiting this place. Staff are nice and friendly. Nothing was to hard for them. The cheeses are all amazing. Every one we got to taste for FREE, was delicious. We ended up buying approximately 13 different cheeses. Just can't wait to get home to get stuck into them.
Toilets were very clean.

Stopped in on our way back to brisbane. Enjoyed tasting some cheese and purchased the feta and some labna . Both are very tasty. Would recommend the cheesecake. $12 a slice is pretty expensive for a pretty standard and slightly bland cheesecake.
Cooler bag and ice lock available for $10 although the ice pack is very small.
I did enjoy everything else and parking is very easy.

More than just a wonderful place for cheese tasting stop. Tried the wonderful baked cheesecake and tiramisu and they're beautiful. Might stop by next time to try the cheese platter, antipasti platter with some blanc or maybe coffee and tiramisu.

Staff are always attentive, friendly, engaging and approachable. The cheese is delicious and affordable and my last experience was amazing. I sadly could not eat too much of there beautiful cheese due to a health issue and when i disclosed this to one of the servers she related saying she had the same condition and it was horrible, so nice when you find a kindred spirit and someone who understands. Defiantly recommend

We loved this place! We ordered a very generous Ploughman’s Lunch for 2 and it was great. We had a goat’s cheese, Brie, washed rind, cow’s curd, some ham and silverside, and some relishes. They also have free cheese tastings and we bought a few of the things to take away with us as well. Well worth the stop.
A. H.
Let us try all the cheese before buying and then made up a cheese plate for us. Such lovely ladies that work here and had such an amazing time! Definitely recommend!!
A. P.
Still going strong with awesome cheeses. Worth visiting every time you are the hunter as there may be something special.

Our esky was packed full of scrumptious cheese from the Binnorie Dairy. It is a must stop on our Hunter Road trip and now we can enjoy these paired at home with Hunter Wines. The ploughmans board is delicious too as you sit on the balcony and enjoy the outdoors.

The best dairy I have ever visited. They offer free tastings of all their cheese products. The marinated fetta and labna were fantastic. Their lunch menu was absolutely delicious. We had the pea and ham soup, tagliatelle with ragu sauce and a slice of quiche. Excellent customer service from friendly staff.
J. H.
Very yummy and delicious cheeses. Interesting varieties. There's a couple of goats chesse, some labna, which is a Lebanese cheese-like thing which is yoghurt based, based more like a creamy fetta with delicious flavours.
There are lovely, helpful staff. It's not in the usual run for Pokolbin, but well worth chasing up. It's just off the main road to the vineyards, turn off near the Crowne Plaza Resort.

We visited this dairy in the middle of a day of wine tasting and were not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly, and we were invited to taste all of the cheeses for free. They were all delicious! All of the cheeses except one are made on site, which is very impressive. We wound up getting a cheese platter, which included 3 cheeses of our choice with some crackers, almonds, and dried apricots. If we lived here, I would definitely come back again and again!
B. H.
Lovely fresh local cheeses (tastings available) fantastic lunchtime menu for light bites or platters to share. Beautiful terrine, cured meats, cheeses, cheesecake and coffee. Seating available outdoors and indoors. See the cheese making in progress through the viewing window. Sealed parking area with disabled parking and entry, this is a great spot to stop any day of the week.

Cheese tasting at Binnorie....some of the best cheese I've tasted...a must to visit. You can add a glass of wine to top it off.
.Staff super friendly.

We stopped by on the way out of Hunter Valley and didn't have a lot of time there but the staff was really friendly. She let us tried the different kind of cheeses one by one. I was very impressed with their Triple Cream Brie and Duetto. I am not usually a big fan of blue cheese but the Duetto was lovely. I had to get one!
V. S.
Fabulous place for a cuppa and cheesecake or tiramisu. Great views, friendly service and then take home some scrumptious cheeses. YUM!
A. K.
I was told this is the best cheese in Hunter valley and I can see why. The first few items on the menu (especially the goat cheese) just blew my mind. Left with a bag full of cheese. The ladies at the counter were really nice and friendly too. If you're in Hunter and looking for cheese, check this place out!
A. J.
Great place if you love cheese 🧀 they do free tasting in the shop and the cheeses are amazing highly recommend calling in if you are in the area
A. N.
Great food on the menu. The bruschetta and baked field mushroom was amazing and well worth it. A range of cheeses to taste and to buy. Extend your trip past the smelly cheese shop and across Wine Country Drive to Lovedale and check out the wineries too!
R. H.
Highly recommend to anyone visiting Lovedale or Pokolbin, no other cheese maker has anything like Duetto, such an amazing addition to any cheese board.
E. J.
SUCH a delight in the hunter - cheese tastings galore, amazing lunch dishes highlighting their produce and well priced drinks. Highly recommend a visit or two 🧀🍷😍🤤 pictured below is their ragu fettuccine, tomato bruschetta (aaah!) and haloumi salad!
K. F.
Always a must for us when staying in the Hunter. The staff are very friendly, you get to taste the cheeses and the prices are reasonable.
We had some lovely coffees here before leaving with our bag full of goodies.
We had also gotten very recently engaged and when telling the employee her reaction was so kind and sincere.
We can't wait to tuck into our massive tub of labna.
C. F.
Great place to visit friendly staff nice atmosphere
Delicious fresh cheeses and produce
Definitely worth a visit
C.
Great Tasting experience with delicious cheeses! Worth a visit ❤️
L. J.
Not a fan of blue cheese, but their duetto is something. A must try. And their labna, the best!
L. X.
The cheese maker has travelled far and wide to find the best recipies for his cheese. The washed rind Havarti is a must try! Perfect combination of smoothness and flavour.
K. K.
Amazing cheese tasting experience! After testing some specialties, we order a few that they platters and served to us on he balcony with wine. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
M. K.
Absolutely incredible, staff were kind and the food is amazing! Highly recommended. I think one of the best cheese tasting locations in the Hunter Valley
K. W.
Wish we had more time here to taste everything!! Walked away with a great bag of goodies and cannot express how amazing the triple cream brie is :) Next time we are in the area we will give Binnorie Dairy the time it deserves.
K. N.
Friendly staff and great selection of cheeses to taste test
N. Z.
Great place, no fuss cheese tasting. Just get in and taste the range (free of charge). Ended up buying 3 types.
D. W.
Great cheese tasting, good coffee, great location
A. K.
We drove by and saw there's coffee which we needed badly in order to keep our sleepiness at bay while driving somewhere.
In the end, we experienced more than we had expected. The cheese tasting was great. All of the ones we tried were very delicious.
We bought some cheeses and would love to have the salami next time. All the people in there were very friendly and nice too.
R. P.
Why go to Qld when you can slip out to this great spot in Hunter Valley .great service and the cheeses are top shelf .and coffee and service is second to none .treat yourself to a visit you won't go home disappointed. We'll done to all at Binnorie
I. E. B.
A good range of cheese and dairy products served by knowledgable and friendly staff!

The Herb Fromage cheese from here is to die for. Thankfully we have friends who live in the Hunter who regularly visit and bring down this delicious cheese with them. We recently had a chance to visit the dairy in person and found the staff friendly and helpful. A must visit to add to your list when you are visiting the Hunter Valley.
S. S.
Excellent place. Good selection of quality cheese.
M. J.
We just decided to pop over to this place as we were driving and did not regret it. The person serving us was very help full and new a lot about what he was selling. He was the most helpful person we have come across so far. The cheeses themselves were brilliant with a range for most people. Their cheese is also very fresh and full flavour. Overall a brilliant place.
M. K.
Very generous cheese and paste tastings. Really delicious local cheeses. Lovely service. The nicest chai latte i have had in a while, served with the softest, most morish cookie. So glad our accommodation host recommended this one. Yummy.
R. E.
A lovely place to visit.
We had a beautiful coffee on the verandah looking out onto a lovely view.
Gorgeous staff, very friendly and helpful.
Very clean, and covid safe.
Restrooms were excellent

It's a bit out of the way, but so is everything in the Hunter. The ladies at the shop were welcoming and encouraged us to try all of the cheeses and salami (which was free). The prices are fantastic compared to similar produce in the local supermarket. Would recommend any and all of the goat products. Everything is great!
D. L.
LOVE this place. Always a place we stop at when we come to the Hunter. The people serving are always so friendly and helpful. They aren't afraid to give you a few more samples to help you decide what you like. Always walk out with at least 5 items each time.
P. B.
So good!! Generous tastings, I think we tried nearly a dozen things including cheeses, salami, fruit pastes, all top shelf. Fun and friendly staff and the coffee was great too. Must do experience in the Hunter
L. C.
We love dropping in here and stocking up on the incredible cheese and other local goodies! Everything here is delicious, you can't go wrong but the haloumi is my special favourite.. So creamy and salty! Recently the owner Sally was kind enough to make me a special order jumbo size tiramisu for a special occasion and it was absolutely perfect. My friends inhaled it - one commented that it was on a par with tiramisu they'd had in Rome. Thanks Sally and the lovely folks at Binnorie for sharing your talents with us!
J. P.
Wonderful little dairy which makes all of their cheese on site You can even watch the cheese getting made presumably on weekdays through a viewing window. Then you get opportunity to taste all the available locally made produce and make your choices. Now that I have found you I will be back on the next Hunter Valley visit. So tasty!
S. K.
The cheeses are amazing! Fresh and tasty. Every time I go to Hunter Valley I go to this place. I don't understand why they are not on every shelf at Woollies/Coles yet.
D. C.
We had an excellent experience, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. If you like all things cheese you cannot pass this dairy, everything we tried and bought was absolutely delicious!
A. F.
Had a fantastic lunch. Staff were incredibly friendly and the chef even came out and spoke to us about the meal we were eating. Overall a very pleasant experience with such delicious food!
E. S.
Awesome place to visit, they offer complimentary wine, cheese and salami tastings and have a great selection of products. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions, they even knew the breed of cow and area the milk came from that made each cheese. I ended up buying a dill cherve, labneh, brie, jersey brie and an apple and rosemary paste. They only make soft cheeses, but do carry a cheddar from another dairy. Will be visiting again.
D. (.
I don’t normally like feta but they have an amazing marinated goat feta cheese! Must try!
They also do free tastings so you can try all the different cheeses, but the marinated feta is the star :)
L. B.
Love an Aussie small business. All the cheese is made on site and so delicious. We came away with a bag full of great cheese, pickles and salami. Staff were great and really knew their cheese
G. R.
We stop here every time we are in Hunter Valley for the unique cheeses, marinated goats feta, vintage cheddar and heaps more. And now after the expansion there's also a cafe you can have breakfast, lunch and coffee. Don't miss it!
V. N.
A great variety of yummy cheese to taste! Very friendly and fun staff!
J. C.
They have the best everyday cheddar you will find. And lovely service. They really should be busier but on the plus side I've never had to wait!
M. P.
Amazing range of cheeses, great service and free tasting. Duetto with honey is amazing!
A. R.
Lovely to view the process before tasting the product. Good service and amazing selection of products to try, buy and have on a platter. Melt in your mouth cured meats and the duetto is a must.
M. A.
Today my wife and i had a plougmans lunch. Our experience with staff and food was greatly appreciated. The surroundings was very relaxed ,the coffee was great also.I would recommened to other's to give it a try.
L. J.
Great establishment, Friendly welcoming staff, wide variety on the menu, cheese & salami tasting available, You're also able to view the cheese getting made during the week via a viewing window, Highly recommend stopping here
D. D.
Tasty cheeses but would like some more variety. The small shop front means that it doesn't take too much to get full, but that wasn't a huge issue. Lovely labna and those we tasted are worth stopping for!
S. W.
A small but delicious range of cows and goats cheeses available; the bûche de chèvre was particularly yum!
However, for a busy Sunday on long weekend, they could have had more staff to help the one lady doing her best to offer tastings and put through sales!
A. S.
Complimentary tasting to know which cheeses to buy. Beautiful creamy cheeses, recommend as they make their own cheeses
G. P.
Awesome local tasting fresh cheeses to suit all tastes and flavours. Friendly staff and great place to stop for lunch.
A. N.
Nice open environment. Great cheese collection and tasting process. Reasonable prices, would have like to see some cheesing process. Recommended for kids as well.

We went to the small deli to buy cheeses. Delicious cheeses esp the labne. A bit rush and almost rude service but we got what we wanted.
C. A.

Very nice. I would definitely recommend this place.
We shared an Anti Pasto platter between 3 people and there was plenty to enjoy

First had Binnorie Dairy cheese about 12 months ago. Good enough to convert me from loving chocolate to loving cheese.
M. T.
We were greeted by friendly staff upon entering ☺️ and were offered a tasting of their cheeses 🧀 love their Labna and marinated fetta 🤤🤤🤤🤤 we left with an assortment of cheeses and our only regret was that we did not visit them on the first day of our trip (we were in the hunter for 4 days) because we definitely would have made multiple trips to refill our snack supply hehe 😉
S. G.
Delicious cheese, homemade pickles and cold meats platter... and great coffee too
K. J.
Best cheese in the Valley! Friendly informed staff to help you choose exactly what you need for your special occasion or a quiet evening at home with your favourite red, white or bubbles.
B. R.
The quality of the produce was only surpassed by the service. Double bonus, buy cheese and feel better about humanity!

Great cheeses with lots of free tasting. Tasting portions were very generous and staff were friendly
D. A.
A tad expensive but you gets (sic) what you pay for. Extreamly good quality and a great range of products. In the same complex, and right door to the 2017 Cellar Door of the Year, Thomas Wines.
J. B.
Delicious and fun and nice. Great cheese, but none was lactose free.
M. S.
Nice cheese and great taste testing, but got a bit overrun when there was more than a handful of people present as they only 1 person out the front.
K. S.
Ate my way through the free tasting then spent a small fortune on excellent cheeses
K. E.
The cheeses are lovely and come in a unique range. The service exists, but unenthusiastically so. The location is also picturesque.
R. S.
