Good quality ice cream however they got mine and my sisters ice cream flavours wrong and my mum found a hair in her ice cream... for the amount the ice cream is id appreciate it if my order is at least correct

Customer service was good, Ice-cream was better. Quite expensive for a double scoop as it was $8.00 for 2x scoops and a waffle cone. Great little spot, right on the beach. Good selection of Ice-creams as well.

I remember coming to the Ice Creamery when I was a little girl! My family lived in BLS as well and my grandparents and when we used to stay at our grandparents they would bring us here for a treat! Rainbow Ice cream :) Now after 18 years I bring my children here and they only want Rainbow Ice Cream they absolutely love it and it tastes as amazing as it did 19 years ago! Thank you for continuing to have the yummiest Ice Cream and for being so family friendly:)

A wonderful family owned and operated ice-creamery serving quality ice-cream, gelato and frozen yoghurt for over 25 years! The service is on point each time! The salted caramel and macadamia have always been my favourite however I can't seem to resist the pavlova lately.

Family owned business with my favourite boysenberry flavour. Friendly service, great way to finish off a short walk from Ramsgate to Brighton. They also had sorbet if you are looking for dairy free option too.

Absolutely love this place... Been coming since I was probably 5 years old... The service from these guys who are visually passionate (actually about what they do/are providing for many years!) is understandably the no.1 reason to come here and enjoy an ice cream - even during cooler days! Because it's just that good... The quality does not really compare much - even to more expensive gelato and whatever that I've come across (because it's amazing...) and you can often forgive any restaurant/parlor if the food is not quite near 100%, and if the service is. Hence why I indicated good service as paramount. However, this shop has it all.

Huge range of flavours (including a small corner with frozen yoghurt options). However I paid AUD8,5 for 2 scoops of average ice cream (1 scoop of mango & 1 scoop of pavlova) in a cup.. Considering you can get whole pub meals for AUD10, that price is a little bit outrageous. Next time I'll just go buy myself a whole tub of ice cream in the supermarket for a better price.

Yummy ice cream, quite a busy place. You don't get many extremely extraordinary flavours but they do have a big assortment. Service is solid - you get what you want, but they are not too overly friendly and the place is not too overly stylish or inviting. Wouldn't mind going there again though.

Been here a few times I was expecting more portion size for the money you pay for it A good selection of ice creams but none blew me away every time I've been. My latest taste test was rum and raisin,while good to know it doesn't have alcohol it doesn't have the same kick it does at other places

Ice-cream is good. But $5.50 for one scoop and $8 for two scoops is over-priced. Servings could be a little more generous considering what you pay as they're pretty lean on the scoops.
