Amazing desert place. The ice cream is so good and when you order it online it doesn’t melt. Highly recommended!

My wife and I enjoyed our ice-creams from C9 Chocolate & Gelato store. I had two scopes in a chocolate cone, and my wife had one scope in hers. Helpings were generous, although the ice-creams were not the cheapest either. Staff were fine. Store looked clean, and had outdoor seating; although, we are ours on the nearby grass lawns in front of the Baptist church.

Pretty good. So many varieties of dessert combos to choose from was struggling to make a decision. Donuts were surprisingly soft and fluffy given it was the end of the night

Looks like a pretty amazing selection of gelato inspired desserts. It would actually be pretty hard choosing a flavour as so many look tempting. On my visit I just had a mocha, which was very nice with addition of real chocolate, albeit serving in a glass making it hard to hold (suggest wrapping it at least in a serviette...). Otherwise send a great place for a coffee or indulgent dessert. Nice quiet vibe too.

In the restaurant hub of Crows Nest this place, C9 Chocolate and Gelato, draws a constant flow of foot traffic through their doors for a sweet finale to what has often been a nearby meal.

Trendy gelato cafe with some decadent (& very sweet) desserts. Some unique gelato flavours will keep you coming back for more. We took a whole lot of goodies to try - coronots & gelato = thumbs up, Molten lava cake = neutral. I've had better. But overall verry positive & staff are super nice.

Without a doubt the BEST gelato ice cream shop on the lower north shore! The amount of flavour in this gelato is simply amazing and delicious (my mouth is watering just writing this). Eat in, friendly staff, outside space available too and of course take out :) From scoops of gelato, to ice cream sandwich, donuts and sundaes, this place got it all!

Lovely gelato place where you can eat in or take away. It's got a large variety of gelato flavours and lots of limited time special. The one that my wife look for everytime is Chocolate cookie crunch (bring it back please!) . They also have a dessert menu which includes sundaes, cakes and chocolate fondue. It is on the main Street of Crows Nest, very easy to find but parking can be tricky, especially on Friday and Saturday nights after dinner. Staff are always friendly and generous with samples do ask to try a few before picking the one you want.

Good for a once off. It was decent quality but for the price wasn't as good as I would have thought. Interesting idea of gelato in-between a donut, it looks good, but it was intense to eat. The foot traffic made it crowded which also makes the process of deciding a bit hard, when I came to order I felt a bit rushed and didn't get the opportunity to view all the gelato options which is something I regretted. I would probably come back again if I felt the need to ingest 80 thousand calories of sugary goodness again. Would probably try a weekday to avoid foot traffic though.

The chocolate dessert selection was nice ,but too pricey I think.Coming from the food industry a desserts that's costing 18$ should be special,but the one served to me was cold inside (molten chocolate cake ) and hence if there is no standard check it's not worth the price .

Really good gelato, tastes high quality and is simply the best on a hot day. There are really creative flavours such as Smurf and Dutch Apple Pie which I appreciate. The decor is really nice and very clean.

Generous scoops, lovely service, fab interior and a great range of flavours, including vegan ice cream, all made in house. My only suggestion is please add chocolate sorbet to the menu :) 23/4/17 UPDATE: there is a new flavour chocolate sorbet called tree and nuts, delicious!

Caters for vegan, gluten free, lactose free... Which is great! But the strawberry flavour tasted a little too artificial for my liking. Nice place to go for dessert after dinner in Crows Nest though; change of scenery.

Great selection of Gelato flavours including special limited edition flavours. Always generous with samples and scoop sizes. I especially like the dessert menu with sundaes, molten lava cakes, ice cream sandwiches. They also have a chocolate fondue for 2 with heaps of dippers which is heaven. The melted chocolate they use is really high quality and tasty. Love it here!

This place has the best gelato in Sydney. I really enjoy their special / seasonal flavors and the staff is always friendly and lets you sample multiple flavors. Except for that Avocado bacon flavor they once had, this place makes amazing ice-cream.

Pretty awesome The crepe with choice of ice cream/gelato on the side was wonderfully balance. If you're craving a sweet tooth but don't want something too rich and heavy, the crepe is the way to do, being airy, light and mildly sweet. Generously servings !

Fantastic classic gelato and ever changing new flavours to choose from, chocolate treats that are richer than I'll ever be and awesome staff to guide your taste buds through this spectacular sweet spot. We come here every school holiday as a treat for the kids. I always go for the chocolate or the salted caramel which I devour before I get back to the car 😏. Smooth creamy ughhhhhhhh🤤. Absolutely fantastic! Such a great variety of gelato flavours. There was plenty of space to sit down and enjoy your gelato or coffee, and it wasn't too loud so it was easy to have a conversation. There was also this really cool window out the back where you can watch as they make the gelato.

It’s about time a good ice cream place opened in Crows Nest. Before C9 it was hard to get good ice-cream in Crows Nest. Real hard. Now there is C9 and life is good. Plenty of options and staff are always friendly and open to let you taste. Quality ice cream in a nice little venue. I wish the owners and staff all the very best. Everything was great except I had a gelato sandwich with cookies and the cookies were quite hard. Had they been microwaved for even 10 seconds it would have been epic. Instead it was really hard to eat, I needed to pull it apart. It was $6.00 for the two cookies, a generous scoop, and a chocolate drizzle on the gelato, seems like a fair price.
