The people working here really want to make sure you enjoy your visit...really awesome customer service. Good value ice cream and desserts and decent coffee in very bright and clean premises. My daughter loved the kid's corner.

As a chef I don’t eat at many places . . Thought we would try some dessert at cookies ice creamery and honestly they were delicious and fluffy the staff were very friendly!! we got take away, everything was packaged individually so the ice cream didn’t melt ! ! Fantastic idea ! I would recommend trying this fabulous place I will be going back !! 🔥

I been here twice, and I enjoy the crepes very much, keen to try the waffles next. It's a shame it's a bit of a walk from Westfield as if the store was closer (next) it would get more customers.

Friendly staff but there are definitely some teething issues. Yum icecream but smaller serving compared to some other places for the price ( we were also slightly overcharged-not sure if they have a surcharge on Sundays). I also would suggest adding some photos to your online website and instagram to get people excited about your other food items like crepes and pancakes:) Also if you want to eat in there (after lockdown) I suggest doing it on a non sunny day or later in the arvo as it gets very hot in there. We also suggest a ticket system to make it easier for your staff to keep track of who was next when you are busy. We would try it again but maybe in a few weeks time when they have settled in a bit more as we love to support our local small businesses and we do love dessert and the icecream was good. Also their large takeaway coffee looks like a very good size.
