We tried their soft serve range and its definately not bad. I ordered the one with fairy floss. they made it fresh to order. It have a nice minty flavour. underneath, you have soft serve with some pop candy. Overall, i liked the idea and flavour. But sadly once you finish the top, the bottom soft serve is plain. it would be nice to add some more pop candy or additional flavour at the bottom to keep the dessert interesting

Remicone is a must visit when visiting the Sydney CBD, their ice cream is really creamy and soft and you have the option of changing the toppings or milk base, the service is friendly however the only issue is that they charge 1.25% for card payments. Must try!

Just a feedback- I'm a regular at your store. I would buy 4 -5 times a weeks for a family. Today I bought 2 drinks from you. When the staff handover the drinks to me.. I was very surprised. Not even 1 cube of ice inside? When I asked her if I can have some ice? She replied " next time let her know before hand if I want extra ice?" Please understand I don't want more ices. I just want standard ice like the usual. The drinks was plain like water... no flavours which I have to throw in the bin. Very disappointed after waiting 15mins for a drinks. I want to let know about another issue. Out of 5 times I went to your store in a week. 3 of the times you would be always running out of pearls. I don't mind waiting.. but happened way too often and such a long wait.

The service is here relatively quick consider only 2 people working at a time. The ice cream here very nice. The whole family really enjoyed the variety of ice cream on offer. I specially like the “Brown Sugar with boba ice cream”. Be warn, even smallest cup is quite filling. :) Highly recommended.

Goes one better than fairy floss flavoured ice cream, with ice cream topped with popping candy and fresh made fairy floss. Dessert presentation is their strong point, no complaints on flavour, higher price point for novelty factor. Eat-in area has a fun feel, but limited seating.

Cute new dessert & drink shop that's opened in Regents Place! Where the old Aqua S used to be there's a new ice-cream shop in town! Loved the cuteness of the thunder bomb, and the flavour of that chocockcok was amazing! Not too sweet and a good chocolate flavour with pieces of cocoa nibs and cereal. The fresh fruit milk drinks are also refreshing, I liked the strawberry flavour 🍓🥛

The brown sugar soft serve is super tasty and delish. I just found there was a bit too high of a brown sugar to soft serve ratio. I ended up with a lot of brown sugar syrup at the bottom of the cup which I couldn't finish. Plus towards the end of the dessert it was getting too sweet

Remicone replaces AquaS inside Regent Place, a popular spot for many young diners. We were drawn upon this place for the brown sugar pearls ice cream, and it was quite nice. However, we went back many times and it always ran out. After the 4th time, I stopped trying.

Amazing staffs and beautiful decor. No wonder why this place becomes so popular within a short amount of time. I was very impressed with the boba ice cream. The ice cream itself was milky and was served with a right amount of brown sugar syrup. The pearl was chewy and together they balanced out very well. But honestly it was slightly pricey for a small serving of ice cream so it was ideal for a treat once in while!

A nice go to place when you are around Townhall and craving a fancy icecream. Tastes ok but full marks for the presentation. The chocolate base ones were a let down except the fancy toppings but the milk base ones were great. We went in a group so could taste and explore more options.The most fancy looking one: Thunder Bomb was unfortunately not available as one of their equipments had broken down. I personally enjoyed the Brown sugar pearl soft serve and the Mango macaron soft serve.

My new favourite boba tea cream place! I enjoyed every bit of my ice cream :). the guy who served us the ice cream was also very nice and the prices were reasonable.

The place was really nice and my dessert was pretty good although I think I prefer purple rice yoghurt. It was a slight shame that they were out of pearls when I got there as I would’ve tried the brown sugar pearl. Definitely will come back to try the other items from the menu.

The drinks here are exceptionally well made especially the smoothie where it holds a silky texture. I’ve been here a few times and would recommend the mango milk drink. A freshly blended mango milkshake with what they call alga jelly? Inside of the drink. Gives it an extra touch.

Came in with curiosity, got externally well presented soft serve that ended up having a few disappointments. The centre of the cup was empty, only the outside painted with soft serve and the topping to soft serve ratio was way off. Not worth paying $2.50 for 4 small pieces of praline. Though it tasted nice, I won’t be coming back as I feel it is overpriced.

If you’re craving for a quick soft serve and there isn’t a maccas nearby come here. It’s next to town hall so it’s convenient and decently priced. They have a number of flavours, some are seasonal, the image attached is black rice and soft serve. Would recommend.

Great sundae place. The sundaes are so delicious, generous serving sizes and appropriately priced for what they are! The owner was extremely hospitable and great with my 5 kids. Thanks for a great experience. We will definitely be back.

I love the concept of the shop and their wild ice cream ideas! I ordered the thunder-bomb ice-cream and it was delicious! The cotton candy was freshly made and the ice-cream was the right consistency and doesn't melt rapidly. I recommend going to this shop if you are looking for a dessert or a little treat. They sell really good drinks as well! I've tried their drinks many times! Their customer service is impeccable and their staff are very friendly.

OMG! I finally found a yummy, pretty and healthy soft serve ice cream shop. I really really like the brown sugar pearl ice cream, tastes very diffent! Also the brown sugar milk drink and milk tea very lovely as well. So crazy of the brown sugar 😁 And the Chococo, Double Double, black rice... They all tastes amazing! You will love it if you try it!

Went there on a Friday night, 2 staffs were clearly not enough for how busy it was. Waited about 10 mins to order and to find out they ran out of pearls, had no change for cash but also charges a surcharge for all card payments so we left. One of the staff had an order wrong but wasn't very polite when the customer confronted her, didn't apologise and instead looked very frustrated. I could tell they were very stressed as they clearly couldn't handle how busy it was, physically and mentally, however should still have some basic customer service manners and it may be a good idea to put another staff on between Friday~Sunday.

A new addition to Regent Place, this South Korean ice cream and drink shop brings a new taste to the ice cream scene. A friend and I visited and we both had a soft serve in a cup. I had the Hazel Duo and my friend had the Caramel Sand Town. The base was the same of salted caramel soft serve. It was very creamy and had a delicious flavour. It is slightly pricy but you are paying for a quality dessert. The fruit and milk drinks looked really interesting too. Service is really friendly and lovely. A great addition to the Sydney dessert scene just in time for summer!

Visited remicone for the first time last week and certainly loved it!! My friend and I got the brown sugar pearl and thunder bomb. I really like the brown sugar pearl one because it has both milktea and icecream in one 😛 Not too sweet and the pearls are very chewy 👌 The thunder bomb also tastes pretty good if you dip the fairy floss in the icecream 🤤 @elsiefoodie

Quick service despite one person being there and having issues with the machines. Really tasty stuff would come back again to try more of the menu. Photo is after I already had a couple spoonfuls couldn't help it. If you like brown sugar milk tea this is just a soft serve version. Would love more brown sugar throughout it though!
