The process of ordering is pretty interesting and I like how you get to make a variety of choices in terms of flavour and toppings, so there are heaps of options to try!! We got the classic green monster thing. I think we got peach jam and Oreo as the toppings. It was pretty nice, but honestly, I don’t see the hype about it. In my opinion, it’s probably a bit overpriced for what it is (but maybe that’s just cause I don’t really like these sorts of desserts). Other than that, service was quick and the staff were courteous etc.

Cute little dessert place hidden in the back alley of Regent Place. Tried every flavour of the shaved ice dessert. I didn't like their milk and chocolate flovoured shaved ice. Everything else was good. They have limited menu items, but a wide variety of toppings and flavours for their shaved ice desserts. Standard drink menu. Friendly service. There are seats inside but not spacious. Very narrow room. Due to restrictions, not many people could fit inside. Worth trying once. Great place for taking Instagram photos. Hopefully they'd introduce more new menu items.

Food served is just as described and price wise it’s rather cheap. Their most popular item is $14 ; monster looking shaved iced plus two sides of your choice. In my opinion it’s big enough for two unless you came here empty stomached. Service is fast, employers are nice and the interior of the place is aesthetically pleasing. On the downside, their shop is quite small but understandable since it’s in Regent Place.

Bought takeaway instead because there is a minimum order for everyone as one of my friends didn’t want to eat. Basically shaved ice cream with toppings. It tastes alright, ordinary but not exceptional. $9 for a ice cream with a single topping, there are cheaper and better options just down inside the alleyway.

A little nice place to relax and enjoy some dessert. The shaved ice were cutely presented with choices of two toppings. However, does it worth the money (ie $14+)? I guess it is to cover the rent in the city.

This eatery was very cute, they specialise in bubble teas, ice cream & desserts. All dairy based bubble tea & ice cream. There was no soy or coconut milk option so In case you plan to visit this cafe, you probably can only order the soft drink type of beverages like the one I have included in my reviews. I ordered the Matcha ice cream which was more icy then creamy, very sweet (not bitter) It doesn’t have a strong matcha flavour. Good customer service ✔️ Clean and COVID safe ✔️ The beverage I ordered was too sweet for my liking. - I think they should also include a menu with a non dairy option for the people that are lactose intolerant like myself. I can’t have anything dairy unless it’s ice cream with evaporated milk etc or the bubble teas with milk powder.

Cute Desserts in Shape of Monsters! We all love ice cream, whether it's sorbet, soft serve, gelato etc. Over at Regent's Place in Sydney's CBD we have crushed ice cream. Texture wise, think a cross between a patbingsu and ice cream 😁. ⁣ ⁣ Toppings can be added similar to a frozen yogurt style e.g. corn flakes, jellies, honeycomb etc. ⁣ A bit on the pricier and gimmicky side but still something different.

In general, OK. The main dish is definitely overpriced - its not like it tastes bad or anything but adding those googly eyes shouldn’t bring up the price by so much... we also ordered a drink that definitely did not live up to our expectations. Nothing really wrong with this place, its very cozy and it was tasty, but there are plenty of other dessert places in the CBD you could be visiting :))

Roji Monster is the new dessert store in town. The overall feel of the place is clean and lively, howver there are both ups and downs. The shaved ice desserts are delicious and well presented with a nice variety of toppings and flavors. The gen-matcha tea is also well made and delicious. However, the service and attitude does need to improve significantly. Similar to the comments from other reviewers, we were asked for each person to purchase an item, however, we had 3 people squished into a table for 2. The desserts also do appear to be slightly on the expensive side for what they're worth.

I came here with friends, and we ordered two flavours - milk tea and black sesame. They were a bit smaller than I was expecting, and they were icier than I hoped. The toppings were nice, and all together, it was pleasant to eat, and I enjoyed it. However, I feel that the idea to make a cute dessert had to sacrifice some taste. I would still recommend for a hot day, and I would return.

We came at a great time since it was their first year anniversary. We decided to get a waffle (+1) and ice cream of avocado and strawberry (which was buy 1 get 1 free) flavour plus the matcha one. I've got to say, it was really refreshing!

New dessert place that occupies space on Kent St entrance of Regents place. Previously this space was occupied by a Thai restaurant. Extremely well presented Taiwanese/Japanese dessert cafe. Extremely clean, refreshing, relaxing experience with fluffy shaved ice, generous portions, and attentive friendly staff. The staff member "Fish" was extremely kind to us. We look forward to coming again.

I love the ice cream esp the matcha flavour. The toppings are also really nice. However, I think for 15 dollars, what they give you, wasn't enough. The portion was only as big as my hand; however, it is quite worth it because the ice cream is really good. The place here is also really nicely decorated.

Been to both burwood and cbd stores, cbd store is much smaller and less seating. Their desserts are hit and miss - some are alright and the others so so. Nothing gourmet but the Roji monsters dessert design is obviously great for the gram.

little dessert shop in Regent place. Need to wait for order cz the order counter only one and you need to get a card and stamp it with what kind of flavour n topping u want to choose. Its ok if not busy. I ordered black sesame shaved ice with honey comb and oreo cream cheese for $14. The ice cream is very light and cute plating. The shop is clean and nice vibe with the music. The price is little bit expensive.
