The team were very helpful tonight. We mistakenly received a pizza with cheese on it (requested vegan in the notes - it’s likely that we may have put the order through wrong). When we called to let them know this they said they would send a new one right away. We received 2 pizzas and a drink all complementary! Thankyou for your help tonight guys. Very good customer service 10/10 :)

10/10 service from this store! i went to grab some dinner and crust annerley was so quick and easy ! the staff were all lovely and very proffessional. not only that but the food is fresh and delicious ! would recommend any day !

Pretty decent pizza, for a franchise I must say it's worth the money. They were open on Australia day making them convenient and follow all our requests but I can't say it was the main reason we went to that area. The first choice was closed, and this was open so I would say early bird got the worm and that there were no regrets.

Wonderful establishment. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Been here multiple times and order is always on time and freshly prepared with an amazing ratio of sauce to toppings. Love this crust pizza and even the delivery boys are very well mannered and friendly. Must try the PERI PERI CHICKEN, CRUST SUPREME.

How very disappointing an experience our crust pizza was. Firstly the voucher I used was overcharged by about 5 dollars, no biggy...this is the high end pizza, surely it will be worth it. Delivery was made in a timely manner. The Peking duck was supposed to come with a side of Cucumber, Shallot and Coriander Slaw, which was missing. The flavour of the pizza wasn't bad but not really good either. Also, the Confit garlic prawn was also missing the lemon wedges and the flavour profile was far from delicious. CRUST, maybe go back to basics and stop trying too hard. So fancy that the flavours aren't quite right. I don't believe I'm saying this but I would buy Dominos over Crust in future...sad but true. Crust, please feel free to contact me for a chat if you would like some more feedback. UPDATE... Store called me for more feedback. Upped rating to 3 stars. Owner cares about his business enough to reach out.

I have been ordering online and visiting this store for past 6 months now. Peri peri is the must try Pizza here. It's so good. I love the base too. It's crispy and tasty. Lot of customisations available. I have called over to store for customisations and they did accept and executed perfectly. Friendly staff who welcome with great attitude. Excellent delivery speed. Love the way they deliver within 20 minutes of ordering. I just love it. Best one around.

The pizza was delicious and the service time was quick. The only criticism I have was that instead or receiving one medium meat deluxe and one small seafood marinara as requested - what we got was one small meat deluxe and one medium seafood marinara.
