We had the best experience at That Pizza Guy! We had booked a table inside but when we saw the tables outside so close to the nature we requested to move and a lovely girl called Gennie, made an effort to give us a great spot. We ordered the Lamb shank risotto and the Rib-eye steak, both were absolutely AMAZING, truly impeccable. Chef Gigi came to our table and we were able to thank him for beautiful meal! Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. The atmosphere of the Venue is great and very cozy. I highly recommend the restaurant if you want to have a great full experience.

Exceptional service!! That Pizza Guy catered our staff Christmas party and we couldn't have asked for better. From first contact with Kristy in the office through to the staff on the night everything was great. The pizzas were fantastic, there was plenty of them and nothing was a problem. Best pizza we’ve had since arriving back in Australia. The outlook and restaurant setting is beautiful and we just love coming here. The waitstaff are always excellent, and particularly accommodating with our 3 year old daughter who enjoys the pizza as much as we do. Lovely wine, beer and cocktail list. What a surprise ! Photos can't capture how tranquil and serene this venue is... my step dad literally fell asleep after his meal to the sound of birds and the running water. Definitely worth the stop. The food is well presented and delicious.

Epic pizza! We hired That Pizza Guy for our wedding and LOVED IT. The pizza is absolutely delicious with so many options that cater to all dietary requirements for guests. We also had a grazing board for our guests in the afternoon which was demolished by our guests as they got snacking after the ceremony.These guys go absolutely above and beyond though - we got our own snack box to take with us when we left to get our photos taken and they left behind a stack of pizzas once they finished serving, which guests took home at the end of the night for a late night snack. I honestly love these extra touches, they are so appreciated by everyone! I worked with Kristy in the lead up to the day and she was excellent. Every question or request I had she was able to meet and she was so easy to talk to. These guys are super well priced too. Love That Pizza Guy and can't wait to continue visiting their trucks stationed around the coast! Thanks guys :)

Went for dinner - there is a very cosy atmosphere and a lovely garden out the back. I had the carbonara and my partner had the supreme pizza. The carbonara was delicious - I always approve of speck in carbonara as the super fattiness helps offset the creamy sauce. The pizza base was nice and thin with a super chewy crust - if you want authentic style this is the place to go. Top it all off with some local tap beers and a yummy magherita (the cocktail variety). Really wanted dessert but just couldn't fit it in - maybe next time.

I would like to make a comment about the wine policy at the Glenview headquarters. A friend told me the restaurant accepted BYO at $2.50 per head so I was greatly surprised when I was told the charge was $25 per bottle. On checking the menu I saw in small letters the word CAKEAGE but no mention of CORKAGE. An understandable mistake on the part of my friend as surely no one dining at the restaurant would bring their own cake but may well bring their own wine. On asking the manager why the corkage was so he he replied the restaurant didn't want customers to bring their own wine. In that case why not say no BYO or make clear the corkage is $25 per bottle. In response to the owner's reply I would like to make it clear that my one star related to the restaurant's wine policy and not the food. I'm pleased to report that I had an excellent meal and my fellow diners enjoyed theirs too. There was a problem regarding the serving of the main course but this was resolved quickly (and generously) by the manager. I still think however it would be best for the restaurant to make it clear that they are fully licensed and do not allow BYO. By so doing any nasty shock at learning that you would be charged $25 a bottle would be avoided.

Very pleasantly surprised. The name might suggest they only do pizza but it's so much more. Our steak and pork belly salad was amazing, as good as you'd get in some very upmarket restaurants. We had sticky date pudding for dessert which was one of the best I've had. This is a must do it you're coming to the coast. We'll definitely be back. I hope they do very well, they certainly deserve to.

Had dinner here on Sat night, we were running a bit late due to a previous function to call ahead and let them know, the lady on the phone was helpful and courteous. Upon being seated in a lovely corner table so we could see the outdoor garden, our drinks arrived within minutes. The food was amazing, good serving sizes and cooked/garnished to perfection. Catering with That Pizza Guy was one of the first decisions we made our wedding, we even changed dates to make sure they were available. The booking process couldn’t have been easier, and from start to finish they are so kind and wonderful to deal with. OK so we are going back here tonight and only been here once before. The Pizzas and the Caesar Salad were just yummy. We actually liked the fact that we were not rushed and waited between courses. Life is pretty hectic for us so the slower pace made it the perfect night to sit back and enjoy the surroundings and eat without feeling like they needed you to leave. Had our first night out at That Pizza Guy at Daisy's Place this week. What a beautiful setting to enjoy a summer nights dining. We shared an entree of pork belly and garlic bread, the pork belly melted in the mouth. Then shared one of their famous pizzas and definitely one of the best I've ever had. Went for lunch yesterday and I can not praise this place highly enough! The decor is perfect inside and out,elegant but relaxing and comfy,wide chairs,outside in the forest we sat next to a running brook and it was so peaceful. Everyone on the Sunshine Coast and beyond needs to check this place out! We had pizza from the van at pelican waters and that was so good too Staff are friendly,knowledgeable and not in your face. Very helpful because they have tasted some of the offerings which helps customers no end. I had calamari and pork belly for starters as my mains and my man had the prawn and scallop risotto. He said it was perfect,I tasted it and it was creamy,flavoursome and the seafood in it was fresh and tasted like it was just out of the ocean,it had that slightly salty flavour. The pork belly with sauce and horseradish cream was divine,I could have eaten that all day,crispy outside and moist soft meat inside. Calamari was perfectly cooked (believe me most places can’t even get that right) Drinks were cold and refreshing,sitting outside in the forest was so relaxing. Prices are comparable for the region and season. We loved it all Parking is limited but when the foods this good you can park anywhere🤗 Congrats guys you have a winner with it all,we will definitely be back to the restaurant and the pizza van

You can tell that you use quality ingredients. The whole process of working with you guys from start to finish has been so easy. You accommodated for all of our dietary requirements and needs on the day. The best bit however was the lovely surprise when I opened my fridge to see boxes of pizza for us to eat today. Had a late lunch here today with Pam. We had the bruschetta and a pizza. Bruschetta is not a complicated dish yet so many places get it wrong. The bruschetta here was awesome - ripe tomatoes, fresh basil and high quality balsamic vinegar. The pizza dough was light and fluffy, just the right amount of quality toppings where you could taste each element. We will be back many more times I feel. Thanks guys, great job!
