Great pizza, good service. Rang up for pick up and was ready at the exact time. If you like thick base then you will love the pizza. Well test dough and soft and chewy texture.

Medici occupies a fantastic niche that I've yet to find elsewhere. By serving pre-made, kept warm pizzas, the service is quicker than anywhere else. The pizzas are small, which makes them perfect for a quick lunch or bite. The pizzas are also quite good, better than the main chains and many other restaurants. Their location is convenient and prominent. Would go again.

Great Pizza and lovely professional staff. Our pizza was actually a tiny bit burnt on one raised section. The staff actually brought it to our attention and offered to remake the pizza (which we did not accept as it was not necessary but I really appreciated the integrity) definitely recommend!

It was the first time my family and I dined in Medici today for lunch and we had a wonderful experience. The pizza and garlic knots we ordered were absolutely delicious and full of flavour. Customer service was also equally amazing, so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Medici will now become a family favourite!

Small corner shop, mainly takeaway, but there are a few tables and chairs here if you want to dine in. We had 2 large pizzas takeaway. They were reasonably priced and decent sized. The bacon and cheese was tomato based and was exactly what was promised. The bacon had a nice smokey flavour/taste and was covered in cheese on a nice crunchy pizza base. The other pizza was a Medici, with tasty Italian sausage, olives, mushroom, semi dried tomato and mozzarella on a tomato base. Also very nice and crispy base. This was comfort food for a rainy day. Yum yum.

Oh my god. I think this is honestly the best pizza I've ever eaten. We got 2 different flavours and both were so good, not overdone on the toppings, the base was light and fluffy but crispy on the outside. Could not fault it, thanks guys!!

Hi, Look, I love food and especially pizza. I don't normally post reviews. But, honestly, your pizza bases are to "die for". They are so light and "fluffy"... for want of a better adjective. It's a credit to your staff. I only wish that I could cook a pizza with a base like that. And... I've tried.... Truly envious.

Has to be one of the best pizza places I have ever been to!! We love the sweet chili chicken pizza and everything else! 5 stars is not enough! Never have I had pizzas with such generous portion of cheese than the medici's ones! I would happily pay $10 for the personal pizzas!

Amazing pizzas. The dough appeared quite thick when I first saw it but it turned out to have a perfect balanced texture. Pizzas here are better than the ones you get at fancy dine-in restaurants. One of the must pizzerias to visit in town! I would recommend it to everyone who visit Hobart!!!

One cold winter's night in Hobart city, I'd just been to see Electric Wizard at the Odeon theatre and I'd worked up quite a hunger. I stumbled across this conveniently located pizza joint. Being a vegan I was glad to find at unique vegan option and promptly ordered an entire pizza for myself. It must be said, there was a wait, quite a wait, and I felt myself becoming ever more hungry as each minute passed. I felt forgotten in a cold and lonely world. But just when I'd almost given up, out came this steaming hot circle of life... It was a thing to behold, but I had not yet know of it's tasty delights. From the first bite I knew it was something special. It was as if I'd never really tasted before, and I'd never really taste anything quite like it again... For a brief moment in time, all was right and good in the world. Thank you kind pizza merchants, keep working your tasty, tasty magic.

Wandering around craving a snack and Medici pizza appeared. $6 for a takeaway hot slice of “New York” was everything we needed on the chilly Hobart night. Hot, chewy dough with thin slices of pepperoni and lotsa mozzarella.

I used to stop by Medici at least once a week when I lived in Hobart. The staff are super friendly. The best part is that you get to eat an entire pizza by yourself. What more could you want?
