Ate dine in. Service was excellent with attentive staff. Pizza came out very quickly, was hot and tasty. If I lived local would get takeaway often. Happy to recommend. Giving it 4 stars due to in house dining atmosphere; other customers were great, fluorescent lighting, no frills furniture, toilets were 'usable'.

Tried their Aussie and supreme pizzas. Both delicious. Called in for delivery, was able to pay with card on delivery - they had portable reader which was great, was $6 with a min $15 spend. Thin crust with loads of toppings on both (a lot more in comparison to other standard pizzas from most places) was full with a couple of slices of their family sized pizzas (these were cut into 12 slices too btw). Picked up 2 pizzas, supreme and meat lovers. Probably best I've had in Melbourne with heaps of toppings and not greasy. Highly recommended! A++

This is the classic Australian take on Italian pizza at its absolute finest. If you're looking for a crispy thin crust with minimal toppings for $25 look elsewhere. Great selection of pizza's with copious toppings and excellently priced. They also bring a card machine on delivery if requested.

What seems to be a friendly family run business, I gave it a go and here I am again, twice in 3 days. The crispy base and good balance of fresh ingredients are on point whilst the warmth of the restaurant is sure to cure any winter blues. Great service, amazing food, very clean, authentic Italians running it- if you want pizza and you're in the city or south Melbourne or port Melbourne or even if you're on the damn peninsula get your ass up to Clarendon Street and have the best pizza you've ever eaten. I guarantee it will make your life worth living at least for the time you're eating.

Great food and friendly staff. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is they only have one EFTPOS machine and if the delivery driver is out doing a delivery the restaurant patrons have to wait for him to return if they want to pay by card. I hope the restaurant fixes this soon because in this day and age you can't make your dine in customers wait to pay just because your only EFTPOS machine is out with the delivery driver.

H and the team at Patonys are very friendly, affable and helpfull in recommending the very nice pasta dishes they consistently deliver. Not only big hearty pasta dishes but made with finessè. In particular the spaghetti with mild salami olives mushrooms, a touch of napolitana sauce best olive oil and garlic if wanted. H himself is a past master with this dish and most other fair. Yum Yum. I always leave Patonys feeling very well fed and well nourished. And the coffee is spot on. No trendy theatrics. Just very good coffee.
