If you live for pizza - go elsewhere! Had two take away pizza on cheap Tuesday and was expecting grand things after all the hype for this place. The restaurant has excellent vegan options, craft beers, fun games and picnic rugs to hire which is amazing! To top it off they are super environmentally friendly. The only down side is the actual quality of the pizza. If you are after super traditional woodfire and tasty pizza this is probably not the place. I got capricciosa which had pictures of artichokes on the online menu however came in a blobs of paste, one olive per slice, undercooked and overall bland. The other pizza was proscuitto, the proscuitto itself was really good quality however it was overpowered with gorgonzola cheese. Not sure if the quality was compromised due to cheap tuesday however not sure I would be a repeat customer unfortunately!

Used to live near Small Print when it first opened. Haven’t had one of their pizza’s for a few years now. Thought I would seek them out during lockdown. Wow! They are even better than I remember. That was the best pizza I have inhaled in years. Enjoyed every bite, from crust to delicious toppings.

this is a casual pizza place which produces pizza that’s a little different compared to traditional pizzerias. Portions are quite generous, so adjust your orders accordingly! Some details on what sets it apart: 1. 🌿Most traditional pizza places will be very meat heavy but there’s more vegan pizzas on their menu. There were only 2-3 non-vegan pizzas. Good news for vegans who have to deal with limited choices everyday. 2. 🍕The chicken pizza we ordered was SPICY! Chicken thighs seasoned with paprika and chilli jam made an interesting combination. I found the pizza initially too spicy and couldn’t really enjoy the tomato base. when the pizza was cooler, it became more evident that the chilli jam complemented the tomato base. 3. 🍟cauliflower fries?!? Yes you can get them here. Instead of standard shoestring fries, they deep fry cauliflower florets. Very crunchy and delicious, though it is best shared among a group. The price point of $15 pizzas on Tuesdays was a huge bonus. While there’s no table service, the staff were consistently friendly. Amazing Pizza Bar! This is not your normal take away. The pizza is excellent and a definite standout among its peers, some of the best in Melbourne easily. They have a great variety of pizzas and sides with a focus for vegan options and alternatives. Pair this with a suave dining setting and an awesome team behind the counter, you're bound for a great experience. They also have an ethos that looks to limit environmental harm where they can, a "Small (foot)Print". Annnd at the moment they're giving away a free beer (I chose a Bodriggy, yum) with pickup, what more can i say, make this your local. Thanks a bunch guys!

Cool vibe to the place! Thoroughly enjoyed tucking into our Saturday night dinner of pizzas and beers. We choose the Ham pizza and the Pumpkin pizza. The pizza hada great base....crispy and light. Thin in the centre, and puffy around the edge. Very light, not greasey/oily. The Ham pizza had just the right amount of ham to pineapple. The Pumpkin pizza had great flavours and good combination of ingredients. We could have definitely ordered double, to eat 1 now, and have the other sitting in the fridge for a late night snack!! We tried the Seasonal vegies.......cauliflower florets n smoked aoli Very enjoyable.....nice contrasting texture with the soft insides to the deep fried coating.

If I’m in Melbourne on Tuesdays I always come for their all pizzas $15 each deal. Bonus points for their sustainability, great staff and able to borrow a picnic blanket and eat at the park across the road (they even bring it over to you once it’s ready) Obsessed!

Great place, easy to access location, cozy and chilled vibes. We ordered the pumpkin pizza, dessert, and drinks. Pizza was great, thin crust, which I like. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. The toppings were delicious though cause the thin crust it's a bit hard to pick up. Dessert was so good! A must try. If you want it to be vegan, you can for an extra $2. Mojito and sangria were great. Overall a great experience, especially if you're vegetarian/vegan.

You won’t find a better pizza in Melbourne. I have tried all their vegan pizzas and not a single one disappoints, their vegan margarita tastes so good that I had to order it another day as I was sure that they had given me actual cheese. My girlfriend has tried many of their meat ones and they are also incredibly tasty, she also struggles to tell the difference with their vegan cheese. Amazing place, really friendly and helpful staff and then best BBQ sauce that was ever made. Definitely worth making your way down there rather than ordering through a delivery partner as parking is easy and it helps them as a business. Thank you Smallprint!

My favourite pizza place! I adore their vegan pumpkin pizza, all their pizzas are delish to be honest... I have dined in and ordered take away, dining in is a little cramped and the staff seemed friendly but distracted by the amount of take away going out. I saw they hand deliver to the park across the road for picnics, my friends and I cannot wait to experience this! Thanks Small Print! This is the best pizza place in Melbourne. And I've tried a lot!! The ingredients are fresh and super high quality, the pizzas are always hot and crispy and just the right thickness. They use the perfect vegan cheese and just the right amount of toppings. My partner eats the non-vegan ones and he agrees that these guys are the best. Good review incoming!! So after a long day of battling the harsh melbourne winter whilst op shopping with my misso and bestie! We decided to order not 1 but 2 pizzas from this place! We went for the four cheeses first! Let me tell you this pizza should be called for Jesus cause this is what I’d give him if he appeared! HEAVENLY! The second we opted for the Toscana! If this pizza was any bigger I’d use it as a weighted blanket it was so comforting to eat! Not a word was said as me and the misso chowed just smiling,agreeing head nods and saying “it’s good” with our mouths stuffed to the brim! Almost ended up ordering a second round it was that good!

Love this place! So cosy and warm inside, a great place for a date. I love that there is a great selection of vegan wines, and food options of course! We tried the Eggplant Pizza, the Mushroom Pizza, Cauliflower chips, and the Brownie dessert. Omg that dessert was amazing.... I would definitely get those chips again too!! Loved the pizzas, particularly the mushroom pizza. Next time I would love to try the vegan pepperoni!! Would definitely recommend you visit!

Small print does well by bringing simplicity to an already crowded pizza market. Their difference? Quality ingredients. Their toppings have delicious definitive flavors. We tried the beef cheek ragu and the hot smoked paprika chicken, delicious flavors. The bases are sourdough and although they are thin, they have great flavor and texture. Nice fit-out, good craft beers on tap, great to see the chefs making the pizzas. Recommended.

We went to try the vegan pizzas on offer, of which there was a good selection. The vegan pumpkin pizza was the best pizza that I have ever tasted. I was so impressed, given that that it was vegan also! The layout is cosey and creates a sense of community amongst the customers. I found that this sense of community was greatly enhanced by the staff who are amazing and genuinely attentive. Loved it and will go back!

VEGANS - Their vegan cheese is incredible. They also have a vegan brownie that comes with a coconut ice cream and its to DIE FOR. Amazing. I would go here every day if it wasn’t so expensive. $20 for a vegan pizza. They have pints of local beer on tap too, which is nice. Only 4 star because of price. Staff are usually super nice, and the place itself is small but comfortable.

Amazing pizzas. Genuinely the best I've had in the south east suburbs. The sourdough pizza base is superb. Thin, light and crispy, yet filling. The pizza toppings are unique and interesting. Absolutely love the truffled mushroom and the beef cheek pizzas. Also the sides are pretty good. The deep-fried cauliflower chips are damn nice. The place has some tasty craft beers on rotation also. There's always 3-4 different kegs tapped with a decent variety. Not just your classic lager and pale ales.

Had been looking forward to eating at Small Print for so long given its my local. Pizzas were simple and delicious (great choice for vegan and veg too) but the service was like getting blood out of a stone. The ‘enlightened hospitality’ was seriously lacking along with any form of attentiveness which was so disappointing (sorry!). The guy serving had to be waved down every time we wanted to order, another wine, or the bill. Will definitely eat here again, perhaps takeaway next time.

Best pizza going in the Prahran/Windsor area, I love this place. We especially love when they offer Pizza in the Park during the warmer months. Was pretty apprehensive about trying the pizza here at Small Print, given there are so many solid pizza options around in the area....however, this will be the ONLY pizza joint I will frequent from now on. Amazing flavours using the freshest ingredients, perfect crispy and light bases (also should mention, the gluten free base is the best I've tried in Melb), awesome vibe, and great beer selection! 10/10 will recommend this place to anyone.
