Accomodating, generous, tasty and not too expensive. They serve great middle eastern style pizzas ! Don’t know of another place that does these, but they’re outside the normal in a great way, and massive. Be prepared to take home leftovers. Portion size in general is also generous for all of their food, not just the pizzas. Not only is this a funky place to eat, but it’s also great value for money. I wouldn’t ask them to change a thing ! Not too noisy either, so you can have a nice chat over dinner. Parking is a little bit tough, so if going, get there early. Also, they agreed to change stuff out in their banquet that we didn’t want to eat. We’ve been twice and wouldn’t hesitate to come again.

First time eating at moors head and first meal in a restaurant since the start of the pandemic. So glad we randomly chose this restaurant. Staff were so nice and accomodating. Flavour of the food was incredible. Will be back to try every other pizza.

Moore's Head is insanely good❣❣❣ Food to 'die' for. So delicious❣😋. It was my first time here tonight and I can't wait to go back. I had the Keanu Reeves Arabic pizza which was amazing! My friend loved their food also. What an amazing infusion of flavors. This restaurant is reasonably priced has friendly staff and amazingly good food. I don't care where you live in the whole of Victoria but it is worth a trip down to Moor's Head. Do not hesitate. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍

The food is absolutely incredible! Every single dish is so unique, flavoursome and well balanced. The staff are always super friendly and amazing with any allergies and special requests. Our favourite restaurant by far!

Reasonably priced moorish food, including great appetisers, pizzas and desserts in chilled surroundings. Very good service, interesting cocktails and good selection of beers. My son was pleasantly surprised to find one from his favourite Weihenstephan, the world's oldest brewery. Would visit again....

My favorite Pizza restaurant! My faves are OUM KALTHOUM and OMAR SHARIF, and the "Authentics" are cracking too, all with amazing chewy bases. The people who work here are the best, very kind and friendly. My partner was agonizing over two veggie pizzas on the phone and when we went to pick it up they had made a tiny "sample" of the other one for her to try next time. I always leave with a smile on my face and piping hot pizza. I'd suggest picking up directly rather than UBEREATS/DELIVEROO as you want it REALLY hot! Enjoy... :)

Fab dinner. Great service. Great find. It’s Lebanese I believe, but a Turk could be convinced it’s Turkish. Great combo. Dips, kofta, pizza, pide all great. Dessert honey ricotta was delicious! Go!!

Delicious food, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. We ordered the Emir Bashir and the Ibn Battuta. They are absolutely delicious, their pizza base is so crunchy and fluffy, the middle eastern flavours are so amazing! Definitely come and give this place a try. You can make a booking online too.

Loved the first banquet option. Went with two others and there was plenty of food to be shared in the banquet. Our favourites were the bread with dip and the pizzas. Tried out the Lebanese arak, which was very interesting, nothing at all like the arak from my country of origin, but still very good. No hiccups at all with this place. If you're in the neighbourhood and want to try some nice Middle Eastern food then this is the place for you!

In a cozy dim setting off of the hustle and bustle of high streets night life you will find a little gem "The Moors Head". With a straight forward menu to offer it is refreshing to make a selection in what usually takes twice the time to read. Do not let that underestimate your choices as their modern take on traditional food was exemplary. The Mezze was quiet small however the lamb ordered was full of flavour but the garlic prawns where a bit small and tasted like your large chain frozen seafood thawed. When the Manouse and Pide came out. Wow. Grate aromas and even better flavours. We added smoked beef to the Pide and it, to us, felt like it bran the dish out a bit more though it was already packing heaps with well cooked eggplant and Feta and a Napoletean base sauce the thrive for. To finish with dessert was to finish with what they do well, "another Pide" with warm ricotta, honey and wallnuts, which when combined in your mouth was a delight. Will be revisiting for sure.

Such a great concept ‘inauthentic pizza’….. I was certainly intrigued. They called to let me know there would be a slight delay but actually turned up way quicker than expected. The delivery driver had impeccable manners and was a delight to deal with. I ordered 2 long (inauthentic) pizza’s, one ‘Erkin Koray’- Beef Sujuk, black Olives, Haloumi, Red Peppers, Tomato and one ‘Omar Sharif’- Three Cheeses, Mint, Nigella, Oregano and Soused Onion. Firstly, the visuals were just divine, impeccable in fact. Overall the flavours were quite lovely. The ‘Omar Sharif/Three cheese’ pizza was inventive and like nothing else I have tried before. The mint and soused onion takes the edge of the intense salty kick you get from the fetta. I do feel the ratio of fetta was a little too high or they could perhaps use one just a smidge less salty to have a bit more balance. The Beef Sujuk was delicious, but again quite salty when mixed with the olives. The pizza bases were amazing, lovely smokey flavour. I will definitely order again, but perhaps select some less salty options.

Finally found a Melbourne Pide that is exactly the same as the ones you get in Turkey! Delicious and generous size- much bigger than I was expecting. The meatballs were very tasty too and the fresh bread that came with them was so soft and fluffy. Can’t wait to come back and try another pide next time. The Shams of Tabriz sounds delicious! Excellent food. A different slant on pizza. Our booking was for 6.30p on a Friday and the place was packed (100 people?), so they are obviously doing something right lol. Reasonably priced. Excellent service.

Good. Not brilliant, not mind blowing, would have preferred more flavour in the food but you can't win them all. I do love Rumi and so I was expecting more I guess but it was a bit of a 'whatever' meal. The hummous with minced lamb was the absolute star and I would go back just for that. Great pizza bases, some of the best I've had anywhere. Not a great fan of the topping but perhaps we could have chosen better. Overall a good night.

Moor's Head is a great place to grab some dinner and drinks. Pizza and Pida have interesting flavour combinations and are delicious. Definitely worth a visit. Just be aware google navigation isn't great at figuring out addresses which are located at the rear of a street.

Really love this place. Be it dine in or take away the food is always delicious, to the point they've become our local pizza parlour & we haven't had italian pizza in a while. Vegetarian, carnivore or straddling the line you're never left wanting. Friendly staff, good beer, tasty pizzas and well priced, what more could you ask for?

Mmmm you have to leave room for the Turkish delight at this awesome restaurant!! But that is to say nothing of the mains of either pride (folded) or traditional pizza,....the flavours are amazing and the vegetarian options are totally worth a try!! The restaurant is in an old warehouse and has a warm feel...just missing the Turkish coffee at the end which would too off this gourmet experience!! Prices are high ish ...but you are paying for some authentic and tasty cuisine!
