I gave Crust 5 stars previously but reduced it to 3 due to deteriorating quality. All their pizzas lately taste exactly the same. Customers move on & business wonders why & blames bad luck or the economy.

Didn't have any issues with pickup. Went and ordered the pizzas, and the friendly staff provided the pizzas in 10 minutes as promised. The pizzas were not too bad.

Ordered at 4pm for delivery at 7pm. Pizza arrived 45mins late with no update/notification and not only that but it was cold and not very palatable. Update: Crust contacted me today and apologised for the delay and offered a $50 voucher for a future order. Appreciated the courtesy call.

Crust was very busy tonight when we got the pizzas, so it took longer than usual, but always worth the wait. The pizza with chorizo meat, pepperoni, prosciutto, italian sausage and cherry tomato was great and the garden salad was fantastic!!

Not sure about the haters on reviews. Extremely busy store. Seems deliveries are sometimes the only issue, 3rd world problem. Pizza quality is so fresh and perfect always. I find pickup is best. Friendly staff and cool shop. :)))

I am one of the uber driver and I have noticed that this crust is usually busier that other shops that I go to pick good up! Surprisingly, their system is very nice and I don't have to wait that long as compared to other shops! I think the management has changed now because it was never like this before! The new guy in beard is very friendly and he has a great personality! I personally recommend crust neutral bay! 🙏

Crust Neutral Bay have really picked their game up over the last few months. My pizzas are always on time (even on Friday night), and are the freshest and best that they’ve ever been. I don’t know what you guys are doing there, but now I won’t ever get my pizza from anywhere else. Keep up the great work!
