It is not the quialitu of the pizza or the service... But it is the business practice .. it is absolutely unbelievable as now the medium pizza in this shop is classified as large and and large now is called extra large. Now you get slugged extra 3 dollars for it.. I can certainly understand the prices can go up on Items and and it a fact of life prices do increase... I have no issues as I am also in business.. but simply by relabeling a medium pizza to a large pizza .. by shrinking the product and charge you the same as what it was not is bad practice... it is sneaky and very underhanded... it is dishonest... although one may ague... there is not a universal standards for pizza sizes lol.. but fair practice is still required.. MacDonald's use this same tactic very bad practice... Anyhow.. I don't think I will ever order anymore from there ... I was quiet embarrassed by the practice as my Guest were left Hungary as the large pizzas I ordered was medium.. and people did not have enough to eat... lol..

I never give reviews but I absolutely love Dulwich hill Crust and feel like they deserve a review. Our pizza is always ready when we come to pick it up and always fresh, packed with toppings and sauce and yummy. We are always welcomed and the staff even remember my name when I call up and have given us free extras for being regular customers. This is the only pizza place I go when I’m craving pizza (which is quite often) :)

We always order to pick up from store and pizza is always ready on time. Never bother to put review as I felt this is benchmark service level for all pizza shop. What make me write the review is their above and beyond service standard. Due to technical problem in computer, their printer did not print few orders. That was me who was first customer turned up and they figured out this issue. Manager apologized for inconvenience straight away. I was happy to wait without any dramas as this is technical issue which happens in real life. Within 10 minutes, my order was ready and there was complementary movenpick 900ml icecream which was yummy surprise. Unreal customer service, well done Crust Dulwichhill.

Super friendly and professional. Uber eats brought me the wrong pizza and the store organized the correct pizza to be delivered to my door for free within 25 minutes. They even included a bottle of Coca Cola too. Couldn’t believe how wonderful they were! If you’re going to order from any Crust, make it this one! Thanks again guys :)

Really friendly staff, they listen and customize your pizzas properly of you're making it like that. Only downside is this branch has no sitting area or benches, so -1 but overall really nice.

This time they seemed very slow and disorganised. Plenty of staff bit our pick up, meant to be 15 minutes and I still had to wait half an hour out the front. Food is OK, but it is getting to gourmet prices for average feed.

Good Food & Good Service. They were making our pizza in front of us then it went in to oven. When their staff gave me pizza, we can see steam coming out of box. We were going to take it home but change mind and had it there. Awesome experience.

This is by far my favourite pizza place. Crust Dulwich hill has been consistent with the high quality pizzas of the franchise but I've always found the staff really happy and friendly. I've known some by name and they've known me so we often have a good chat. On top of this they have some great specials not available at other stores so even though they aren't my local crust I cross country to get their great prices.
