This place is amazing! The atmosphere was great we were immediately greeted by friendly staff and incredible aroma of baking pizza. They have a wide arrange of pizza, past, desserts and drinks. We ordered a pizza and pasta and it was delicious. The crust was crispy, flavourful with home made sauce and the toppings worked together beautifully. Best pizza in Sydney hands down The pasta was packed with flavour and presented with great staff. By the end of our meal we were planning our next visit. This is a place to go with family, friends, partners or solo, I loved it. Must try this place! Excellent service, great owners that make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door.

I don’t know why the waitress is not wearing a mask, in the midst of a pandemic where we’re averaging 50k new cases every day. I showed her my vaccination certificate and she just shrugged like she didn’t care. I love the pizza and the friendly environment but care about your customer’s safety first.

This place has just continued to improve over the last few years. It used to be my cheap and cheerful go-to for pizza with stock ingredients and simple toppings, but now it has definitely gone up a few levels. Wonderful experience!!! Seated & served fast! But that didn't compare to how fast the food arrived, I almost couldn't believe it :0) Now for the Taste! Yummo! These guys are so wonderful. Not only is the pizza delicious but they stepped up when Menulog let me down (the driver never turned up, despite the app saying “on way” for an hour) - Frank’s Pizza not only sent one of their own drivers, but also offered to re-make the pizza order for me as it had got cold, free of charge! The environment seemed to be a very family based setting, the staff were nice (the male ones in particular). One waitress constantly referred to everyone as beautiful, handsome and gorgeous, this was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. We ordered a supreme pizza (without anchovies) which was absolutely delightful. I ordered the Spaghetti Marinara which was blatantly frozen and horrible (clearly not fresh seafood)... Hovido knows fresh seafood when he tries it. My partner ordered the Penne Arrabbiata and claimed it was lovely as always. Mango gelato didn't even taste of mango and tasted hideous, vanilla tasted like vanilla at least... as it should. Hovido moderately satisfied...

We've been coming here for years for a delicious Italian meal. The pizza bases are perfect (not too thick or thin). They make great cream based pastas and their desserts are fantastic. If you come after 7 on a weekday you can usually park just outside on Paramatta Rd.

Fantastic traditional family run pizza and Italian restaurant. These guys have obviously been around for a while and really know how to turn out a good pizza base. Light, crisp and full of flavour. Toppings are everything you'd expect and nicely balanced. Prices are very reasonable for an excellent product. We'll be back !

This restaurant went out of there way to show kindness tonight. We ordered pizzas to take away to eat in the park with three young kids of our friends, but it was a bit cold, so they insisted we sat in and wouldn't take any extra money. The pizza was excellent as were the staff. I also want to say that I saw an absolutely horrifically rude customer yelling at the staff (in front of young children) over her pizza, and this revolting and pathetically petulant behaviour was treated with far more grace and goodwill that it deserved by the owner. A great family business that deserves every success and we will be back. Excellent for families.

The location Is fantastic. I particularly liked the exotic range of pizza's and lasagne. The owner is friendly and the restaurant has a nice feeling to it. However I especially do not like spending twenty dollars for a large pizza. The service I would say is mediocre and you should tell the person to times if you want to get something.

I live in Camperdown and we always past this place and decided to go in one evening. This place is great! Pizza was great and staff were all welcoming and nice. We also had a mouse and it was litterally the best mouse in the world! Would highly recommend this place and it’s now our regular pizza place

Nice cheap Italian. Lasagne wasn't microwaved properly on a few occasion as the centre was still cold. As expected given the price you pay. Flavours are present, however not spectacular. Good place if you're a local, just don't drive out o your way for it.

I heard so many good things about this place that I had to test it out. I like that they don't have 10000 food choices but 14 solid pizzas in three different sizes (small: $11, large $15), a few pasta dishes, veal and seafood plus starters, salads and yummy gelato (served in cones, cups or even in 750ml containers). The prices are very fair and the quality of the food is really good. If you expect above average food with the accompanying presentation/ decoration, then this is probably too much of an average place for you. But it's great for a dinner with friends or family as they have a spacious dining area, originally designed in an old garage hall. The staff is very nice and reliable and orders come fast. Drinks are self-service and you can only pay in cash. Car parking around this place can turn out to be tricky, you'll have to find a spot on Australia St, as Parramatta Rd isn't an option. Food is also good as take-away.

Food was pretty good here, pizzas were tasty and a good size. While the restaurant is well decorated and makes good use of its space, we found the lack of soft surfaces made it it difficult to talk due to the noisy echoes. The service was also a bit lacking with the many service staff slow to respond.

Good pizza but it’s always inconsistent. The Margherita doesn’t have enough cheese on it half the time and it just ends up with puffy bits of crust. But when it’s right it’s really good. The Mexicana pizza is good too.

I've been to Frank's for a couple of work events and I've always feel welcomed and incredibly satisfied. The staff and owners are lovely - although when busy you may need to remind them of your orders! Definitely go with the pizza - expect a light, crispy crust and flavoursome toppings. Pizza's are enough to share between a few, but grab a pasta as well to fill the belly. I haven't tried their home made gelato but have heard these are pretty yummy. If you're not full of wheat yet, go for the nutella pizza with the same crispy crust and warm nutella and strawberries. I've always left this place with a smile on my face from the great staff.

I love the name of this place: the image is get when I hear 'Pizza Bar' is bang on the decor of this establishment. Part way diner part way Italian cafe. You know instantly that it's family run as you enter: nonna working the register and nonno leading the kitchen staff. Pizzas are good here and prices are decent ($12-$20 for a pizza), i once ordered the cannelloni and was disappointed to find that it was cooked from frozen and has a watery consistency because of this. That said, it was still tasty. Definitely a good place to take larger groups / families.

My wife & I who are both in our 50's had dinner at Franks Pizza Bar on Saturday 11th April 2015. We had literally returned that day from a 3 week vacation in Thailand. I can not speak highly enough about the service of the staff at Franks. It absolutely blitzed anything that we had received in Thailand. The staff were just so warm, friendly & welcoming. It was an absolute pleasure. The food as we have always come to expect from Franks, was just brilliant & very moderately priced. I could not recommend Franks any higher.

Frank's pizza is the bomb diggity! This place is known for its authentic thin crust pizza and pasta. You know this place is good when it's full of Italian families getting their feed on. Service is quick and the dining atmosphere is casual. Downside: they take cash only. Upside: If you have no cash on you, there's no need to offer to wash the dishes. My husband left me there as collateral and ran across the road to the petrol station to use the ATM :/ lol

Overall a nice pizza, thin crust and lovely flavours. The pepperoni used was top notch and spicy. Having said that the base was massacred in terms of being overcooked to within an inch of its life. If you're in the area go for it, I wouldn't necessarily travel for it though.

I've been going to Frank's Pizza Bar Restaurant for nearly 40 years. The pizzas are fabulous. Their tiramisu and nutella mouse are wonderful. They also do other traditional Italian food, but I can't get past the pizza. You can eat in, take away or delivery within 5km. Always great prices. Value for money.
