Aces is literally the most fun you can have with your clothes still on. We are visiting from Sydney, and want you to open a franchise there please! The music, ambience, service, and most importantly the food and drink were all excellent! We did the Piano, Piano set menu with added tiramisu for dessert. The portions were generous, the food was delicious. We especially loved the spicy rigatoni and the meatballs. Wine list is extensive, as is the range of other drinks. The service was super friendly- cannot rate you guys highly enough. Thanks for an excellent night out, and for the banging playlist that kept us dancing in our seats.

Ambiance and decor are like something you'd find in Italy. The lunch pasta serve is a bit small for the price but the pizza is very reasonable. The pasta sauce was packed full of flavour and the Back to the Funghi pizza was delicious. Consider dropping in next time you're in the Central Market.

Came in here with not much expectation and been blown out of the Ocean! Ordered 3 pastas and a sub and cannot believe the quality!! Genuinely Italian flavours, thick sugo sauce, hand made pasta. Fresh HUGE seafood pieces!! Definitely coming back. Don’t know why they’re reviews are only 4.1 compared to Lucia’s close by. Keep up the good work & service by everyone was wonderful too!

One of the best pizzas I've had!! I'm not a fan of marinara pizza but this ones a must try. Perfectly balanced with the right amount of seafood. Panna cotta was a perfect finish to our meal.

Aces is one of the coolest joints i have been to in Adelaide, with it's old school Italian bar vibe. Went with the crew last week. Loved the Nerano pasta and the back to the funghi pizza. Definitely best Meatballs i have ever had. Also enjoyed the cheap drinks during Golden hour!

What a bloody great place. Love the old school Italian vibe. Food was excellent and a good range of pizza/pasta/other stuff to please everyone. Staff extremely friendly and having a good time while doing their job which creates a very fun atmosphere. Loved choosing our own bottle from the wine shop, and a great range of prices. This is my second time here and I can’t wait to come back.

The mozzarella sticks are the best I’ve ever had. Really appreciated the fantastic service and food was fantastic. Thank you to the very kind chef who saw my son was given a peppery carbonara instead of a kids version and promptly insisted on remaking him a kid friendly one. Those little gestures are just so kind and we will never forget it. Thank you.

Second visit since the relaunch of this place a few years ago. The first visit was excellent - great food and service so my expectations were high for my second visit. Unfortunately the food wasn't nearly as good with the pasta being very overcooked and the pizza style changing. Mozzarella sticks were yum though.

The most delicious Italian food in Adelaide. A quaint little restaurant hidden on the edge of Chinatown in the central markets. The decor is warm and cosy, luxurious booths line the back wall. From the moment you arrive you are given lots of attention and personality from the wait and bar staff. Lots of wines, beers and liquor on offer. The food is delicious. Pizza, chicken, pasta and truffle chips.

I needed somewhere to work at my laptop for a couple of hours while in the city. I came here not expecting too much. And I've kept coming back. The coffee and food is good. Its easy going and relaxed but waitstaff and kitchen seem to be seasoned hands dealing with everything so proficiently.

We go here pretty regularly. All staff I have dealt with provide excellent friendly customer service. Food is typically excellent. However last visit the top of my pizza dough was uncooked (busy/bad day whatever). The big issue was the price of our small (10") pizza's seemingly jumped $5 in 1 week. We did question this and were told price was correct. So a $20 pizza was now $25. I accept inflation is a thing, but not 25% in 7 days.

Superb take on the NYC/Italian thing. Food is outstanding and the staff are brilliant. Have been here multiple times and never, ever been disappointed, both for lunch and tea. Pizzas are great but the meatballs are ridiculous. Don’t know what some of these reviews are on about. Photo of The Divine Ponytail behind the bar is all class. Love it and hope it gets bigger.

Fantastic food and great service. Marinara pizza has fresh seafood, gnocchi is handmade, meatballs made with love....Great new fit out too - old school charm mixed with new. Great selection on the menu. Choose a dish for yourself but also perfect to share as a group. Look forward to more Aces!

Best experience at Aces Thus far. We dined at Aces the week of the re-launch just before covid and we fell in love the Mario Carbone Spicey Rigatoni and their Mozzarella sticks. We dined again last week and the spicey rigatoni is one of the best pasta''s in town, and we love our pasta! staff are just amazing also. Dope old school vibe!

Went to the newly refurbished ACES last friday night for dinner. Like walking into a new pub, it looks great. All night was fantastic. Pizzas were the best pizzas I have eaten for a long time and the price was amazingly cheap for such good food. Management and ALL the staff were very attentive to our needs and we never really had to wait for anything, service was swift all night. I will definitely be going back to try other things on their menu. Highly recommend anyone going there.

We were very impressed with Aces Bar in the Adelaide Centeral Market! We started with an antipasto board that consisted of beautiful cheese’s and small goods. Then we had the meatballs in sauce with beautifully toasted ciabatta, so delicious! The pizza was really good and the three pasta’s was one better than the other and cooked to absolute perfection!👌🏼 We finished with a most delicious Nonna’s Tiramisu’. The choice of wines both local and imported will leave you spoiled for choice🍷🍷 The service was outstanding and we will definitely be back to try the other meals we could not fit in tonight.

Second time I’ve been here and another great experience. They’ve got all the traditional Italian staples covered and the food is great quality and cooked as it should be. They needed to name the four cheeses pizza the “Quattro ForBaggio” after the Divine Ponytail who has a place on the shelf behind the bar.
