What a place with a very extensive list of whiskeys.... and no cocktails. Blues music. Give yourself some time as you lose plenty at this place. Brilliant give it a go

This is the best bar I have ever been to. No contest. The bartender(owner?), Zac, is a true gentleman and will take the time to explain and shepherd you through the astonishing array on offer. It was truely a night to remember and cherish. Can’t wait until you open a sister bar in Brisbane (please!)

Great little whisky pub. Dark as a mofo, so you better know what you want to drink before you get there. Staff know what they’re doing, great for a double date but very small booths so not good for groups. No cocktails, just on the rocks and mixers with a live band

It was a bit hard to find the bar as we did not see any signs outside. Gave it a bit of speak-easy feel. Would have liked to see some drinks menu (we did not have one, and all of us were noobs there) Nice music and ambience; had a great time.

Best quiet bar in Adelaide. Feels like you’re on Broadway Nashville. Away from all the riff raff of Hindley Street. Only criticism... shuts at 12. Would be better if it was open until 2am to allow for hospo and emergency service workers.

The best thing about this place is the knowledge of the bar staff in regards to drink choices. Me and my husband were extremely impressed. They maybe are priced abit above average but it is worth it for the quality of service and beverages you recieve. Great live blues music was played when we attended and it has quite an ambient, rustic atmosphere!

Superb for cocktails. The spirits selection is well thought through, only top of the shelf. The owner himself is behind the bar and the execution is perfect. For those who are knowledgeable and enjoy cocktails, this place is a must.

I'm not normally a big cocktail drinker but went along with some friends. Very cool place. Has a good if limited beer selection for a specialist cocktail venue. The cocktails were excellent. The barman was very good and I had a great time here.

My new fInd. Friday had live jazz blues suiting the moody low lighting feel. Very knowledgable and helpful with recommending a few whisky's to try after describing my preferences....a welcome change from the usual bars. This was obviously a passion of the barman and later found out he was the owner. Nice to have excellent service and a wonderful range of whisky to be wisely guided through....thankyou for a memorable night out!

Popped by for a quick predinner drink on a Monday night. Almost missed the front door! So keep a lookout for the place if it's you're a virgin to the joint. Once inside, we were very well looked after with drink recommendations and customised drinks. Music wasn't loud, making it easy to have a conversation without having to raise our voice and leave feeling hoarse. Highly recommend and will come back when we next drop into Adelaide. Thank you!

Easily the finest American whiskey bar in Adelaide, the staff are friendly and helpful and the master of the house, Zac, is a godfather of the industry and an authority on whiskey! Give the place a visit, you won't regret it!

Hidden bar with an industrial feel. Probably bad timing for my first experience but there was a huge group of men on a stag being incredibly loud. Detracted from the experience hugely. Cocktails were ok, but nothing great.

It feels like being back in America during the prohibition days. Really dimly lit bar and basic decor makes it feel like it’s an underground illegal bar that could be raided by the police at any second 😝. They mostly serve American bourbons and the prices are quite good. #BeatTheGrind
