This week was Rose and crown he was very happy with the supporting staff and how he felt comfortable straight away and he said the food was amazing best bangers amd mash he has had over the last couple years and my snitty it's self was great new chicken they must be using was delicious and the gravey was on point 👉. Will definitely be back with my client for the next item in the menu

Exceeded my expectations for a small outer suburban hotel. My room was large and clean. I was adjacent to the stairwell though and this was a bit noisy. The restaurant offered good variety, daily specials and a discount for in-house guests. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend if you need accommodation in the Elizabeth/Playford area.

Went to the Rose and Crown for lunch on Saturday with 23 people from our social club. Never been there before so didn’t know what to expect. OMG 😱 was I surprised. The staff were fantastic, the service was wonderful, the dining room area was awesome and the meals were absolutely delicious. Everyone had something different and the reports from my friends was that it was an amazing lunch and they would definitely return. So thank you to all the staff. It was an excellent lunch.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you walked out the experience was outstanding. The stuff welcome us straight away. Our seats was ready. The dining area was clean. We ordered and within 20 mins our food was ready. Fresh and homemade. Everything was well cooked, well plated. I've been to many pubs in my time and honestly this goes top 5. Do not let the location fooled you. If you want a beautiful meal and a place to take your family this is the place. I strongly recommend this to everyone. This is a place that needs to be back on the maps again. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Rooms are great when they're actually cleaned properly. I have stayed in the same room twice 1 month apart and there has been an item behind the furniture both times which shows the level of cleanliness. Staff are great except for Jodie who is completely rude.

It's perfect the staff are warm an pretty dam funny. They are not posh ...not ritzy but down to earth solid people. The locals are laid back and happy to chat. No bad point apart from one I can think of is they need access for elderly or disabled as it's second floor ....kinda applies to Playford night cap as well .....

Loved it there and would go again. Games for all ages plus an indoor play ground for the little ones. Prices were fantastic on the menu too...Staff were friendly, plus TVs everywhere you turn to watch sport, news or movie...

Conveniently located and easy to find. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy however bathroom was a bit cramped. Bed was very comfortable with an extra minky blanket supplied. Tea and coffee supplies in the room was a nice touch. I could just hear the noise from the pub but it wasn't loud and finished before 11 pm. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Restaurant within the building was nice although I did not receive any discount on my meal for being a guest.

Great place to stay for a couple of nights, beds are great, staff are great. Only downside they couldn't control anyway, there's always someone doing burnouts at 3am in Salisbury/Elizabeth so I guess we just weren't prepared for that 😂😅

Pleasantly surprised, and would def recommend for an overnight stay that is convenient to Elizabeth area (we are from the other side of town and came for a netball carnival). Our 2BR apartment was spacious, clean and had all we needed. Kitchen facilities were fine with a full sized fridge. The bathroom was spotless and the shower good and hot with good pressure. Beds and pillows were comfy and lovely grey mink polar fleece snuggle blankets for added warmth. You could hear noise from the pub downstairs until about 10.30pm (we stayed on a Sat night) but not enough to be annoying and after that it was really quiet and we all slept well. We had dinner in the pub downstairs with a free drink each included as well as 25% off our meals as hotel guests, and our steaks and burgers were good. For the price and the convenience to Elizabeth, I thought it was great! Staff were friendly and nice too, and happy for our daughter to take her dessert upstairs to our room to have watching TV.

It had been quite some time since i had been to the Rose & Crown pub. I remembered an old run down pub with a saloon bar, front bar and a lounge. I was pleasantly surprised when i entered and found a renovated dining area and gaming room in their place. It still has the front bar which i didn't visit. Staff were very good. Very friendly. It seems to be a really nice pub now.

Pleasantly surprised as it had been some time since we visited. Standard pub food, no complaints. Bistro isn't crowded and has a playground for kids. Staff are friendly.

Rooms are nice and clean. 27 steps up to the rooms with luggage is a bit of a struggle for older people. Not wheelchair or disabled friendly. Breakfast is cereal, juice and fruit all in prepack box. Tea and instant coffee supplied. 25% off anything bought in the hotel area. It is situated on a main road but there is almost no traffic noise to be heard. Beware of the water hammer from the water pipes, makes it sound like a truck (lorry) is coming through the wall. Very secure, card entry for customers. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Stayed there when I went to V8 supercars. A bit far from city of Adelaide but pretty convenient using the train to get there. Room was small but clean and secure. The pub is very good I feel and staff friendly and helpful. Food in pub was really good and as i stayed in a room the food was discounted. They have poker machines onsite so it was fun to sit around and play while having a drink or three as is open late some nights so if you are travelling alone its nice to have some people around A small shopping area right next door so good to buy things and for food and takeaways etc etc. All in all it was a good stay and if nothing closer to town would be happy to stay there. The hotel is located above the restaurant and pub. Rooms are quite modern, clean and inviting. The hotel staff is friendly and breakfast is provided. In room tea and coffee is also available. The pokies downstairs and pub/restaurant/sports bar complement the accommodation to create a complete package for travellers just wanting to relax on a work trip or transit through the area.

we went there last fornight for tea and my dinner was burnt too the crisp,mash potato was packet crap and could really tell, was very lumpy, kids meal came out way before our meal then when our meal came out my kids wanted mine too ... should of came out together or not that far apart ... waited along time too ... apart from that the girls where nice ... one grumpy dwarf but thats all good ... the bar chicks was lovely at least! And didnt have hamburger meat, um ... ok lol
