I like this humble pub. There aren't many left that haven't had the life and warmth renovated out of them. The beer garden is in the drive through which is a bit unpleasant. Really relaxed neighbourhoodpub.

I love this pub, it's one of my favourite pubs in Adelaide. The beeris cold, the staff are friendly & efficient. Have not eaten there, but from what i've seen, it's basic food & looks good. The atmosphere is warm, cosy & fantastic.

Real family run community pub. Nice vibe. some cool circus memorabilia - my first beer in Adelaide in the '80's.... while across the road with Sole Bros circus.

I loved my lunch time visit. I'd had a craving for a steak and chips and when we walked in we were told that the steaks were half price for lunch. I ordered medium rare and it was a bit over done but that didn't matter because it was tender and tasty

Would rate 3.5 but can't. Good pub. Here for a work lunch with mates and everything that came out was quality and delish. Mmmm. Quite a few more options than I thought they'd have too. Good to see they have a few 'girly' things on the menu XD Drinks are well priced and staff friendly.

At first I wasn't quite sure but we ordered a beer and it was cold and then we ordered a meal and got an absolutely fantastic Porter house steak cooked perfectly with salad and chips. Thumbs up.

This gem of a hotel is one furlong west of the city along Port Road at Bonython Park. A great place to cool your heels while the peak hour traffic and congestion on public transport eases. Inside the warm confines of this 2 storey 1886 bluestone pub lies a warm log fire fueled by mallee roots and the hospitality of convconvivial hosts Sam and Verity. on Mondays and Thursdays once a month pateons are spoilt by surprisingly high quality musicians from the university and local troubadours.
