A great spot for lunch - we were travelling through the Adelaide hills and decided to stop for lunch here. The menu was good Aussie pub food with a few other options. Seniors menu was quite extensive for those who qualify! The service was friendly and efficient and the food was tasty.

This place is a great country pub in the Adelaide Hills. I stopped here for lunch on my way back from Adelaide, great hospitality and Quick service. I had the roast lamb and veggies and tirimasu for dessert, it just melted in my mouth . Would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be definitely back. It had a very warm homely feeling about the place I give this hotel a big thumbs up.

Popped in on the way home to get a meal. We had a chicken parmy and beef schnitzel with gravy. Really happy with the meals. They were good quality, fresh salads and good size. Beef schnitty was huge! The pub is what you’d expect from a normal country pub, but could do with an interior refresh at some stage.

It's good to know that some things never change. I walked into the bar expecting not to recognise it but it was just the same as 30 years ago. Like a mini time capsule. I loved it! The publicans were friendly, the wood fired heater warmed us up and the beer was cold. They even had a juke box in the corner and I haven't seen one of those in years. They supply meals in the dining room but we didn't eat. I'm really happy to have visited and found it just the way it used to be : )

Booked in at the last min of on Saturday night in the dining room. We were greeted to a delightful warm quiet dining room and got a table near the open fire. The food was very well priced and our table of 4 all remarked how fast the service was and the food was delicious! A must visit if your after honest pub food! We will be back! Good work Glenn!

Passing through the Adelaide Hills I watched my AFL team’s game at the Woodside. Terrific front bar with friendly locals and great service. My wife is vegan and although they have several vegan/vegetarian choices on the menu, they did her a plate of roasted & steamed veggies which she loved. I had fish & chips and, like I always ask for but hardly ever get, I requested extra crunchy chips. They listened and gave me probably the best chips I’ve ever had! And the fish & salad were good too. The Woodside Hotel, its owner, its staff, its cook and its atmosphere are all terrific! Thanks to you all - we’ll definitely be back!

Haven't been for a long time and was quite surprised as we were warmly greeted and shown to seat and drink orders taken. The decor has changed for the better with a relaxing light paint colour, new furniture and carpet. Our meal was excellent with meat cooked just as ordered and presented nicely. Our waitress was on hand, polite and friendly. We all enjoyed our meal and will bereturning.

We had a Senior's Meal in the bistro at Woodside Hotel. It was a small unloved plate of food. The chips were lots of ends and unsalted. The salad was dressed this I enjoyed. The fish was underdone, and not golden. It was a sad meal. I guess you get what you pay for. However, the service was lovely. The staff attentive. And the wine decently priced. It was clean and light. We enjoy dining in the bistro area to the dining room, which can be austere and cold.

Really like this pub and find the food excellent. Set in beautiful Woodside in the main street near shops, cafes, supermarket, Post Office a petrol station etc. The Woodside Hotel has generous sized meals which you cant often finish cause your too full. Food is delivered quickly to your table and is always delicious. They have a really good outdoor area where you can eat or just have a drink or both. There is plenty of free parking onsite at the back. I highly recommend to have a meal here then take a walk down the main street to walk it off and have a look at the shops.

Been to both hotels in Woodside in last 3 months, this is definitely the superior venue, 4 of us all enjoyed their great lunch food, i.p. “Chef’s special Atlantic Salmon” was superb in quality, presentation and taste, highly recommended if you’re a Salmon fan. ALSO, they accept Entertainment Book 2018-19 discount offer. 😊🍷👍👍

After a very emotional day of laying my grandfather to rest, the staff and management at the Woodside Hotel did an amazing jod.
