I have eaten here a couple times in the past and the food was great with large servings. I came for lunch today and got the pork knuckle which tasted nice but was cold in the middle however management handled our complaint professionally and gave us a full refund and a free dessert. The service here is spot on, great atmosphere and the food is usually excellent. Will definitely come back.

Our group of six had our Christmas Day lunch at the Tavern for the second year in a row As usual the food and atmosphere was excellent We will be back again next Christmas One suggestion On of our party requires gluten free and is highly intolerant of contamination Would it be possible to set up a seperate buffet station for gluten free foods as the set up currently is to put signs on the buffet line indicating gluten free dishes These foods are susucptable to cross contamination from tongs etc Once again a great place for Christmas Lunch Thanks Russell

The Albany Creek Tavern's very own Grazier's Steakhouse, right next to Dan Murphy's liquor barn, is a hidden vault of deliciously delectable, down right drool invoking, devilishly tender steaks and the world's most tender pork ribs. (According to me!) There's other meal choices too, but their steaks are genuinely good. Be seated, make your selection from the extensive menu, order and pay at the register, then sit back with a cool beverage from the fully licensed bar while you wait for the awesomeness to be delivered. Easy. Enjoy. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

The food is truly delicious, service is above and beyond , I totally recommend ACT (Albany Creek Tavern. We had Birthday party for 4 of my relatives one being my Mother. So if your in the area drop in for a feed or a quick drink you will enjoy your time there.

A nice little local spot for a Grazier’s Steakhouse fix. Upgrade the garden salad to the Caesar salad. The mushroom gravy is always amazing and add the onion rings as a topper. Cheesy bread with bacon is a great appetiser. Service was really friendly and would highly recommend.

Having just had our meals delivered and our grandson taking ill they refused to " doggy bag" our meals. Walked out leaving meals and untouched drinks. Covid given as reason but following evening saw it happen at a club. Won't rush back

attended a birthday get together with friends / rellies today, about ten or twelve of us, Staff attentive, Food service was good , food was good, coffee was good, company was good, I guess one could say `All good` altho` To be honest for `Pub` meals I thought they were a bit exy, basic chicken parma thing chips n salad, Beef pie - normal pie size not large, mash n salad $45 and $22 for two glasses of wine, Coffee at $4 a mug was ok. cheers. To be fair my wife says prices were about what you would pay in most pubs / places.

Love this place, every time I come here the food comes out quick and at a high quality. portion sizes are perfect. Very friendly service at the bar, Jess and another bartender with no name tag were very efficient getting through all the customers when it was busy while also being friendly and maintaining good customer service. Java took our order and she was lovely, my rib fillet was cooked perfectly and I love the red wine jus. Ester brought out our entrees and there was a mix up with one of them and she fixed it for us quickly. The chicken special tonight was tasty and the parmy was perfect, clean plates from me and everyone else at the table. We will be back soon ❤️💕

Tonight we popped in for dinner on a Sunday night. Didn't make a booking, but thankfully there was a little booth for the 2 of us. I ordered the Special - Chicken, pesto wrapped in prosciutto, with sweet potato mash and broccolini ... YUMMMMMM! Oh My Stars !!! This was quite literally the best main i've had at our local Tavern after living here for 18 years. This one's a keeper Chef ! Pop it on the menu please ! Succulently cooked chicken - and i'm a tad fussy with my chook. My hubby's eye fillet was also sensational. Keep up the great work, we'll be back again, and again.

Great food and great prices. When the kids activity rooms are open they are wonderful for the kids (COVID) Also has an outside playground which is great for family nights as the kids can play. Fruit Tingles are delicious but perhaps need a tad more alcohol.

This is a fantastic place to go for a meal; the staff are always nice and it is the best cooked steaks in the Moreton Bay region. We have been to most the Monty's venues in the Brisbane area and the Albany Creek Tavern has the best cooked steaks that are cooked exactly like you order and looks completely like the photos of the cooking samples, every single time you go there. The steaks are always tender is all the venues but Albany Creek cook them perfectly every time. We dropped in today at 2.15 pm for a very late lunch and the staff were very happy to have us there and made us feel very welcome even at such a late time. The kitchen staff as always, gave us a magnificent meal as well.

We went there with family on a Thursday night. It was very popular so I recommend booking ahead. The manager, Karl, was excellent to his staff who were pumping through the service and meals. Given how busy it was the meals came out in good time. Atmosphere is very family friendly and the prices were reasonable for the high quality food. Highly recommended.

This is my local and my little family love it. Good to take the kids, they have high chairs and play area for the bigger kids. Kids eat free Wednesday and snitty night Monday night is good. Always get your meal fast and hot and the prices are reasonable. Staff are always really friendly and i have never had a disappointing LLB here :)

Unaware of the Rulings around Checking in! Instead of upsetting your clients and telling them that they will no longer be able to return UNLESS they have the QLD Govt Covid App... check the legislation! Because the tavern will no longer be providing a check in point - so unless you have the app, you can no longer dine in.... (she didn’t want to use her own data to check us in - however according to the legislation, it states the hotel is to have an alternate method to check in..... which they don’t have...) FYI.... Can people use the Check In Qld app to provide their contact information to businesses? Yes, people can use the Check In Qld app at participating venues. A hidden gem and great for pub food. My steak is always cooked how I ask for it to be cooked and the playground is great for our kids. Only thing preventing a five star is the price and lack of change on the menu. This place is better than Eatons Hill Hotel and still cheaper.

Hadn't been to the ACT for years after the EH opened nearby. After getting tired of the limited and pricey menu at the EH, we brought the family back to the ACT for a meal. Holey moley I'm glad we did. Massive servings, a really diverse menu with lots of options at great prices. And one of the best steaks I've eaten in the last 10 years. Quick service. Friendly staff. If I had to find one thing to whinge about it would be the limited beers on tap, but still a 5 star visit.

Best meals around. You won't be disappointed. We have never have in over 2 years. But a word of advice: If you are hungry or late on 'Kids Eat Free Nite", hubby and I waited for over 1 hour with no apologies to our table, before enquiring how much longer wait for our meals - another 5mins turned into 15mins. We were ready to walk!! But the food did arrive and it was delish.

The back (sports) bar has your typical pub feel; pool tables, TAB, Keno etc However, once you walk through the beautiful pokie room, you arrive at the bar and restaurant. On Wednesday night it was very full of patrons so we were sat outside. Amazingly, the hostest found us a table and made sure we were comfy. The bar staff were very friendly and the food staff were even better. The food was great and we will continue to return.

We hired the private area for a 21st birthday party 3rd February and were so impressed & grateful for Tracey’s assistance as the Events Manager in organising everything prior to the night - she was truely amazing ! We were also lucky to have Brad -the manager on the night of our event - he was so professional, organised, re-confirmed all details prior to start time, & also kept checking in with us throughout the night. Even though it was a really busy Saturday night in the public bar & restaurant areas - Jess & Grace managed our hot food platters/noodle boxes/ tea coffee etc all at the times needed. Everything ran perfect & on time even though they seemed run off their feet ! Helium was supplied free of charge, which we were extremely grateful for as this cut down decoration costs & we were able to set up early afternoon with everything ready hours prior to start time. Use of projector was also included for our photo slide show & we were able to hook up our own music playlists which was great too. I would definitely recommend closing the area off (you have the option of open/closed) as this made it more prIvate, separating us from the public bar area & to have any speeches wrapped up prior to 9pm (if a Saturday night) as the live bands then start up :) We were really happy with our private event, the professionalism of all staff, attention to detail, the food & the space offered at AC tavern. I do hope the staff who assisted in our event that night are recognised & valued for their work ethic. Thank you so much.

Went out for dinner with the wife... It's close to us and my wife had some good feed back. The prices were almost the same as the Brekkie Creek steak house, my favorite steak! The food at Albany Creek was far from that standard. My rump was medium well done.. the wife's barramundi wasn't available for dinner only lunch...right... The pepper corn gravy had crunchy peppercorns.. next time we'll travel to Brekkie Creek.

Thursday Night is streak night at the tavern for us with cheaper steaks on offer then. I must admit I always have the same thing because it's consistently good. By about 6.30, the line to order can be long and doesn't move quick, the line at the bar can sometimes also take a while. Three tavern has an indoor and outdoor playground usually well attended by the kids. There is a camera watching the outdoor playground with a TV sliding the picture inside The inside playground is very small but there is a TV sliding kids movies and two sit down arcade cabinets for free games which my boy enjoys playing. I'll be honest, no idea about the rest of the food - the whole family always has steak every time we go.

Sticky floors, wonky handrails, and pool tables that aren't level. The AC Tavern makes up for it with its great staff, fresh tap beer and entertainment (especially on Sundays). Passes the first rule of pub club: Clean glasses!
