Had a great experience . Staff are friendly and helpful. I had the pumpkin salad! So healthy & tasty. My husband had steak was cooked perfectly! Good value! If you're at Westfield & wanting something special try this venue!

Dinner on a Saturday night was great, good food and ordering using the app was easy and quick. Only downfall was staff didn’t clear the table at all and dishes quickly piled up from entrees, mains and dessert and coffees. Despite being asked if they could remove some plates to give more room the staff member said she would have to find someone else to do that and they never came.

What an amazing 2021 Christmas Lunch put on by Carindale Hotel. As our families grow and Christmas is shared across more than one day, so with family celebrations spent before the 25th (and some planned after) my wife and I wanted to treat each other to a stress free Christmas day. So sharing the experience with my Brother-in-law and his wife, the lunch was nothing short of spectacular with so much variety and the quality of food was amazing. All the staff were amazing and helpful considering they put aside their family celebrations to make others a special day and that is surely was.

Wonderful friendly service, especially our waitstaff Zoe. Made our son’s 21st a special occasion. Meals are generous, although most of our steaks were a little underdone. Overall would highly recommend & we will go back again.

Too much noise when we got there. We had the music through the speakers above our heads aswell as the singer in the courtyard. We couldn't hear our selves. We had to move. The parmy was really good but my Italian pizza had almost a whole capsicum on it. Way too much.

Carindale Hotel is our "go to" local! Great food and prompt service.. the fact that you can order food AND drinks from your table and pay for it in the phone is a big bonus! Our kids always ask to go to the Carindale Hotel for their birthday dinners!

The main benefit of this hotel, aside from being conveniently located in the Green House restaurant area of Westfield Carindale, is the all-day dining. I frequent this establishment simply because I can get a decent meal any time of the day, without having to worry about lunch or dinner timeframes. The food is moderately priced, however good value for money. Staff are friendly and professional, and food and drinks arrive at your table in a timely fashion. With the QR Code / Online ordering (complete with Afterpay if you're short on cash but want a Gin Ricky and a decent meal), it's quite easy and quick to get your order in without waiting for table service or waiting in line to order. Although it wouldn't be a problem, I feel it is less ideal for families with small children. I would recommend this restaurant for a quick drink and meal, as well as the 'any time' lunch or dinner for singles or couples.

Always had good experience here until that one bad meal to ruin your view on the place and this is it. Tonight the 400gm rump steak from is the toughest meat I've ever had. I might be able to finish it if the sauce was served in a bigger size. Hope things will improve.

Absolutely brilliant pub with really great atmosphere and good customer service. I do like the new method of ordering using the QR code and delivery straight to your table. But if you wish to still go to the bar you still keen which is also a good customer service option. For me, it’s a great local pub also.

We had a great experience recently. It was clean, service was prompt, and the food was great! There's plenty of space between tables, the bar has prompt, friendly service. The menu has all your staple pub meals. The prices are a little on the high side for pub food, but I retracted that thought immediately after tasting the pizza we ordered. 👌

Our visit was nice, although my daughter and I had a fall in your restaurant. Can I please recommend that you place some rubber grips onto the bottom of your chairs/seats as they are just too slippery in that floor board. I have hurt my shoulder, hip and cheek.

This is definitely worth a visit. Caesar salad was great. Plenty on the menu to meet the needs of all but not so much it's confusing. Orders can be specialised as well. Quick turn around from order to eat too. Not too noisy that it was a distraction. I'll go back whenever!

We recently had my dad's 80th birthday event at Carindale Hotel. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to help us set up and making sure everything went smoothly. They even provided balloons and decorations (free of charge). Food was delicious too. Would definitely recommended the Carindale Hotel!!

Food is good, however, customer service is disappointing. I didn't want to post this last time thinking I'd give them a chance but so disappointed again today. There is a sign at the entry that says "please wait to be seated". You check in for Covid, then wait endlessly and nobody comes to seat you. I walked up to the staff member at the bar to ask if we can just go through since nobody came he said you can walk in. The sign is only for when they're busy. That's fine but explain it of write it somewhere so people know and don't spend 20 min waiting. They're very good at ignoring potential customers here. In my opinion, not good for their business. I've seen people walk away.

Rang and booked a table, got there and table wasn't ready and the girl said to sit anywhere. The girl at the entrance was so rude to everyone. We had to get our own cutlery. The only good thing was the food was great.

I've been to a heap of restaurants and take aways that are literally on the beach that don't have calamari as fresh as it is at Carindale Hotel. Steak is amazing too. Staff are friendly and approachable.

The food is excellent, never had a bad meal and the waiting staff are always very helpful and kind. The management on the other hand, they always look incredibly angry/constipated and are always very apathetic and as fake as humanly possible with complaints. The bar staff also are always annoyed, particularity the woman with the pony tail, she acted like bringing us a drink ruined her life. I'm summary, good food, waiting staff are great but the other staff hate you and will make you know it.

I had dinner here recently on a Tuesday night with work colleagues & really enjoyed myself. I had the pumpkin pizza & arancini balls, both were decent portions & tasted excellent! We ordered a few cocktail jugs to share & when one served wasn’t the one we ordered, the bar manager happily complimented us one to tide us over until it’s replacement was ready. It was a lovely gesture considering we were all having a good time & the service was quick already. I would not hesitate to eat here again, a great pub feel but in a crisp & modern setting.

Went there with four people. We ordered the steak, but none of us had their steak properly prepared. The fries were good, as was the salad, though the latter was served in a very small portion. The steak is not worth the normal price, but given that the steak was on special, the price was reasonable.

Finally went here after a decade of living in the area. Great venue, good meal sizes, excellent staff very smiley and helpful. Was busy-as for a Wednesday, yet our food arrived hot and quickly I thought. Good bar, no prime minister though this time :) Will return. Be mindful it gets very noisy, but it's a hotel not a 3 hat restaurant.

I went to the Carindale Hotel last Saturday night with an elderly gentleman after an evening Church service. I picked the venue as he likes sport and a beer. The hotel has a great atmosphere and the food is excellent. The service from the manager, Ginger, was outstanding throughout the whole time we dined. She even arranged a wheelchair and help from Ross from Security to assist returning to the car. Thank you for a great experience !!

I’ve been here quite a lot over the past several years since it was redeveloped. I like coming here during the day for drinks and snacks. Staff are generally courteous and professional. It has a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. Meals are good, but not great. Very convenient place (being part of the Carindale Mall) to enjoy a beer or two with friends. Certainly a nicer vibe than some of the other nearby pubs.

Getting into the relaxed Aussie way of going out, means you have to go to food counter to place your meal order and then over to the drinks counter to order, and don't forget to pay on the spot. It's okay, it's the way things are done here. Staff is always friendly and when they don't have an answer for something they find out and come back to you. Food and drinks are good. Food might be a bit pricey.

Have often stopped into The Carindale Hotel for a drink after shopping or lunch. The staff are always extremely helpful and attentive to your needs. They have a great selection of drinks behind the bar and the prices are relatively cheap too. Have only ever eaten bar snacks/starters from here but have always been impressed.

Been here on a few occasions. For a pub situated inside a large shopping centre it's reasonable and definitely a good alternative to food court fast food. It's clean and tidy but a fairly standard affair for a Brisbane pub. Food and drinks are above average in cost and pretty average on quality. Not bad, not great, just good. Looking for somewhere better than fast food but can't be bothered finding a restaurant? This will do the trick.

The service was swift and polite. However, the food was only average this time. In the past I've been amazed at the quality of food here but this time I was disappointed. I had the persian fetta, parmesan and confit garlic pizza with added anchovies. I couldnt see or taste the persian fetta or confit garlic. It was just a cheese pizza with anchovies. To be fair, the base was lovely - light and crispy. My partner got the rib fillet with salad and gratin potatoes with the beer and onion butter sauce. The steak was cooked well but the 'sauce' was just a pat of flavoured butter. It made the steak too greasy and the subtle flavour was completely lost. The gratin potatoes were the best part of the meal.
