Qld Rail should attend to the underground carpark as it is being fouled by roosting birds. Online meal ordering a bit "cold and impersonal " although could order at the bar if you asked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beer was cold, meals were OK for the price.

we had lunch there today and we had the rump and salad and it was the most delicious meal ever the meat is always cooked to perfection and is juicy and tender the salad is tasty and divine and the food is always hot when it is delivered to the table. the staff are always wonderful but the young lady we had today was just brilliant as she was on her own she did such a fantastic job and always had a smile on her face i love this place you are always made to feel welcome every time we have been thank you for a out of this world meal and service keep up the fantastic work Steph and John

Took the girls from work for lunch. Parking was easy, good diverse menu choices. Seniors menu had six choices. Staff were organised bright and cheery. (even printed out a seniors menu tick and flick cheat sheet) Food was lovely (I had the Fattoush salad, loved it) All round a great outing.

I think we might have had one complaint in the last few yrs. They cater for dietary requirements without a fuss. The staff have been friendly and helpful. We went for a Saturday lunch and it wasn't too busy and the food and service were great. We don't have children but if you do there is a play area in the restaurant, it is glass enclosed to the noise is not too bad.

We are not familiar with the area but we called in yesterday for a bite to eat, we are so glad we did. On first arrival it was packed and we only just managed o get a table for two, the Bistro was lovely, very modern, spotlessly clean and looked very well run. The staff we're equally as good, from the bar staff to front of house, very attentive, jovial and efficient. The food was very good, the squid perfectly cooked as too were the steaks, hat's off to the whole team.......we will def be back!

This is an excellent pub close to the family home. It serves wonderful counter meals the best of which is the lamb cutlets crumbed with gravy-just like Nanna made. The cutlets are a large size and two are all that I needed to fill one’s desires, I ordered three and it was too many. Pricing is fair, and the staff more than willing to serve and be helpful. I went back for a second helping the next night it was so good.

We visited for Sunday lunch. I booked a table before I arrived to ensure i was seared where I wanted. The staff in the bistro were quite pleasant. Everyone we encountered was helpful and respectful. We orderedord three main meals. They were all delivered together within fifteen minutes. The food was really nice and quite a good sized serve. We also ordered numerous drinks and dessert. Again everything was good. I found the bistro to be clean and the menu was well maybe indicating the staff and management paid attention to detail. I am happy to visit again and recommend it to others.

Nice place for dinner with good ambiance. Play area for kids and other activities like colouring. Great variety of drinks and a very good customer service, we were made to feel very welcome. The steaks were great too. Only downside was the buffalo wings and accompanying salad tasted a bit stale, which is the reason for 4 stars. We had dinner on a Friday night. It wasn't overly busy.

Had dinner recently at the Ferny Grove and cannot fault them in any way. The staff were lovely to us, the prices were very reasonable for the (massive!) size of our meals, and the meals themselves were delicious. Definitely would recommend and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Have been going to this bistro for a few years now. Always found service to be friendly and reasonably prompt (depending on how busy they are). Food always of excellent quality and well presented. Have gone here for both lunches and dinners. Very family friendly too with a great little indoor playground for the kids.

We had our sons surprise 21st birthday at the Ferny Grove Tavern last Friday night. The managers Brad and Janelle were highly professional and extremely helpful with everything from the number of platters to flexibility of the space to be used, and emails were promptly responded to. The cake was able to be delivered early and nothing was too much trouble, including the use of their projector and allowing us to put up posters on the walls. A very enjoyable time was had be everyone and my son had a brilliant surprise! I would highly recommend holding functions at the Ferny Grove Tavern. Everything went off without a hitch. Thank you to all the staff involved, we really appreciate your efforts!

I was surprised to find the lower basement so large. Over all the staff give off a very friendly fealing. So the atmosphere feels good. Cleanest Male toilets ive seen in a long time. Also well set up..I ment basement car PARK before. Also there is a very good area set up for us smokers. The restaurant looks great. I think they were unexpectedly busy- saw them working hard. Barman was great, food was good. (The others food dish choices at the table were better than mine). I had the pie with mushy peas. This was only a garnish though. (Pies though in Australia bought are not generally that great- They can say steak and you only get mince and mostly slop at that.) This pie was ok though, but it was by itself. The staff worked hard and well to serve a full house on a Friday lunch that I think was not expected to be so.

It was OK. Kids seemed to love the pasta, and the staff were heaps nice. Not sure I'd want to pay the price for mains that often. Didn't try the deserts but I bet they are yum. Not too many vego options but I found something that worked.

+ + + Fantastic lunch today, 29.07.18. I chose the Chargrilled Zucchini salad, it was to die for! What a generous serving, the babaganoush was amazing and almost too much of it. I added chicken to my salad, which was very nice, but did not need because of large serving. The service and the staff were fantastic. This is not the first time I have eaten here but today was extra good. Thank you Ferny Grove Tavern.

Tavern was nice and modern but cosy. Meals were average and pricing is similar to most other clubs and taverns in the area. Children's play room had alot in there but did feel cramped when there are a large number of children in there at once. We were regular visitors to the “Old” Ferny Grove Tavern, when this the “New” Tavern first opened we went in for a meal and we were disappointed with both of our orders, we found it overpriced and the quality was substandard. So, after nearly 3 years we revisited yesterday for a lunch time steak meal and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, value of our meal and the service.
