S. H.Johnny ringos is 100% my favourite bar to go to. It’s the perfect equivalent between a bar and a club, always a fun dance but never have to deal with the uncomfortable crowd of a club because they’re so on top of managing the crowd. And Dee Jaye Bux is the bomb!

D. F.As a Texan I'm always looking out for good bbq joints, so I thought I would try this one for lunch. The place looked like it needed some love (had a bit of a rundown feel and carpet was very sticky), but the decor and style was nice. I got the brisket burger as I figured this would be a good gauge of how their bbq was. The flavour was great, not a fan of sweet pickles, but overall it was still good.
My biggest complaint was the lack of meat for the price. I expected a little more that 2-3 pieces, but instead I got a mound of chips. I will probably be back to give them another chance and try the pulled pork, but at this stage it's not somewhere I would pick to organise a team lunch.

It's a country style bar/club, obviously the music fits the theme and it's not too bad, so if you have an open mind or it's your style then you'll enjoy.
The staff are good and don't ignore you, so it's easy to get a drink, at a reasonable price. The food is good and soaks up the alcohol. The facilities are clean enough which means that the patrons are decent.
They don't have the mechanical bull anymore which is kind of a let down but understandable due to safety reasons.
Just outside the craziness of the Valley, its Spring Hill, (massive relief for the more reserved people) and not quite in the city.
So a good location.
All around it is worth a look, so go ahead and try it out. You may just discover your new favourite.

K. G.Had a great time here. There is a mechanical bull which everyone should have a go at here, it’s great fun. The food is really good. We had the share platter for two and it was huge! It had spring rolls, chips, a ton of buffalo wings and jalapeño poppers. Definitely recommend.

I left kinda confused and starving as I thought this place was a proper restraunte, but non of the staff answerd me when I asked, they seemed cranky most of the night too. Also the toilets were pretty ferrel. So I felt awkward taking my date here.
A. S.Typical dingy, back packers type bar. It gets super crowded very early. The dance floor is right near the only entrance/exit. Smells like a dirty bar.
Z.Small and crowded, but it's a good bar! Country bar, good live music. Note: the mechanical bull is not on when there is live music.

We have great artists and the only thing they like to play is American country. The irony in asking the live band playing if they knew any Lee Kernaghan and they had no idea who he was 🤦♀️

E. H.Some of Brisbane's best musos grace the stage here, quality live music every time. Always fun to watch people fall off the bucking bull too. Gets crowded easily and some patrons can't help but push and shove once they've had a few Fireballs.

G.Awesome food, great service. The meals were giant! The chef was super friendly when we asked him how he made the pulled pork. A lovely experience, heading back there soon.
R. M.Friendly service, the Mechanical bull is fun! The food was a bit disappointing, tried the big meat platter for 6 people and most had to order an extra main. The brisket had a good smokey flavour but wasn't as juicy as it should have been, the pork ribs were also a bit dry, the pulled pork worked well with the house BBQ sauce. The cheeseburger was a bit plain for the price.

G. L.So much fun! Great band 'Forever Road' had the whole place rocking. A bit of a find at the end of Queen Street, great mixed crowd, reminded me of an 'Ally MacBeal' type bar!
Good stuff 'Johhny Ringos' great entertainment, well staffed bar so no need to queue for ages, super fun crowd & easy to find!
B. S.The owner is very accommodating for Vegetarians and large groups, and give a good experience to large groups. Though this was slightly hampered by the general smell and upkeep of the venue, which was a shame, otherwise I would have given a much higher rating for staff friendliness etc.
