The food and drinks are amazing. Unfortunately the music is played quite loud and it is hard to hear the person sitting next to you with all the other tables speaking loudly to be heard. Each of the times I have been here (around 5 times now), there has been the same issue. It definitely does not help the atmosphere of the place.

My family and I recently enjoyed a wonderfully memorable celebration at Mr & Mrs G Riverbar and everything was fabulous. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious and plentiful and the venue was stunning. A truly memorable afternoon!! Chloe and her team were so easy to work with and very accommodating with all my requests. If you're planning an event, don't hesitate to book Mr & Mrs G as you will definitely have a fantastic time!

I made a booking for 10 on a Friday and we were placed in a great table overlooking the river. Atmosphere was great. Cocktails were fairly good but a bit on the sweet side. I had the halloumi salad, which tasted fine but more of an oily rice dish than a salad and was very light on with the halloumi. However, the popcorn chicken, chips and daily fish special were great and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The staff also let our party of 10 all other separately which is great.

It's a small bar. It's table service, but found I had to go to the bar to get service, where I'd be ignored and then told it's table service. Then make my order anyway. Didn't actually have anything that I liked to drink. The food served looked nice, but is very generic diet. I have a basic food allergy, so checked in prior to attending about what I could eat. The first reply, a day later, was very much - what can we do for you? I made an extremely simple request. About 1 minute tops time required with extreme dawdling. They replied a day later that they're just a small bar, and never replied again. I wouldn't waste my time going there again.

Incredible service and food/wine. Ask the staff for anything, they will do their best to make it happen. The antipasto platter is delicious and if you came for the wine, make sure to ask for the little black wine book from next door! Also ask to sit at least 1 table back from the windows so you will be able to see over the glass divider.

My good friends wedding reception on Saturday took place at Mr & Mrs G. Their service was honestly faultless. All the staff that were on the floor or behind the bar, or somewhere in between were so attentive, helpful, prompt, had great memory of the few vegetarians in the crowd, catered to our every need and best of all, they were so friendly. They gave the appearance of enjoying their work too, which made it even more pleasant to be helped by them. The food was delicious too! And the view is just stunning. It doesn’t really get much better than having an uninterrupted 180+ degree view of the city and river. Their service was definitely standout. I can definitely recommend them for hosting celebrations.

Had an amazing experience on a Saturday night. One of the servers pronounced "Saromish"? was highly attentive and made beautiful recommendations for cocktails. The bar tender working with the server was also brilliant, every single cocktail we tried was extremely tasty! Their professionalism to also politely diffuse and disperse a dispute in the venue is to also be commended. Will definitely come back.

Had breakfast here on Sunday morning, the food was really nice although a little expensive. It was really filling though so on the other hand it was worth it. The coffees took a long time to come out and at least one tasted fairly burnt. The staff are friendly enough. Definitely not a bad place to dine at.

Lovely spot on the river but didn't go much on seating as it was a coffee table with low chairs to eat your meal. Scared my meal was going to end up in my lap. Staff were really lovely and food was good. Just need to rethink seating for sit down meals.

Staff were friendly. Bar has both a view with a breeze and air conditioning, due to a partially open window space with the closed part being transparent. Drinks were well made, reasonable range. Charcuterie wasn't the prettiest, looked very messy with everything piled on top of each other.
