Mr Fraser is a knowledgeable gentleman who has astute legal prowess. He is soft spoken and easily conveys legal jargon to plain English. I had the pleasure of meeting him last week. I had made an appointment and arrived early to avoid traffic and he was happy to accommodate an earlier time. He was professional in his approach and explained all the nuances of my document. He did not rush us and actually took time to answer our questions and show us around. I hope I don't have to get another legal document sighted by a Notary Public, but if I do, this is my only preference.
