I returned to Benefit for my regular brow treatment. I cannot recommend Shane more highly. I choose to make my appointments only when I know he is there. He also took the time to go through some new makeup tips. Simple quick and super useful

I had a beautiful experience with Tida, she did the most incredible brows for me and has always done my brows!! She gives the best experience and provides the best professional service. All though Tida does a great job I have notice the brow bar has changed. I have been coming to Tida for years!! Throughout my service I notice inappropriate music playing, and music constantly changing with adds in between. Staff in the background were inappropriate with conversations, and I felt extremely uncomfortable in this moment. As much as I love getting my brows done with Tida I will no longer go to this service. I am so unhappy with the professionalism, and how the rest of the staff are. The music playing was absolutely disgusting and I felt like I was in a night club. Benefit has turned into a nightmare and I would never recommend this brow bar to anyone all thought Tida is incredible and she is amazing!! I appreciate all the work she has done for me over the years. ❤️

Benefit in Myer, Canberra Centre is the best place to have eyebrows shaped properly. The team is excellent, as they are expertly led by Noori. Noori has both the experience and high-level customer service skills, which is why I will not go anywhere else. The brow bar is well presented and Noori maintains a spotless environment- countertops are wiped down continuously and all tools are sterilised all the time. Noori looks after each client with such care and respect that she is developing quite a following. I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional customer service that she delivers each and every time. Noori is always happy to see her clients, giving each one all her care and attention. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Noori at Benefit Brow Bar in Myer, Canberra Centre.

I would like to commend Noore at Canberra Centre Brow Bar for her excellent treatment, wonderful customer service and professional manner. I wanted a particular brow colour which she guided me to achieve, providing professional advice about my brow shape and which colour would suit my face shape, age and hair colour. A massive thank you to Shane from benefit I went to see him for a wax and tint and after my first visit I have been hooked I have not and will not get my brows done anywhere else. Unlike a lot of places who rush the appointment, he takes his time so they always come out perfect and his amazing customer service from having fun banter and conversations to recommending products to make sure my brows always look the incredible because of this I can’t recommend going to Canberra city benefit more just make sure to ask for Shane when you do. P.S. The only thing I would fix is your online booking super disappointing that when I go to use it Shane isn’t an option but he worth the call or walk in to make a booking. Thanks again Shane for the phenomenal brows!!!
