Table was clean, staff were very helpful and we were able to order not long after being seated. The coffee was hot and arrived quickly, as did our breakfast which was excellent 🙂👍🏻

We go here almost every weekend for their mouthwatering breakfast. I'm not sure what they put in the scramble eggs or what's in those sausages, but once you get a taste, you'll be hooked. The great coffee and service also helps.

Busy coffee shop located on Level 1 of Belconnen Mall. Coffee was prompt and reasonable, although probably not my favorite for the Belconnen Mall area. That said, the price was the cheapest which adds up over the course of the day!!! There was quite a comprehensive menu and wine / alcohol available which is in contrast to most of the cafes in the area. The shop was busy when I was there with large tables full of people, attesting to this shops value and prompt service.

A significant drop in customer numbers, hopefully will pickup after COVID. Meals were prepared & delivered very timely. Tables were cleaned after every diner but chairs each were not.

Service was great, Food was alright. They have the complete opposite of 'do a small amount and do it well'. Their menu is a small novel with some items like a savoury bagel listed in 2 different sections. Absolutely huge meals. Quantity over quality in every regard. They did make the best lemon lime bitters I've had in a long time though.

Decent food, though unexciting and without frills. Service was slow with meals for each person at the table arriving 5-10 minutes apart. Hashbrowns were over fried and brittle. With 4 people at the table only 3 water glasses were provided. I feel like this place has gone downhill over the last year and I’m sad to see that.

Place is ok enough with friendly and prompt staff. Food is a bit of a let down though and reminds me of a service station menu. If this was improved it would be much better and similar to the Lido of 30 years ago.

My partner and I have become regulars at Lido. Very nice food and coffee and friendly service too. Definitely recommend the Thai Beef Salad and the Beer Battered Flathead. Best milkshakes and thick shakes in Canberra!

All day breakfast is actually served all day which is a good thing; the food hits the spot but is nothing special, with the scrambled eggs slightly more oily than I'd prefer. The staff seem to change frequently and are not particularly welcoming, perhaps overwhelmed by the busy stream of customers. This is a family friendly rest spot during a long day of errands.

A destination Cafe and bar in Belconnen Mall. Great food served without fuss. Great local wines on the wine list by the glass. Extensive menu makes choosing a meal quite exhausting. Lido is a Belconnen institution that has maintained its deserved reputation over many years. On busy days, a booking is a wise decision.

Cafe Lido is a well-established and popular cafe in Westfield Shoppingtown Belconnen. They sell an extremely wide variety of meals and cater to alternate requirements (i.e gluten free, vegetarian and vegan). In addition to coffee, tea, milshakes etc., they sell all the other usual assorted soft beverages - plus beer, wine and spirits. Service is usually very swift and the food service is only a bit slow if they are busy during peak breakfast and lunch times. The food quality is average and what you might expect at similar cafes in the nearby vicinity.
