Customer service was absolutely unreal, the chicken burger was the best chicken I have had in a hot minute, super juicy and tender. The chips were also very tasty with a lot of seasonings and perfectly crispy. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic, cheerful service. Excellent food. Highly reccomended. My wife and I were looking for a late dinner and not having much luck. But even though they were closing the kitchen they still chased up the chef and made something for us. We were made to feel very welcome and were able to enjoy a lovely meal together while looking out over the lake.

Visiting from Adelaide we absolutely loved this place. Family owned and operated with parents and kids working within this is the place to visit. Great food, cocktails and live entertainment. Owners are so proud and awesome. Do yourself a favour and drop in.

My favourite pub in Canberra. Rod & Sal launched the business last year in June in the middle of the COVID madness. To my pleasant surprise, they have the best value food and drinks on the foreshore; and even during the height of COVID and the one per 4m2 rule, they still paid live music artists Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Come down and support the pub that has supported our local canberra live music bands.

Service is fantastic. In a world where the idea of good service seems to be dwindling this place knocked it out of the park. We were greeted with a friendly smile, shown to our table and guided through the necessities for COVID reporting. Their menu options are limited but served really fast and were very tasty. The coffee was really good too. The girl taking our order couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. Magoos has just made it onto my "regulars" roster.

Fantastic bar and the best bar grub in Canberra. Food ranges from sensational fresh seafood to king fish ceviche, unbelievable. The weekly specials are a treat eg sweet potato kofta Add a killer view and fab staff, we keep coming back Btw, current Chef knows his stuff with a constantly changing menu

Just started coming to Magoos at the foreshore. Best pub food and live music 4 days a week. Great friendly staff and a good vib. Highly recommend a visit.

Cruisy bar with friendly staff. Great selection of bar snacks. Good music, not too loud, set to a level that allows for easy banter with mates. We'll be back.
