Shout out for CUSTOMER SERVICE and a genuine THANK YOU to Andrew Case and his team at the Humpty Doo Tavern! Following a recent food purchase that didn't quite cut the mustard and feeling a little disgruntled - a call back and conversation with Andrew saw quick and genuine resolve! We returned to the Tavern earlier this week as a gesture in good will by Andrew and not only was the food amazing, we were treated well and felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. Thanks Team HDT - so refreshing to see good ole fashion customer service is alive and well! Lisa & Tony Grantham

Great service and amazing food. My husband had the Thai Beef Salad and said it was the best he had, My son had the Chicken Schnitzel and said it was in his top 5, I just chose to drink the beer which was ice cold. Great place, we will be back. Staff are really friendly.

Had this chicken schnitzel. Well fried and still juicy inside and with the creamy garlic butter sauce. It's just so good.

Staff were soo friendly and accommodating. Great variety on the lunch menu, reasonably priced, great meal sizes. However, the child's meal arrived 14minutes before the adult meals.

I had heard of this place but had no idea that it had won a few awards for its food so when we were passing through decided to give it a try and were not disappointed. Maybe my luck but they had a barramundi and leek pie on the specials menu which I ordered .Not generally a fish person I thought I’d better try the region’s famous fish and it was delicious, my wife ordered the veggie lasagna again of the specials menu which she also enjoyed. Great lunch thoroughly enjoyed.

Called in for lunch and was greeted by very friendly staff and a manager who made you feel very welcome by having a bit of a joke with you. He recommended the salt and pepper chicken and would definitely go with his recommendation. Would stop there for a meal again in a heartbeat

Burgers were amazing!! The room was not comfortable, aircon was not working properly and the night was terrible, even hotter inside than outide. But they paid half the money back for the inconvenience.

Good meal at lunchtime for the price. Not a trendy place where you get two tomatoes decorated with 2 raspberries on a wilted lettuce leaf and some decorations added. A bit more than the normal pub food. Good surroundings though finding the right entrance to drive in can be tricky. Unlike the opposition down the road sweaty blue singlets are not the standard dress
