WOW - Was very impressed with the staff working with his high customer service and knowledge of the menu. ( Sorry I didn’t get your name ) Thursday 12/08/2021.Approx 630pm.Dining out with young kids can be challenging but the menu was accomodating. Very generous servings, beautiful setting and decor. We will be back for more American Soul food and try the other options on the menu. Good luck and we hope the locals and more visitors show some love during these trying times we are all facing.

Amazing amazing amazing! The food, the music, the smiles when you walk in. We arranged a meeting here over dinner and the vibe was set perfectly for it. We were greeted by the owner, who directed us to our table before offering drinks. Our meal orders were taken and they were out within 15 minutes. Food art here is on another level. My salmon was insane. I don’t know what the paste was that was elegantly brushed and placed under the salmon but it exploded in my mouth! As for the salmon itself, cooked perfectly and the crisp on top was pretty impressive. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I went to this place on Wednesday night around 6 pm. This restaurant is located within Quest hotel. It’s not a big restaurant and indoor can fit around 40 customers. Waiting staff were pretty attentive. Bar got good selection of spirits and some craft beers. I ordered seafood pasta and pull beef brisket burger recommended by staff. Food were pretty tasty with decent potions. If you after a quality food and drink. This is the place for you. This place deserves 4.5 stars.

Great place to go to for a few nice wines and craft beers. Garlic bread is brilliant. You can sit outside. Unfortunately our meal wasn’t that good. I was so hungry only to be disappointed because it all tasted a bit reheated in the microwave to me. Maybe we just ordered the wrong dish. But as said this place is great for drinks and is somewhat upmarket with a cool vibe. Ill be happy to try again one day but at this stage ill only recommend the bar for great drinks and the garlic bread

I've heard of this place for a while, but driving past it on the way to Harvey Normans yesterday, I thought I'd drop in and try it out. It's cozy and well designed, a small restaurant with a nice looking bar (you can't sit at the counter though). It was around 1pm on a Saturday, we were given the Brunch and Lunch menus, both looked good. I had to try the 'Mac Attack', a spicy chicken and mac'n'cheese burger, while my wife went with the standard chicken burger. They had a cocktail menu as well, so why not. I ordered the Whiskey Collins, a peated whisky concotion that was very refreshing. The bar tender knows how to make good cocktails. The food did take a while to arrive, despite only two other customers, but it was worth the wait. The fries were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. Oddly, I got ketchup, while my wife got a BBQ sauce to pair with our fries. The burger was delicious, the mac'n'cheese paired well texturally with the fried chicken burger. I tried a bit of the MnC on it's own, was slightly bland though. The sliced pickle was also a bit dry for my taste. Overall, it was a good experience, I tried my wife's chicken burger and it was also similarly good. We ordered more cocktails, and the 2nd round reaffirmed that the bartender is good at his craft. Customer service-wise, everything was spot on, we were regularly attended to. I definitely would like to return, try the Sapphire Martini and Whisky Sour for drinks, and the Seafood Gumbo for food.

This platter was amazing, the ribs fell off the bone, corn was sweet with nice charring and fried chicken had a nice batter. Only concern was one of the pieces of chicken that I had was slightly pink on the inside. Customer service was pretty good too.

Nestled in the Quest hotel opposite truck city, this cafe/grill is an amazing addition to the ever growing range of cafes in Darwin. The range of food is what you'd expect of a traditional American diner with a modern setting. Waffles, burgers and shakes...whats not to love??! A must go location, family friendly.

A great place that more people should know about. I have a family member who has visited almost every restaurant in Darwin. They said this place was good, so I arrived with high hopes and expectations. I was caught completely off-guard at just how nice the food is. Hear me out, the Mac and Cheese was honestly amazing. It came with big chunks of chicken schnitzel. I consider myself a good cook, but this was some of the nicest chicken I've ever had. And the Mac and Cheese did not disappoint either. Chunks of smokey, crispy bacon strewn throughout, with this amazing smokey cheese flavour I haven't found anywhere else. If you're iffy about going, just go. At worst, you'll just be impressed.

It’s a modern small restaurant with friendly staff. I have heard about this restaurant a few times from friends and finally decided to pay a visit. I ordered seafood pasta which was really yum. As a small eater, I felt it was not enough for a proper meal to me tho. Not sure if it was because the portion was a bit small or it was just too good and made me craving for more food. In general. I am pretty happy with my experience here.

Excellent Bar and American Dining. Going to Sapphire CBD since about a year, Very tasty food, my favourite are the Pork Ribs and Philly Cheese Steak but so far everything has been tasty, well cooked and beautifully presented. The Ribs and Wings platter is great value for money. To be honest though, the main reason we go to sapphire is the bar. We go on the weekend when Jack is in the bar and he, honest to god, makes the best cocktails we ever had, doesn’t matter how exotic they are or how crazy your custom cocktail is, Jack will make it delicious. The bar has a great selection of Whiskeys and other spirits. Sapphire is not cheap, that’s true but the team there makes us always feel so welcome and makes us feel special, so it’s well worth it. Great service, fast, accommodating and so friendly. Thank you Lusiano! Overall I have to say, whenever we have time to have a night out and relax and have fun, we will go to Sapphire because we know we will have a fantastic time there with good food and great drinks. Highly recommended, Darwins’ finest and our favourite place in Darwin.

A complex experience. Not a kid friendly place by design, more upper market like a steak house / wine bar. However, the staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. My soft taco were absolutely delicious, the best i have ever had. The kids really enjoyed their fish n chips and American cheeseburger and chips. My wife had the gumbo and I tried a little, the sauce and flavour was stellar. However, the muscles arrived unopened, we made a complaint and the staff were very understanding and friendly, the kitchen then opened it for us which was not what we were thinking as appropriate. After we finished the meal I had a chat with the friendly staff member and they said that the chef studied a method of cooking muscles without opening them and that it is still a healthy muscle. I was really intrigued by this so I researched it when I arrived home and sure enough I've been propagating a myth about muscles (look the story up it's interesting). So there you have it, a complex experience and delicious meal, some of the friendliest staff I've had in Australia and we learnt something.

I was impressed with the hospitality of the owners. Even with their hectic schedule, they still have the time to welcome us with our kids and wave their hands with the incoming custumers. Went to CBD for the Seafood Bucket and was not disappointed! The AC was awesome and the crew there are friendly 😜 Probably the best lunch I've had on a Monday in a very long time. I’ve lived in Darwin for maybe 18 months and my friend and I agree - this is the best service we have had anywhere in the Northern Territory. The boys were so lovely, the vibe was laid back, everyone just seemed to know what they were doing, they ensured we were well looked after without nervously hovering over us. I felt like handing in a resume, they were that chill and professional. Food was really good, just done well. We both went basic and ordered the buttermilk chicken burger but it was just GOOD. Generous and flavourful without doing anything dumb or tryhard like putting it on a donut or ‘injecting’ anything with liquid cheese. I wanna go back for that seafood boil they posted on insta.

One of our favourite restaurants in Darwin! It’s always a great experience, the ambiance is very chill, welcoming and charming. The experienced staff demonstrate outstanding customer service and make fantastic recommendations! The food is phenomenal, with a wide variety of choices on their menus to satisfy all taste buds. My all time go to is the ‘MAC ATTACK’ an absolutely sensational chicken, Mac and cheese burger that hits the spot every time. Best chicken burger in Darwin hands down! Pop in and see for yourself, their located in Berrimah and the CBD.

Went with a group of boys to enjoy a few quite drinks and ended up staying for a couple of hours. The service was good and they had a good vibe and great music. We then decided to order some food as we felt a bit hungry and let me tell you there food was amazing. Burgers ribs and seafood were delicious! Definitely a great addition to Darwin’s hospitality scene. I’ll definitely be coming here more often with my friends and family!

I’ve been here a few time now as it was recommended to us by a few friends and family. Honestly all 3 visits have been nothing short of amazing. The team go above and beyond for their customers and really make you feel welcomed and give you a great experience. The pork ribs and poppers are insanely good! The ribs were falling off the bone and cooked to perfection! If you guys are even in Darwin city then be sure to head down to smith street and check it out.
