Wow wow wow, 8 of us went there for dinner last night. The meals were amazing, massive and so tasty, the chef and kitchen team need to be commended. The ladies in the food and bar service were so friendly, the best service I’ve ever had. Thank you for a great night we will all definitely be back.

Virginia Tavern makes a great chicken Parmy. I have eaten there several times , they have great pub grub at reasonable prices. Wide selection of beers and a play gym for the kiddies. Takes were always sticky though...

I absolutely loved this place. I am Australian born but have been out of the country for 15 years. This is what Australia is about. A place where the staff are friendly.(they were also very busy but still had time to smile). The beer choice is great. Counter meals were being produced at an awesome rate. The kitchen staff deserve a standing ovation. Top stuff crew.

Haven't been for a while but had an entertainment book voucher so chose to have lunch. Together we had a t-bone and a lamb rack which were both excellent. Crisp chips with a fresh salad with one and creamy mash and veg with the other. We both finished everything on on the plate. Will return again.

I went to Virginia tavern with my partner and 6 month old baby for lunch. A high seat was provided. The regular menu had several $10 items. I chose a chicken wrap while my partner chose fish and chips. We have regularly paid $25+ for similar food at other pubs in Darwin. We were very impressed with the price and quality of the food. The service was also friendly. We will be back again.

wow! what a hidden gem.The food was faultless,Tasty .I had the bruschetta as a starter with a nice cold beer and then chicken parmigiana.It was homemade thick and juicy perfection!served with chips or veggies.I went with the veggies. Veggies were simple, freshly cooked and cooked spot on with real mash potato.Price was good and i'm glad i went and will be back to try other things on menu. family friendly. Great to see the attention to detail with simple cooking which is hard to find.Keep up the good work!
