Always love coming here to get my brows done by Pamela (Pam). So friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and open to feedback. Be sure to let them know what sort of shape you like and DON’T like. So that you’ll be fully satisfied with your look. I did that and Pam remembers my preferences. And i always end up looking so handsome and on point. Thanks Pam and Benefit!

The makeup artist did a wonderful job and the other staff who helped me were very friendly. However my appointment started half an hour late not due to any fault from people working there but because they were extremely short staffed and doing their best with clearly a lack of support from management. Management needs to do better by their workers. Because of this I was late to my friends' wedding and I'm sure it can't be an enjoyable work environment either. Not sure I want to support Benefit in future if this is how they treat their staff and in turn their customers. To reiterate: staff were wonderful. Make up flawless. Management lacking.

I had a lovely person do my brows. The appointment however was marred by someone (who I believe was the manager) causing the person who did my brows to become flustered for the whole appointment, as they hadn’t yet gotten me to fill out the medical questionnaire - I’m not sure if they’d forgotten or not because we literally just sat down. The manager talked at her as though I wasn’t there and it was a bit awkward. 4 stars as I had a good experience (as is the case with all benefit appointments), minus 1 star for the interaction I witnessed.

Jessica fitted me in for a brow wax at short notice. She was very kind and friendly, and did a good job tidying things up following the lockdown. She was generous with her time and advice, and answered my questions regarding which areas to fill in, etc. She showed me how to use the pencil, and measure my brows against my eyes, etc. I will ask for Jessica next time, as she made me feel really comfortable and valued as a client. If you have an Employee of the Month award, may I please nominate Jessica? I am in Customer Service too, and find that compliments are often harder to come by than complaints.

Zahra was amazing! I had booked into to have my makeup done and left it up to Zahra really to decide colours and so forth and she did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend booking in with her if you need your make up done beautifully!
