We ordered set menu- $65/pp. Great food & good portion (4/5 ⭐️).
We found it quiet interesting(?) that sourdough bread was part of the starters and fried potatoes were in the mains.
We underestimated the portion by looking at the first two rounds of dishes coming in!! We were so full!
We wished that desserts were included in the set menu. Anyway we ordered it and it was amazing!
Great ambiance as well, music was not too loud and service was friendly. I felt really comfortable eating there. Sparkling water was free.
A. S.
A friend recommended this place so I booked it for my lil sisters birthday dinner and it was absolutely amazing! Had a great view, great food and cocktails, and the staff were so lovely! We ordered the first tapas menu (changed to cater to vegan) and it was SO DELICIOUS. Would love to go back and try the other tapas option soon!

$65 set menu - great food (4/5). I thought it was excellent value for the sheer amount of food and the variety. We also ordered extra bone marrow toast. Service was friendly and approachable and it’s a nice ambience.
W. W.
Compulsory set menu as we came as a group 6. The complimentary bread was quite salty, infact, a few of the dishes were too salty for our liking. The food came out quickly though. However, I still felt a bit hungry after the set menu, wish dessert was included.
R. Z.
To be honest when we booked and it was revealed that it would only be set menu, I didn't have high expectations. However, Bomba Bar really surprised me with the quality and tastiness of the food and it was more than enough as well to fill us up. I also ordered the bone marrow on toast to try as I had seen it well reviewed before and must say it was really delicious. Will definitely be coming back for more.
R. S.
I have heard rave reviews about this place so wanted to go for a little while. Only set menu options. The food was good in general but did not enjoy all of it. Entre was great. Loved the jamon and smoked waygu. Bread was dense and soft. Did not enjoy the eggplant and pork belly. By the time the mains came, we were full. Service was great but if they didn't keep changing the servers it would have been better.
E. Z.
Visited Bombabar with my partner for his birthday the other week after having an amazing experience earlier in the year with my friend.
We choose the first feed me option which included lots of faves including the scallop, croquette, pork belly, salami, lamb & zucchini. To be honest the wasn't anything we didn't like!
We also ordered the bone marrow toast which was incredible, a real taste bud thriller!
I had the Granada Spritz (mocktail) and my partner has the Grain & Bale (cocktail). We both loved the combination of flavours in our drinks.
We couldn't recommend this place any higher than we do...do yourself a favour and book ASAP!!!
P. B.
Great atmosphere, good service and remember to book your seats before arriving as they are always booked out. Would highly recommend the charred corn yum!
C. J.
Bomba has been on my want-to-go list for ages, went there on a date. There was only set menu which is quite portion to feed two people, and the view was stunning. The eggplant was a bit overcooked and tasted bitter but all over was good.
E. V.
Great cocktails and good selection of beer. Fast service and friendly staff.
The rooftop menu is good, flavoursome and suited to the ambience of the venue. Always good for an after work get together.

I can’t believe how many times we walked past and have not dined here sooner! Absolutely a place which we’ll return for a good food, drink, vibe, service and value for money. Totes worthy of our 5 ⭐️
Lots of vegetarian options in the menu and we ordered almost everything, and there isn’t one we didn’t enjoy. I learnt/tasted so many new veges that night too (from Bomba and our vego frens).
With 10 types of tapas/ sides (excl drinks), the bill works out to be under $40 per person. Totally scored!
Now for foodies out there, dishes you would not want to miss.
ENTREE
💗 Croquetta - do yourself a favour and order more than 1 pp
💗 Corn ribs - that sauce & spices….
💗 Chickpea fritters - wouldn’t even know we were eating chickpea and the topping sauce👍🏼
💗 Piquolla Jam Montaditto - I still don’t really know what this exactly is but absolutely good!!
SIDES
💗 Patatas bravas - a bit on the salty side for me but the good crunch make it up
💗 Jerusalem artichoke - it’s not potato nor brussel sprouts, it’s just yummy!!
💗 Celeriac - another new good one for my food-tionary 😁
💗 Grain salad with walnut - Yums!!!
M. T.
Food was excellent, had mostly small tapas. Everything we had was great, especially the bone marrow on toast.
Great place, foods delicious and waiters were attentive, and there’s no extra charge for sparking water!
R. P.
GET THE PAELLA! The duck paella is delicious and easily had by two. The small tapas are good small portions so don't expect to get full. Our host Lindsay was excellent and helpful.
J. C.
Can not recommend this place enough! Beautiful wine list and incredible tapas options. We started off with the bone marrow on toast with wagyu cecina, charcoal grilled quail with walnuts and figs, corn ribs with dried maize and chipotle sauce and the padron peppers. For a main we had the pork belly and chicken wing paella. Everything was absolutely delicious, packed full of flavour and super high quality. Will definitely be back.
Y. M.
The food was great and the service even better. We had dinner at the Restaurant without making a reservation and the hostess and waitress were 10/10. They accommodated us and made us feel very comfortable.
However, the service at the rooftop wasn’t as great. There is room to improve.
Overall, a good experience and I would highly recommend.
A. C.
UPDATED January 22 — The cold cuts and the lamb on cauliflower cream are very good. We dined as a couple and the service was excellent. Alas there was only one staff to navigate all the tables on the ground floor. Stay strong in this Melbourne staff shortage!
f. r.
Bottomless Lunch is definitely worth it.
Amazing food
Amazing drinks
Service is a bit slow for a venue of this size but none the less it’s a lovely place.
Very intimate. Good for dates.
J. A.
I love this place. The food is always exquisite, and the wine list is exceptional.
Great service, lovely atmosphere. A winner
P. K.
Fantastic staff. Attentive friendly and friendly.
Good beer and cocktails. We had the medeteran gin, and the white negroni.
We ordered the 55 dollar set menu with also the scallops and bone marrow bread thing both were fantastic.
The corn, oysters, shaved sausage, and croqueta were also really good.
The sardines were ordinary. If you really like sardines you will like them. Otherwise not so tasty. Also the pork belly was kind of ok. Perhaps grilled or charred would be better.
The main was nice. But nothing to write home about. Salad had a lot of dressing. Chicken was perfectly cooked but the sauce was bland. Patatas bravas were excellent but the red sauce could use more flavour.
Coffee was excellent. As were the churros.
Good job guys!
A. N. 누.
Roof top(5level) and ground floor has different menu. If you want proper meal then go ground floor. And bartender recommends good food. We were 2people had fried shrimps, 1 white sangria, 1 non alcohol fujito, seafood paella at $70. I had so much good time.
D. S.
Small and changed menu. Great ambiance. Food was excellent as always. Great to see you open again
A. V.
Great place to eat. Food came quickly and was delicious. We were here on a Monday and it was pretty busy. Really recommend the paella, we got the seafood one and it was the highlight as well as the croquettes. Staff were friendly as well.
J. C.
Nice setting, busy on the Friday night we went but not excessively loud. We did the feed me for six of us and the food was all quite food. They were really great at making adjustments for dietary requirements. Particular highlights were the quail, ribs and the mushroom soup as unreal. They also have a fantastic drinks menu, for me I love Gin and they had a number of different variants, the one with grapefruit and pink pepper as the garnish was my personal favourite. After dinner we went up to the rooftop for a couple more drinks - so perfect venue if you want to stay on after dinner. Would return.

Seriously good Spanish style tapas and paella makes me want to return to Bomba all the time. Located in a great spot in the middle of the city, Bomba is a bustling restaurant with a crazy good vibe and super friendly staff. It gets really crowded for very good reason. The food is divine and the atmosphere feels like a big, happy party any day of the week. It's not a huge space, so it can feel a little cramped; but that just adds to the party like atmosphere.
You have to start with a cocktail, as the drinks list us fun with some interesting choices, and delicious summery spritzes. Everything tastes great, and it would be so easy to try to work your way through the whole list.
The food at Bomba is made for sharing, so coming in a group is fantastic as you can tryits of fabulous dishes. We had the Potatas Bravas, pippies, paella and pork hock, as well as an excellent barramundi dish. Everything was sensational, with so much flavour. The paella was perfect. Just done rice with the crusty bottom, loads of chicken and chorizo abd an ample amount of spice. The fish was so soft and flavoursome, and the pork hock was crazy good.
You cannot leave Bomba hungry, as the serves are plentiful and great value. The popularity of this restaurant is testament to the fact that the team here really get it right. We were made to feel welcome immediately, and our evening of tasty food, cocktails and heaps of fun really makes Bomba one of our favourite CBD venues.

The absolutely best tapas and Spanish I have ever had and I’ve been to Spain. Wow! Food incredible and the service was just as good - we will be back!
W. L.
I've walked past it several times and decided to give it a try today. Check out the $15 lunch which includes a starter/tapas , main and side. I ordered the potato leek soup and it came in a shot glass. It was indeed very small but flavorful. My main was the shark bay king prawn. ( additional cost applied ) They were medium in size and theres about 5 pieces served in a tapas sized bowl. The barley salad we had for sides was good. My friend ordered the corn cob, steak and they were nice but good portion size. Good service with attentive staff that made sure we had enough water all the time.
S. H.
Cosy atmosphere and delicious food. We had the Duck paella and it was amazing.. try it and you'll love it
S. F.
Great food and lovely service. The tapas arrived almost as soon as we finshed ordering them and were delicious. Great spot for date night. It was almost exclusively filled with couples. Low light and welcoming atmosphere. The cocktails were great and resonably priced.
Also, the chairs had a swivelling back rest that was interesting and surprisingly comfortable!
Didnt go to the roof top bar.
Highly recommend dropping in here for a bite.
F. Q.
I had an amazing time celebrating my completion of study in Bomba. They have so many amazing items in the menu, I really want to try them all if I could.
Started my meal with wagyu cecina, spiced lamb and scallop tapas. Then seafood paella as main and raspberry creme brulee as dessert. They were all wonderful.
The service was excellent and attentive, the food came at the right time and the water is filled without needing to ask.
I will definitely be back to try more dishes here!
P. T.
Their appetizers are awesome!! I ordered prawns, octopus & bone marrow toast. Octopus wasn't a must try but I LOVE THE BOM MARROW TOAST!! My boyfriend likes the prawns as well.
We tried one cocktail at the rooftop bar & one wine at the restaurant. Both were fairly good for us.
Nice atmosphere too. The rooftop bar is way too crowded.
Tips: if you want to have a meal & rooftop on the same night, rmb to ask at the front desk if you need to book a table for the restaurant before you go to the rooftop bar. If not, you might need to visit the rooftop twice as it might take some time to wait for an empty table.
J. L.
Returning to a well-liked Spanish tapas place, we ordered from the Workers Lunch section of the menu given our time constraint. For $15, we get an entree, main and a side.
I really enjoyed the marinated lamb ribs and pork jowl - flavoursome and blended beautifully with their ingredients. The freekah green salad offers different textures to balance out the meal. The serves are small but enough for a tasty lunch without leaving hungry. With more time allowances, definitely recommend trying from the rest of the menu as we had done in the past.
Fast and friendly service, there is also a rooftop section that's good for drinks. This is a spot we return to time and time again; no doubt we'll be back before long.
E. C.
The food was amazing and portion is good. All the tapas that we had were absolutely amazing. Also don't forget to order their sangria! It was so refreshing and delicious. Will definitely visit again soon. 😊
M. P.
Great food, great atmosphere, great bar. Not much not to like. Scallops, Croquettes, Oysters and Lamb Shoulder were the stand out dishes.
c. f.
Busy restaurant.
Had a few tapas, including the bone marrow on toast, lamb ribs (average) coquetta was my favorite. Seafood paella was good. Dessert was the winner.
Portuguese tart and turron mousse was amazing.
L. J.
Bomba Tapas Bar is always a great night out. Getting a drink upstairs at the bar with a great view to start off the night. This particular time was for the Valentine’s Day set menu which was delicious from start to finish. A real shout out to the mousse with olive oil and chunks of sea salt, an unusual but delicious combination. The waitstaff are always very helpful and know their product.
M. h.
Aftwr being in lockdown... was great to go out with 4 of us and enjoy great meal and service. We had the fixed menu and was worth every cent. Service was professional and friendly and added to a great night.
A lovely night out.. dinner followed by some nite vap rooftop drinks.
M. M.
Great Spanish restaurant in the Melbourne CBD. I had a working lunch and a glass of wine, reasonably priced and all quite delicious. Worth a look in.
Note the rooftop bar is not open all of the time when we were there at lunch today. Not a downside, just something where I missed out on some sunshine at lunchtime!!!
E. S.
Cozy atmosphere, incredibly tasty food. Highly recommend the seafood paella and lamb cutlets. Customer service is profesional and friendly.
Strict 2hr seating times which might be an issue for longer dinners then need to move to another place for dessert or drinks.
K. A. A. -. W.
It was delightful. I started with the corn, I thought it would be boring, but ordered anyway. OMG, it had the most amazing flavour ever. Super recommend. Also, we had the lamb tapas and it was melting from the bones. We finished with an very tasty seafood Paella. It was super good and aromatic. I really like it. I am up for dessert now :)
J. E.
We had a group of 10 and we started upstairs on the rooftop type bar. Nice atmosphere. We then headed downstairs where we had a little room right at the back of the restaurant which was lovely because we could hear each other. The menu was a set menu of tapas which cost $49 per head. Some in the group were gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian and they did cater for these needs. There were about 4 courses of tapas, starting with smoked nuts, olives, stuffed chillies, smoked meat and a beetroot and goat's cheese on toast. Other dishes included croquettes, lamb ribs with cauliflower mash, Mexican corn cobs, prawns, sardines, barramundi and salad. I was concerned that I might be hungry after the meal seeing as each course only had 1-2 serves of each item per person, but at the end I couldn't squeeze anymore in. The sangria jugs were fun and they also had some nice mocktails for $9. If you are looking for a fairly authentic tapas experience, or a different place to try for a night out, I would definitely recommend Bombas.
R. U.
First bar visit after lockdown, went for drinks. I must say their tap beers are really nice. Would love to go again to try their cocktails.
C. M.
Wonderful range of tapas and cocktails. Very interesting and different flavours so worth checking out if you want something new. A little on the expensive side, but worth the visit.
N. L.
5 stars for the Patatas Bravas alone! Great tap beers and cocktail list to boot.
A. G.
I tried to go to two restaurants recommended by the host of the Airbnb where I was staying but neither of them was available. I ended up here instead and I'm very glad I did. The tasting menu involved nine small plates, all of which were outstanding and at a very reasonable price. Service was magnificent and the setting was quiet and intimate, although they have a rooftop bar that is also fantastic.
R.
We had an exceptional experience.
Ambience was perfect, followed by wonderful service and the food was spot on. We had Chickpea fritter and the scallop tapas. And for main we shared paella, wagyu rump and a pickled red cabbage
I would definitely recommend going to Bombabar.
S. J. R.
I'm living in cbd, and Bomba is one of the best spots whenever I need to quick decision for my dinner. They never make me disappointed. Kind staff and nice food in comfortable atmosphere, pre-fixed menu which is affordable price, has 3 course and 9 dishes, is a really good deal.
A. G.
Started on the rooftop for a couple drinks and snacks before going down for dinner. School prawns are great, as well as the croquettes. We had the lamb caldaretta and pork belly paella, and ALL the side dishes. Way too much food but we finished it all.
J. H.
We were unsure what to expect because we had never eaten Spanish food before but after coming here, we will be back. Amazing food that was tasty without having your head taken off. Service that was attentive without being intrusive. The delivery of our food was timely and at no time were we worried we would be late for our theatre booking at the Comedy Theatre (which is a 1 minute walk from Bomva). So in fact we had time to sit and relax instead of being rushed. Portion size is perfect, not too big or small and is definitely value for money. i am highly recommended for this restaurant food.
T. K.
Probably the best Spanish meal I’ve ever had. Absolutely superb service as well. We sat facing the open kitchen and the chefs were exceptionally friendly and watching them was somewhat magical. The menu isn’t marked for vegetarians but there are a number of options available which I loved so I would recommend this place for vegetarians. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Melbourne!
C. L.
Tasty food, quick and friendly service, ok value for money, serves relatively small
Context: Lunch with colleagues. We each ordered the workers lunch deal (choice of entree, main, side for $15 each) and dessert ($6-8 each)
I had the potato & leek soup for entree and it was a lot smaller than I expected... More like a shot of soup, though tasty.
I had the pork main and potato side (note that the image is of a double serve of potatoes as my colleague ordered the same). Both were quite delicious but I wouldn't say amazing. Though the serves are relatively small, my choices were heavy enough to actually be filling.
For dessert I had the Portuguese tart which was absolutely delicious. It was warm, flaky, well caramelised and creamy. My colleague was also keen on his salted caramel icecream
M. I.
The drinks were amazing. Set menu was decent. The potion sizes cud be increased.
I. K.
The interior and vibe of the place is awesome. Very cozy.
The food was quite good but small portions that didn't fill us up entirely. We got the seafood paella
Would still recommend but prepare to spend a good amount of money if you want a filling meal.
A. M.
Very cheap for the quality of food, tapas and cocktails are lovely. The only thing to fault was that the oil that came with the bread wasEXTREMELY bitter and very unpleasant, not sure what olive oil they are buying but they need to swap it out!
K. M.
Don’t let the small place fool you, the food is awesome, drink selection is great, can be busy to very busy for late evenings. Couple of friends took us to dinner here so thanks to them. Highly recommended.
T. M.
Recently had a wonderful experience at the Bomba rooftop.
I attended their rooftop bar and used the wonderful atmosphere to propose to my now fiancé.
I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable environment with a wonderful view.
The staff were amazing, they were even kind and vigilant enough to realise our moment and provide us champagne.
I couldn’t have asked for more from the venue, highly recommend to anyone looking from a place to celebrate an intimate moment. To a great place to party and have a great time.
H. S.
As someone who goes out to eat frequently, I have never experienced staff who cared so much about each and everyone of us. They service was beyond incredible. The food was to die for and the vibes were sureal.
A. N.
Great setting, cool atmosphere, good food and a good variety of beers
J. P.
A nice spot with a groovy playlist and very dim, cool lighting. The service is standard for a bar but the drink choices are interesting. My favourite was the Green Ant gin which uses ant pheromones and has an interesting sweetness and spice to it. The food is pretty standard bar food which comes as finger food size.
J. W.
Good food and reasonably priced. The view was pretty good. The lady behind the bar was very polite and welcoming. I would recommend.
O. S.
Bomba is our go to place if we really couldn’t decide which rooftop bars to go or too lazy to research the latest trendy spot to spend the Friday night. It is based on Lonsdale street. Walking distance to QV and China Town. The restaurant downstairs provided solid Spanish style tapas. It is always crowded. Booking is a must on the weekends. Service is attentive. To me, the highlight is going to be the rooftop bar. It is a smallish place without any spectacular views, but very cosy. Drinks are well made with attention to details. You can tell that whoever behind the bar is always professional. Its hard to be consistent throughout the year. Bomba managed to do it. Make sure that you ask for spiced nuts behind the bar. They are great snacks to go with your cold drinks.
I. F.
Good Mediterranean food
Paella with seafood and appetizers taste so...good
Cocktails well made as well
J. “. W.
Great place to head out for a bite to eat.
Mid to late evening is the busiest time to go. Worthwhile getting a booking if headed there around this time.
J. C.
Great food, lots of choice, tapas were excellent, the chef easily adapts to your diet requirements, whether gluten or lactose free, Spanish wines to go with the meal, definitely worth paying a visit!
K. H.
Amazing food drinks and service. We arrived at 630 without a reservation and had the set menu. Selections provided were outstanding. Thanks guys. The corn, yummmmmm.
H. N.
The service: dope.
The food: dope.
The drinks: dope.
H. N.
Fun Spanish tapas joint with good food and service. They've got a nice drinks menu too. Very narrow place though with little walking room along the bar.
Our favorite drink of the night was the santamania gin and tonic.
G. M.
Bomba catered for a large group of 17 people and all our dietary needs. We had such a good night here. Do hesitate to book. The food was awesome. We had the set menu.
Y. A.
Excellent rooftop bar space and great atmosphere. Wide selection of drinks and friendly staff.
B.
Great food and atmosphere, staff were very friendly.
P. E. N.
This is just a review of the rooftop bar as we did not visit the restaurant. It was ok. All but one of the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and were a little on the unfriendly side. The friendly lady made up for it though. The bar itself is decent - not amazing, not terrible. I had an ok time.
B. T.
My colleagues and I ordered the worker's lunch menu and had a few tapas to share amongst us. The lamb was tender and excellent and I would also recommend the grain salad (something I never thought I would say when it comes to a Spanish restaurant). The customer service was friendly and I am glad my foodie trip to Melbs started with this spot.
E. B.
Excellent customer service , great food & vibes.
n. j.
Nice rooftop spot to camp out at - not a huge space so seating can be limited, but once you get a spot, there are some great views of the city. The staff make great cocktails too :)
H. U.
Food was excellent, had mostly small tapas, it's hard to go wrong with Iberico jamon and they definitely do it right. Everything we had was great, especially the scallop and lamb tapas. Great place, Waiters were attentive, giving us good advices about the food. would definitely go back!
S. C.
Great food, great drinks and wonderful service.
R. K.
This is my new go to CBD lunch. The workers lunch is exceptional value and the food is so well cooked. Great selection of interesting a fresh dishes. Superb beer selection.
S. A.
Nice cosy Tapas bar with some delicious dishes, although atypical.
m. j.
Rooftop tapas bar.
Tasty food, friendly staff
H. W.
Great restaurant and bar. One of our favourites.
D. V. K.
Food 5 stars, serves was brilliant.
S. S.
Excellent food! Drool worthy tapas! Will be back! Close to transport busy place! Great lunch place
D. A.
They have very nice cherry wines. The food is yum too.
s. q.
food is tasty. mid range prices. can get quite busy and a bit cramped. book beforehand if possible. though they did get one of our bookings wrong even after sending the confirmation text with the correct time. had to be shuffed in between other tables. not ideal in covid times.
b. m.
This place was amazing! Great views, great space. We had a delicious lunch, the staff were friendly and efficient and the cocktails were awesome. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
Z.
Nice place staff were attentive and the food was good
A. S.
What a lovely experience! Beautiful flavours to choose from, seasonal and fresh. Catered to one on our table's need for special considerations without fuss and with the most lovely attention from the staff. Great night out!
T.
Great food and service but at a premium price.
P. M.
Absolutely love bombar, the food is amazing and great for group dining. The bone marrow toast for entree is by far my favourite. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable
T.
Compliments to the chefs, the food was delicious.
A. H.
Two years later, and I still think about the pumpkin dish from Bomba - the only pumpkin dish I have truly loved (every other place makes pumpkin too sweet and disgusting). They complemented pumpkin with romesco sauce, labne and manchego cheese. True masters of the craft if you can make something I usually hate amazing.
M. G.
While the food and drink were delicious, we didn’t feel that the amount of food given with the $70 set menu was ample. It was nice to have an oyster and a scallop each, the pork was barely bite sized and the main, a small amount of beef and patatas simply didn’t align with comparable set menus from other venues within the city, particularly given that there was no dessert included. I understand the desire to recuperate lost income due to covid, but something more substantial is needed!
d. m.
Our friend had planned a surprise for my friend, which included coming to Bomba before heading to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. This information is important as the waitress went above and beyond to ask what our plans were and to ensure that all the food we ordered would be ready in good time for us to get to the show. When ordering we checked if what we had ordered was enough, and was gratefully told the portion sizes so ordered more (we'd have gone hungry otherwise). The food was all amazing and presented beautifully (first time I've had deep fried whole prawns). The hanger steak was cooked to perfection. The drink selection was good and we'd have had a cocktail or two on the terrace if we didn't need to be somewhere. All in all, highly recommended.
G. W.
We’ve eaten here a few times over the years. It’s kind of a favourite for when we come to town and want to spoil ourselves. The food was great as usual and Lindsay our host was just as good.
J. T.
Between the downstairs and the rooftop, Bomba has a very solid tapas selection and great drinks with fun, friendly staff all around. Downstairs is intimate and suited to lounging while dining with partners, and the rooftoo is better suited to drinks in a lighter, more casual setting. To get to the rooftop, catch the elevator to Level 5.
M. L.
OMG this is the best place with the best food cocktails sangria and wine. Our waiter was attentive funny and welcoming. Definitely going back.
K. P.
Great service, beautiful food. Recommend the tasting menu. small portion that add up to a beautiful sampling of all the best stuff. Yum!
J. Y.
Staff was very friendly. We tried the set menu. The food was alright not perfect as the other comments mentioned. Maybe we had too high expectations.
K. W.
Found this amazing place around the corner and close to the Comedy theatre. Stopped in for a look and drink at bar which was fantastic. Staff and atmosphere so good we stayed for dinner. Wonderful selection of food with good understanding of gluten free. Try the sangria and share the tapas. You will not be disappointed.
J. C.
Very Nice Spanish Restaurant. Good service. Family friendly
a. s.
Great cocktail at cost effective prices
Customerservice is good
h. p.
Roof top bar and dining. Full dining only onbground level. Drinks and tapas on rooftop
B. H.
Relaxed and groovy Spanish bar, with a limited cocktail list it's easy to decide on a delicious concoction. The tapas menu was a winner all round, individual servings suited our tastebuds and appetite.
Our tapas favourites were the scallop, quail, honey roasted sobrasada and bone marrow with wagyu!
Many more munchies are on our list of must tries for our next visit.
M. M.
Accommodated us even though I rang twice to add extra guests to our table - even in this busy period just before Christmas. Their workers lunch is great value and very tasty. Didn't get to go to the rooftop but would return again and maybe sit there instead.

Had our team end of year get together here. Cannot fault this place. Absolutely great selection of delicious food with dietaries well catered for and amazing service. Sangrias are excellent and a must try. The rooftop has covered seating and the large windows show off a beautiful Melbourne city skyline.
D. A.
We choose the set menu and enjoyed a variety of fresh and very well prepared dishes. A relaxed, easy going venue with great food.
J. C.
Great place - awesome food - not your usual run of the mill tapas so the set menu was a delightful surprise. Great drinks variety - I loved their red sangria. Couldn't fit dessert in though they looked delicious. It gets very busy at traditional eating times so we had our table at the end of the bar side by side! Not very romantic!
The staff were run off their feet but remained friendly & professional throughout - highly recommend Bomba!
S. P.
Superb tapas, lovely wine list and very attentive staff. Rooftop bar is also fabulous with a good selection of food and drinks, good music and a great view.
A. W.
The food is stunning. I've had the set menu both times I've been and it's a great way to try lots of food. Amazing value, everything was absolutely delicious and we struggled to finish the last dishes. Bomba happily caters for dietary requirements of everyone at the table with the vegan/gluten free options being every bit as gorgeous as the regular set menu items. Extensive wine list with reasonably priced options. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient. Love this place!
L. V.
The set menu was delicious and was a great price for the quality and serving size. For $49 per person you get nine dishes each over three courses, which was enough food that I was too full for dessert despite seeing some interesting options. The food tasted amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was very cozy and warm. Make sure to book ahead for busy periods, as there can be a bit of a wait, but there's always the upstairs bar while you're waiting for a table. We were seated at the bar, and there was enough space to be comfortable, and a nice view of the grill, so don't be wary if there are no tables available. Great experience and will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
I. T.
Nice atmosphere, tinyyyy portions for the price in my opinion. We spent quite a bit n left still peckish. Croquettes, corn and ribs(tiny) were all delicious. Lamb paella was small and almost no lamb in it.
So a nice place for a drink n nibble. Not to fill up.
J. B.
T. B.
This was reasonable. The food was good and the staff were friendly. It was good but not something that really stands out as remarkable.
M. A.
A regular and favourite of mine -tapas deliciousness all the way. Try the workers lunch for $15 delivered like a swift and well oiled machine, or pop in for dinner to enjoy a more laid back meal or bite before heading to the theatre. I would recommend booking but like the overall experience this is easily done online.
E. G.
Great friendly and on time service. You won't die of starvation between meals :) However, always ask about the portion size as should always be aware tapas portions are small and you may need more than a few. The food is incredible! Keep it up!
B. M.
Could not fault this place. Absolutely incredible food and service. Celebrated my mums birthday with a large group and the $55 set menu. It was great value, we were definitely full and all dishes were beautiful. i brought a cake which was sort of destroyed on the way there and the wonderful chef salvaged it- no extra fees to BYO cake too.
The rooftop bar is cosy, not really a rooftop as such but definitely worth a visit!
Thank you so much, would return in a heartbeat. Dreaming of the lamb ribs.
R. L.
Excellent food. The $50 set meal was amazing and very filling. I really appreciated that it didn't include dessert as I always prefer to eat the main meal and get dessert if I feel like it. I don't like it when a set menu comes with three rounds of dessert. However desserts weren't expensive to add on later of that's what you want. Be sure to make a booking, particularly for a larger group.
E. T.
Great rooftop bar which never fails to be a great spot for a drink. It's not full of office workers looking to get smashed or suburban tourists getting on the piss before they head off clubbing. Excellent mixed drinks made by friendly attentive staff.
J. M.
Service was great. The waitresses explained in detail the meals and were accomodating with our requests.
The food was excellent. I would definitely go back for the bone marrow. The Paella took longer than the other dishes however, this was communicated to us at the beginning so we were not troubled.
R. E.
Fantastic Spanish food with a kick-arse decor. Always exceptional service. A trusted spot for an express business lunch, and larger celebrations. Interesting yet traditional menu, great set menu for larger groups and lovely cocktails served at their rooftop bar.
a. m.
Amazing food, only downside was very small portions.
C. C.
Great quality tapas and amazing paella! City favourite
R. G.
Like everyone we are missing going out for dinner, so we used Providoor and booked an amazing dinner from Bomba. We ordered the Premium set menu, the food was absolutely amazing, it was so well prepared and so easy to organise, heat & a little bit if cooking. We had a fabulous family evening dinner via FaceTime, all having the same meal from Bomba. Well done Bomba, we look forward to coming to your restaurant post lockdown. We would thoroughly recommend Bomba to all our friends & family.
M.
Absolutely beautiful food, with friendly and efficient service to match. Angela is a valuable asset to this venue, and helped make our evening memorable for all the right reasons. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the set menu, making Bomba our new favourite Spanish restaurant!
M. W.
The rooftop bar is delightful! One of my favourite places to while away the hours. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention the chef does incredible feats of cooking in a tiny space. The food is always delicious and super tasty. The only reason I have not given this place a 5 is because I would like to see more sherry's by the glass on the menu.
There is a trick to finding this place - you have to go past the restaurant to the lift at the back. That will take you straight to the rooftop.
K. Q.
Hubby and I came here for a Tuesday date night and I was surprised how busy it was - every table was full so luckily we booked ahead! When we sat down for dinner, I understood why. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is amazing. Will definitely come again.
N. O.
Yummy food! Friendly welcoming staff!
B. D.
Great Place! Great Food! Great Service!
C. K.
Good pub located close almost within the city. Rooftop with covered seating. So you don't need to worry there's big windows you can open.
Try their lamb dish it's amazing. They've got a descent bathroom facility.
It's amazing to see how chef works withing that small space 😀
You can also pre-book one area for private functions. Good for birthday or friends meetup.
M. M.
Excellent service, friendly staff. Beautiful venue and delicious food. Would recommend 😊
N. A.
My first time having duck paella and it was delicious! I will be back to try the other dishes on the menu. The service was very fast as well. Nice ambience and I love the open kitchen.
N. N.
The house larger is nice and refreshing with citrus notes
P. M.
I don't often write reviews but I have to for Bomba. I said to my friend at the time that the food was a "gastronomical delight". It was sensational. Everything we had was so full of flavour. We did the $50 banquet because we didn't know what to choose and every dish was perfect. The service was excellent, really friendly staff but what I noticed the most was how well the chefs got on. There was constant smiles, laughter & honest respect & friendship between everyone. Can't do anything but praise this place. Will be back soon 👌👍
I.
The restaurant has a relaxed yet lively sort of vibe. Staff were friendly and attentive. The highlight was of course the food and drinks- couldn't get enough red wine sangrias and patatas bravas!
J. V.
The food here is great. The rooftop bar is great. And the Bloody Mary from the rooftop bar is definitely great.
E. H.
I called to book when they were all booked out, but because of a misunderstanding, they made me a booking at the bar, which they leave for walk-ins. Really helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for date night, great atmosphere and AMAZING food. Try the goat paella.
S. S.
Walk in lunch for 4 on a Sunday from the a la carte was outstanding. We took the bravas, lamb, cauliflower and Blue Eye and 2 bottles of Tempranillo. Way exceeded expectations!
S. K.
Food was absolutely devine. Fresh, flavour with so many exotic blends to your pallet. By far best tapas and meal in Melbourne I have had! Atmosphere cosy, amazing table service and great wine menu. This place is a must!
M. E.
Met a group of interstate friends here. Tapas was fairly ordinary to be honest. Lamb ribs was pure fat and inedible. For $55 I was still pretty unsatisfied, and I don’t eat much. Need to work on this set menu. A few of the items were not great. Corn cob/celeriac soup average. It was my 50th birthDay so obviously my friends had mentioned this as they brought out some rock salt with a tiny candle in it. Perhaps a cute little mini dessert would have been more appropriate? Seemed cheap. Didn’t quite know what to do with it. The waitress kept reminding us that we had to leave by 8.30, which was also irritating. If food was more amazing, would have excused other issues.
M. H.
Great place. Had my birthday dinner there - the $49 banquet is good value for money, though I think should have included a churos at the end instead of having to pay for a dessert on top.
We had to get the banquet started though some of my friends were running late. We were saving them some of the food but it went cold by the time they arrived. The staff brought them out new servings, straight from the kitchen - this wasn't expected but much appreciated. The roof top bar is also a good option for post dinner cocktail.
J. D.
This place has a great menu and is very cozy, yet trendy. Lunch deal is very reasonable at $15, although the serving size is quite small - you'll definitely need more if you're hungry. Staff are friendly and they also have a rooftop which is nice when the weather permits.
D. M. (.
Just enjoyed a delicious meal at this very friendly Spanish restaurant...... we were well looked after by Tanesha. Great service and good food. Seafood paella is a must have if dining here.
K. K.
Cool little upstairs Melbourne bar with great views over the city. Great Tapas - try the lamb ribs, they are fantastic. Gets a bit crowded with the corporate crowd but a nice place to grab a few drinks with friends. downstairs restaurant has nice food however a bit expensive for what you get.
L.
Good quality food and drink but the portion is quite small so we had to eat another meal after spending $150 for a set menu for 2.
D. B.
Very attentive and polite staff. They made sure we would have our orders before the show we were attending and were constantly topping up the water and making sure we were taken care of. The food and drinks were also delicious.
K. N.
Simply delicious! We tried a couple of dishes from each section of the menu and every dish was brilliantly constructed. The wait staff were very welcoming and attentive which made our whole dining experience relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks Bomba team you guys rock! Dish of the night was the pipi's! Yum!
R. W.
If only google let me give 6 stars!
What a fantastic night, our waiter was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and all around very pleasant
Food was one word, amazing! We took part in the "feed me" and the chef nailed it!
The entire night was a perfect celebration for us, with great food, great atmosphere and great cocktails!
Definitely coming back and highly recommend
L. G.
Delicious, authentic Spanish food that won't disappoint! All their ingredients and carefully selected, they only use what's best.
Seafood paella and the quail are top notch. There are also great views and amazing drinks on the fairly small, but beautiful rooftop!
L. X.
The tapas here is nice and good to have with drinks with friends. Can get quite noisy. I really like the bone marrow.
J. K. (. t. L.
Great service. The food is full of flavour and if you go at lunch have the worker's lunch. Tapas menu of their best dishes. Best way to try a bit of everything!
D. A.
Amazing food and great place for lunch..
Liked the cocktails..very busy on Fridays good to book a table before you go.. not too filling and just enough portions..food was delivered quickly and friendly service too..Will.definitely go back..
S. L.
Jason was one of the best bartenders I have ever met. He was really friendly and always available for us. The bar itself is really good : Rooftop and really friendly.
I really recommend this and for people who wanna have fun :)
G. C.
This place was sensational! Having visited there from Wagga Wagga it was easy to feel a little bit spoilt! We arrived not sure if we could done as it was a bar on sight. We soon were led to such said bar and the amazing eating experience began there. The wait staff were amazingly helpful and focused on our dining experience. Not to mention asking questions about what we were doing so they could structure a meal around our timings. The meal.... OMG it was unbelievable. The food was prepare quickly but this did not have any impact on the quality. The seafood paella was amazing and a really good portion size. We had this with an arrangement of side dishes ranging from potatoes and a few other things! The lamb ribs were insane in quality! This will be the first place we go for further meals when we visit Melbourne again
N. G.
Rooftop Bar is a closed off spot, they have great views overlooking the city and the bar is nice and warm too with heaters. The red sangria is a fantastic choice.
Downstairs the tapas was nice too, a little on the pricey side and portion sizes need some work, but for what it was we had a good time.
C. A. (.
A wicked delight. My friends and I really enjoyed our time at Bomba Bar. Delicious starters and mains complimented by refreshing sangria.
We also enjoyed our dessert.
The staff, were fantastic and friendly as well - at one point our order came out wrong but our waiter comped it off our bill which was very nice of him. The staff also helped guide us through the menu and were great at getting the used plates and cutlery off the table. Unfortunately our only gripe was one waitress with an british accent and brunette, who was abit direct, rude and rather impatient with us. I hope she finds her way in the world one day. A smile goes a long way in life, darling.
Still, this didnt deter the experience. Id love to come again.
K. &. D. S.
This is just brilliant. It's a Bomb Bar!
J. T.
Excellent food and service. Each section of tapas was brought out with great speed, giving a nice flow to the evening. The decor and seating had nice vibes, but the lighting was quite dim (to accompany the spanish feel I assume). Overall a great spot for a casual night out.
J. B.
Wonderful food fabulous service 👍👌
A.
Came here for an engagement party and I was very pleased with the overall experience and the dècor, however, the food was very disappointing. The Eggplant chips were overcooked and not seasoned well and the prawn sewers were very over cooked and rubbery.
A. C.
Nice place with friendly and fast service. Top roof is awesome. As far as food is concerned a nice try that will please most Australians. If you are Spanish...just won't make it.
R. Y.
Such good food!! We got the chef's selection and asked for it without seafood (they were very accommodating). Loved every dish! The staff were also really energetic and we great at explaining each dish.
L. W.
Couldn't fault it. Ordered 5 dishes plus 3 desserts. All were delicious! Good selection of wine as well. Didn't take long to seat us (table of 3)
The bill was very affordable as well considering.
S. A.
Food is lovely. Corn is amazing and the pumpkin soup. Had 8 people so we got a set menu. It was $50 each for food only. Not heaps of food and some dishes weren’t amazing but fairly happy with the experience
L. T.
Rooftop bar is nice. Restaurant is disappointing. Had the set menu and was left hungry at the end. Waitress offered some complimentary potato wedges which was nice but i would have been happier if they just got the portions right.
L. J.
Didn't know this before but a hidden secret really of CBD:)
R. T.
Amazing vibe, really cool rooftop. Food is so tasty and prices are reasonable.
J. S.
Food is an interesting tapas mix, very nicely done and quick service upstairs and down. The cocktails are well done. They have their own concoctions plus all the classics.
Upstairs can get busy.
M. R.
A great little spot for a wine on a Friday afternoon. The rooftop bar is pretty amazing, and the restaurant downstairs is nice. They do a nice collection of local and international wines at the bar. The $15 lunch at the restaurant downstairs provide a great alternative to the usual lunch places in the area.
R. W.
Great service - the staff guided us really well on how to order and provided great recommendations. Enough options for meat lovers, fish lovers and vegetarians. Mock tails on offer were delicious.
T. S.
The workers lunch was a good amount of food for the price. A couple of dishes were not quite what they are described to be on the menu. If you've got good company with you then you will definitely enjoy this place.
C. W.
Good good, nice environment and great staff
J. S.
What a great place! We sat at the bar and watched our food being cooked. It was all delicious. It had a really nice ambience and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I will definitely go again.
M. T.
Came here on a special occasion as a very young woman living alone without a lot of money but didn't feel entirely welcome. Nice atmosphere and the food was good but not incredible, you're paying for each bite on the tapas menu, made the mistake of thinking it'd be more substantial. I have been to tapas bars before so that's not out of ignorance.
M. Z.
Look it's ok. It was pretty crowded, the food ordered - the quality - standing up to eat, did not equate to the price at all. It was really hot and we couldn't open the window, waitress kept closing it.
D. T.
Two vibes in one. Sunny bright rooftop with lovely plants and so much natural light, then a warm and chill vibe downstairs. Great food and wonderful service everytime.
M. H.
This restaurant has two parts. Downstairs is a Spanish restaurant with good food and pleasant vibe. Upstairs there is a rooftop bar. For me it is too loud. Talking is almost impossible but the young people seem to like it. Personally, I'd stick to downstairs. Very nice place to go after a show at the Comedy Theatre.
C. K.
Lunch deal was ok I guess. I am not a fan of tapas. The food was unremarkable but the table service was good and polite. Pictured is the starter "jamon with tomato rubbed bread" which was a tiny piece of burnt toast with quite tasty tomato relish and very small slice of said ham. Main was chicken with chickpeas which was a modest serve of pretty much exactly that. I had to think really hard to remember what it was I had as it didn't make much of an impression. Happily we had potatas bravas as a side so didn't leave hungry. So far as potatas bravas go it's hard to beat the cavity at Venus bay. As I said, I'm not a fan of this cuisine so maybe it's a hit for someone else.
M. T.
I came in at peek hour lunch time and got treated like a king. Excellent service from everyone, front of house, bar saff and kitchen all working in a calm pleasant manner just on-top of everything. Highly recommend a visit if your in town.
A. R.
Fabulous. Dinner with friends in the private dining are for 12. Perfect sized space to be able to hear and talk to everyone but still feel the buzz of the place. Delicious share plates - thanks for a great night Bomba team.
C. P.
I'm on a mission to review every restaurant in Melbourne for science hehehe. This was wonderful the food was spot on and the cocktails amaze balls. I came we a group and we got a little loud, but all was good apoligise to the staff they handled us perfectly.
J. G.
Foods are lucious but servings are a bit pricey...
R. T.
Most of the tapas I tried were good. Best one is the octopus and chorizo skewer with potato foam. Scallop also excellent but the lamb was almost nothing but fat. Roasted eggplant was good as well.
A. B.
Attended NYE event. Food was nice. Rooftop very small though. Didn't love the music but great view of some fireworks. All in all decent night.
W. J.
Really good Spanish tapas-centric restaurant with upstairs rooftop bar from the team who run the highly regarded Añada in Fitzroy. The food is generally authentic and great quality. The lunche express menu is excellent value and works well for this in a hurrys
V. M.
The food was delicious and so quick! The staff were great and gave us tips on what to order. When we got the bill at the end of the evening I could not believe how reasonable the prices were. I will definitely be back
K. C.
The place was lively but easy to converse in despite it being a full house! My uncle had to get a reservation or we couldn't get seats and I'm glad he did as the food were all delicious especially the bone marrow bruschetta 😋
E. A.
The staff was very accommodating and the food was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend!
C. A.
We celebrated our sons 21st birthday here in the Naranja Room on April 27. Greet feedback from the guests; location, Sangria and margaritas:), food delicious especially the Paella’s.
D. W.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere, sangria on tap was delicious!! 🍷🍷🍷
J. N.
The rooftop bar is a jewel box. Enjoy especially crafted cocktails, or choose your own.. You can't go wrong.
B.
Outstanding restaurant downstairs with an intimate, and very 'Melbourne' rooftop upstairs. It's small but a less known that other rooftop bars around the CBD so definitely worth a drink or two. To get to the roof, From the street entrance take the corridor to the right & enter the lift in the back right-hand corner.
B. B.
We had the set menu and were not disappointed! Also awesome cocktails on the roof before we had dinner downstairs.
D. C.
Exceptional food including the pumpkin paella, barramundi, corn. Service and atmosphere also outstanding. Not a fan of the red wine sangria. Highly recommended, can't wait to come back.
R. C.
Food is great, with a lot of unique dishes to choose from. Waitress was lovely and helped us out of our comfort zone a bit with great recommendations!
B. P.
Delicious tapas, excellent service and a good wine list - perfect for a good night out. Rooftop bar is also very good, although it is small which makes it a bit hard to avoid smokers.
S. E.
Very enjoyable staff are very helpful and friendly it was quite busy but that's because the food is very good if you're going to come in after 6 i would recommend making reservation reasonably priced not cheap but not super expensive highly recommended tapas restaurant
e. f.
We had vegetarian paella and seafood paella they both were delicious and a good size, the white sangria is also a must!
P. S.
Funky. Great tapas and cocktails. Nice view. Good vibes.
J. J.
One of the best rooftop bars in Melbourne with a cosy, relaxed vibe.
Amazing cocktails with tasty tapas with great spanish flavour.
Good location in the city and great to catch up with friends or on a date.
T. K. L.
Amazing food as usual, I had the banquet which was very well proportioned. My favourite place for Spanish cuisine, great service, atmosphere and most of all high quality food cooked with passion.
K. P.
Great selection of drink and food. Try the Sangria, it's really good. Tapas are great quality and recommend coming here with a group or staff party etc etc.
S. L.
Loved this place, we're from Brisbane and wanted some tapas and drinks while down here on a weekend away. Best food, excellent wine and super friendly service. Would recommend ++
P. H.
Rooftop is fairly small but they've made the most of it. Heaters and a remote-controlled roof means once you find a spot, the weather doesn't matter! Service is great too!
J. H.
Everyone who went here with us on this evening of dining out enjoyed their food. We had a different range of tastes and there was something for each of us. I would highly recommend this place.
S. M.
The food was excellent. A bit rushed as we had 2 hours to finish our lunch. Portions are small, so its good to get a few extra entrees.
M. M.
Bar and rooftop is a nice hangout area, but I would try not to go there afterwork (specially on Fridays) as it gets way too packed. the food is really nice (but mainly fried items)
N. B.
Food good for a tapas bar and worth going. Rooftop bar was mostly covered in and really hot on the hot night I went there. Might be better in winter and at a quieter time, otherwise, head downstairs.
A. M.
A fabulous inner city restaurant. The gnudi with artichokes was devine, not to heavy, it was the perfect lunch choice.
Attentive and friendly staff, I would happily return....in fact the roof top bar looks like the perfect place to spend an afternoon....and then the evening!
F. M.
One of the best restaurants and bars in Melbourne, I had my most recent birthday here and I think I'll have my next one here too!
d. s.
Great food, wide selection and lovely ambience! Will definitely return. Highly recommend the lamb ribs, pork jowl and corn!
D. B.
Great food and a great atmosphere. Really loved our time there and the stsff were attentive and went out of their way to be helpful.
We went there inn the recommendation of others and i can only say they were right.
S. G.
The slow cooked egg and mushrooms is a ridiculously delicious dish that I'll go back for again. Good range of yummy options sure to suit everyone. Both of the food and drink variety.
E. G.
I had my Xmas party here. Drinks at the top and food at ground floor. The food was very good. A soup tester was to die for and it was nice to see it served in a expresso cap :)
S. K.
Lunch specials are great value for money for the calibre restaurant. The portions will look small but filling enough, if you're an average eater.
A. V.
We came here by chance at 11pm Thursday night. The bar upstairs was really busy but we just wanted a quiet drink, so even though the kitchen had closed, the bar team (especially cara) looked after us... When I say kitchen closed the place was still buzzing.
T. P.
Amazing service, amazing food, loved everything about it. Every dish I tried was delicious and perfectly cooked.
Can't wait to go back again!
I. G.
Waited for way too long to make the order. Tapas dishes were fine, but paella was more like risotto rather than actual paella hence wasn’t impressed at all.
P. H.
Tasty food. Friendly staff. Would love to come again. Book a table recommended. We sat at the bar which was fine but I always prefer a rable.
S. B.
Great cocktails and cute rooftop! Highly recommend!
M. B.
Get to Bomba! Four of us went for roof top terrace drinks on sat nite- dinner there was unplanned and choosing the set menu delivered us from decision making and debate over what to have- and what a great choice! We started with a number of tapas- all delicious- crab and white bean soup, oysters, jamon, croquettes, lamb chop and great corn on the cob and finished with a bang with mouth-watering pork, freekeh salad and prawns- fab service from the main man and our waitress Nola - wine great too- we will be back!
K. M.
Go straight to the rooftop, do not pass go, perhaps get out $200 but know it will be worth every penny of a great night. The perfect Melbourne hangout when I want to pretend I'm in NYC. Sample classic or creative cocktails and delicious small dishes to keep your strength up while you enjoy the view the vibe and the Melbourne skyline.
B. C.
We have eat a very very good paella with fish! Taste it, it's was very delicious and not so expensive, like 30-38 dollars depends on ingredients
L. C.
A pleasant surprise. Service was on and off however understandable with the December chaos. Food was good and reasonably priced and the place had a nice, relaxed atmosphere.
C. C.
The tapas are fantastic, full of flavour and style. Drinks are just yum! View from the rooftop is all about the skyl ijne
C. S.
We love to come here, great service and frequently changing menu. For a CBD location the prices are reasonable. Good crowd, don't expect a quiet and cosy place, you gotta raise your voice to talk.
C. H.
Second time we've been here. Food really good and great atmosphere, accommodate well for coeliacs. Would recommend to a friend, or a randomer on the internet.
M. S.
Great spot. Indoor bar or rooftop. Both very nice spaces. Staff friendly and responsive. Recommend.
R. M.
The best Spanish restaurant in MLB Oz
D. M.
Great rooftop bar - ideal for a drink after work.
T. C.
The food was very nice but we had to wait 40 minutes for our booked table to be ready. It was a good thing that the company was entertaining.
S. C.
Delicious and unique dishes, fantastic customer service and amazing drinks!
L. P.
My favorite rooftop in Melbourne. I never get tired of Bomba. The view is stunning. The rooftop is intimate, the service is great and the wine is delicious.
S. A.
Great ambience. Great selection of craft beers and interesting cocktail options. Food was also pretty good - try the squid and chorizo!!
S. C.
Better option than The Arbory or Riverland from a food perspective. Bar is also better stocked and service was good but misses the ambiance of the riverside places.
D. B.
Great food and a great atmosphere. Really loved our time there and the stsff were attentive and went out of their way to be helpful. …

Good service, yummy food, but portions are way too small for prices
T.
Friendly staff and table service as well. Nice breezy Rooftop Bar without being completely outside in the elements.
P. S.
Great staff and cocktails.
OK view in the city
M. N.
Sensational spot and awesome service!
M. Y.
Excellent service and delicious tapas. Great if you have dietary requirements - they are accommodating and efficient. Definitely need to book.
E. L.
Nice place to visit.
Had set menu, food was nice.
But too many people on Friday.
K. j.
Love the workers lunch, atmosphere and service! Great meet up place or special night out anytime of the week. Yummo!
A. R.
Nice and warm atmosphere. Gets too cozy at times and congested. Even though portions relatively small, still tasty and filling.
R. P.
Really good food and fair prices on food, however drinks are way too expensive and the cocktail I had was filled with more ice than liquid...

Delicious wee dinner at the bar; the marrow bone on toast and 'Bomba' style Eton Mess were winners, plus can't go wrong with their wine list.
