S. Y.Arrived here as the other bar closed earlier than their web says. As a Thursday night this was surprisingly quiet. The staff was really welcoming. Just need a bit me moment, so the quiet suits me.
R. b.There's a huge range of drinks that will suit anyone, I recommend Troll Cup! Also the KFC burger is probably the best fried chicken burger I have ever had. The staff are always friendly and upbeat. It's a place I really enjoy going. The atmosphere is great and they hold events regularly.
A.My favourite bar in Melbourne. Video Games, craft beer, alcoholic bubble tea and excellent food.

H.Basement eSports bar with great food, large selection of beverages (including alcoholic bubble tea!!), and screens on every wall. Daily specials (check out their social media) and friendly staff. If the game you would like to watch isn't on the screens, ask the staff and they will pop it on one of the screens for you.

It's a place where I can hang out with my friends who love gaming but also friends who don't play games. It really caters towards both groups and I'm always pleased to bring people here.
Lachy who runs the place is also one of the friendliest and kindest people I've met. He's always been accommodating to me and whoever I bring.

An underground bar that has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Drinks are slightly above average, mostly $1 over some drinks. A hidden gem that deserves more attention.

M. G.Great atmosphere, really accommodating staff. We came in at around 9pm, and they set up a booth and put a VoD we requested to watch while we ate and drank. Ordered the Korean Fried Chicken and PubG Parma. Both were generous serving portions and were delicious. The Kimchi on top of the Parma was an excellent combination. Tried various cocktails, all were excellent. The standouts were the bubble cups, slurp juice, and Widowmaker cocktail. Would highly recommend GGEZ, and hope to see more bars in a similar vein start popping up. For now, GGEZ sets the standard.

One thing worth noting, is it can get a bit tight in there when it's busy. I've never seen it too bad, but it might be something to keep in mind of you have anxiety.
That said the place is always very clean, including the bathroom. And the crowd it attracts are always (in my experience) nice, welcoming and polite.

All your standard drinks are here but why not try the bubblecup cocktails for something different? They don't disappoint.

K. T.Nice atmosphere, everyone in the bar seemed friendly and there wasn't any of the usual "bar bro's" you sometimes see at other bars. The drinks menu in my opinion was fairly limited, but each one was related to a different video game (obviously), and even at 1am on a Saturday the staff were very friendly and attentive. It would also be great if there were more games to play, there was only one arcade machine with a PlayStation 4, but more classic arcade machines would be nice.

The only negative from making this 5 stars is the toilets are located directly in the middle of the venue, close to the bar making the area smell like urine.

But for what it is, a bar that caters to gamers, esports and streamer communities, it is a lot of fun.

J. F.I watched the Dota 2 international here and the viewing experience wasn't the best. Sound quality is not optimal. I really like their gamer menu and it is a very unique place, but I wish food was better.
A.Playing up a lot on the "le gamers" aspect, really only a couple of screens playing some in house stuff (smash) or some streams/replays.
Not much seating available, place is really set up for larger groups.
Drinks were good, a little expensive for them though. Staff were charming throughout.
