For a neighbourhood local pub, they have certainly got incredible music on Friday nights. The female vocalist Shae completely blew us away with her performance. We will definitely be coming back to see her and enjoy after work drinks on Friday. Thanks!

Long time customer of the Gladstone park hotel, I spend most of my time in the gaming room and just wanted to say how lovely the staff are, the main gaming room staff of Donna, Maryanne & Tracey are wonderful, the manager Rhi is a lovely young lady who always comes up to have a chat with me, the sercuity guards Nick, Ricky and Omar are so good always make me feel safe and welcome. You have a wonderful team of staff who make coming to the Gladstone park hotel a great experience.

Had a booking for lunch here today as i was in the area to meet up with some people. I was pleasantly surprised, it was clean ,service at the table was a positive and the meals were nice. Some had seniors meals and they were of a good size and well priced. Would recommend to book ahead as it was reasonably busy.

Well let me be straight up here and say that if it was a review of just the food I would have given it 5 stars. However the service let it down. Anyway, let me get back to the food. I ordered the parma with chips and salad and wow. The napoli sauce was unique in its taste, it just had the right balance. The salad was delicious with the right dressing and the chips were crisp. We were fortunate enough to call in for lunch yesterday in the garden bar and the young brunette girl behind the bar was fantastic. Her professional and pleasant demeanour were beyond reproach and complimented our nice lunch. To have such a delightful and dedicated employee as young as her is a huge bonus for the hotel

I went there for my 70th Birthday lunch. I couldn't fault the food or the atmosphere other than my leek and bacon soup was very salty my Grandson and I couldn't eat it. It was mentioned by me to the staff and simply waved off - she just didn't want to know. But everything else was great especially my vegetarian daughters' eggplant parma and I wish I'd had the fish, although my roast pork was good even though there was no crackle, because the fish looked amazing. I certainly recommend this Pub despite a couple of hiccups.

The restaurant is open and uncluttered, service is very thoughtful, particularly for someone in a wheelchair. If booking, let them know that as there are two levels, one with a couple of steps. My only complaint of the venue is access to the club from the car park with a wheelchair. Fine if you drive to the door to drop-off the passenger and then find a park but overall the condition of the access into the club over the entries into their car park is deplorable.

We have been going here for years. The meals used to be very nice. The Seniors meals are shrinking and shrinking. It is not only us that has noticed it. Our neighbour has also complained about the latest menu and the size of the meals. Last night we both had main courses - both were OK but we won’t be hurrying back. We went here for lunch yesterday. We were really impressed. Both Seniors meals were plentiful, the salad was nice and the chips were crisp- we will definitely be returning.

My husband and I visited Gladstone Park Hotel for dinner as we found an offer in the entertainment book. We were delightfully surprised, parking was easy and the venue is nice and clean. We were greeted and served by Nicole who was one of the nicest and friendliest waiters I have had in a while (I feel like she can work in an upmarket restaurant). She seated us, gave us menus, got us water and ordered our drinks. When Nicole took our order she offered other suggestions for sides we may enjoy. It was a wonderful experience. I also noticed her doing the same with other patrons who also seemed impressed and grateful for her wonderful service. The food was delicious, I had the garlic prawns. The serving was light (which garlic prawns tend to be) so if you are hungry I probably do not recommend this dish. My husband had the steak cooked rare which he enjoyed and found mouth-watering. Being pub style food we found the quality and food above your standard pub and we would be happy to visit this place again if in the area.

My first stay at the Accommodation attached to the hotel. I have eaten here before The accommodation is fine for the price - actually great value I suggest... but its not 4 star stuff. Still, very clean and neat and really well presented. Nonetheless the ambience and feel of the hotel is great. Love the Garden Bar area and the restaurant is excellent...better than average pub food. Staff were exceptional and NOT in short supply. The location must have to meet your needs - its not a tourist location but VERY close to the Melbourne airport if you are in transit. I was here for business. Definitely recommended, if value for money is you thing. Easy to find but if you get a cab from the airport expect some resistance from the driver...too short a ride!

This was the first time I had stayed at Gladstone Park since the major renovations had been completed. The motel rooms are still the same low budget accommodation that they have always been but now with the advantage of an enclosed corridor which makes them quieter. The real hightlight was the Garden bar. This new area has been very well designed and has a great atmosphere. The young bar tender had a personality of wet cardboard but over time he will get to understand the importance of a good bar person. The meals were spot on,. Fresh, well cooked produce, fast service and hot. Brilliant! The waitresses were busily rushing around ensuring with a big smile and ensuring everyone's needs were met. A good all round experience

First thing I want to comment on is the staff...they were absolutely brilliant, great with the kids and very very accomadating and had heaps of patience. ...the food was also very good, some small changes to the menu. I had the spring seafood platter was really good, the wife had the gorgonzola gnocchi and loved it...the kids meals were huge...well worth the visit

Went for a few drinks on Friday night and the DJ was great. Music was on point for that time of the night. Prices were also good. The recent renovations are great and really open the place up. Maybe a little too bright at 11pm on a friday, but im sure they'll fix that up and dim it down before renovations are done. Bar staff are great and security was friendly. I ordered the roast of the day (beef) for dinner. While the serving size was generous, the vegetables served were just peas and pumpkin, the peas had been left in the bain marie too long and were dried out. The roast was cut quite thick and not as tender as I'd have liked. The other diners in my group also had average meals although I was told the soup of the day (tomato) was excellent.

The risotto with bacon and peas and the pork stir fry with vegetables were superb. The cream of mushroom soup is delicious. Table service is very good, waitresses friendly and very helpful. Clean toilets (there are alot) with 2 paper towel dispensers and 2 hand driers. Place has been up-dated since i was last here and has a much better appearance. Very pleasant atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again. Would recommend to tourists who have just landed at Tullamarine Airport who are looking for a place to eat at.

Acceptable for what it is, for cheap overnight accommodation, especially its close proximity to Melbourne Airport. Can't really criticise it, as it offered what I wanted and needed.
