I booked online which was absolutely quick and painless, and you have the option to get a SMS reminder, as well as a calendar booking, which is really helpful. I was there for the notary service, and Keith gave me all of the information that I required (as well as a supporting document outlining everything), which was a good thing as I would have potentially wasted a lot of time and money posting a document back to South Africa without all of the steps being completed. I needed to see a Notary Public officer to sort an urgent matter relating to accidentally losing Admin rights on my Facebook Business Page. From start to finish the process was quick, efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. To make an appointment with Keith was quick and easy with his online booking system. Keith had the relevant Statutory Declaration documents completed for me on the spot while I waited. He outlined Facebook’s request for certain ‘legal’ wording, to be included in the document, would make it Illegal and invalid here in Australia and included the correct wording. Facebook insisted on their wording even after Keith, on his own time, wrote a letter outlining the laws of Victoria, Australia. Keith’s perseverance enabled me to reclaim my Admin rights. Keith is based Bayside – Hampton/Brighton area, is very personable and I am very happy to recommend him to anyone and will certainly use his services again should I need to.
