A charming country pub with a very welcoming feel. We were treated very kindly by the owner who took the time to show us around, explaining the pub's history as we went. We enjoyed a refreshing cold beer, while taking in the mouth watering aromas of wood fired pizzas cooking in the kitchen. A lovely ambience, with many cheerful locals sharing grand old yarns. Will certainly be back.

Such a chilled out pub... if you are visiting Greendale, do stop by for a beer or some food. You won't be disappointed with the rustic good vibes!! And it's a pretty big space with indoor and outdoor seating. If you're lucky you will spot a fleet of vintage cars and some mean machine bikes

Congratulations to the team at the Greendale Pub. Second week in a row for a Saturday night meal for us. First week, 5 of us enjoyed fantastic food with a comprehensive yummy menu. Second week booked in a group of 27 people which grew to 32 people. The pub was so accommodating to our needs. Order taking quick with our meals arriving in a timely manner. One of the best little pubs we have ever stumbled across!! The service was so welcoming and friendly! The customer service was top notch! The beer was refreshingly cold and delicious! And the meals!!! Wow! The steak was cooked to perfection, their scallop potatoes were to die for! The lamb shanks and mash were out of this world! The serving sizes won't leave you disappointed or hungry! Good true blue old pub style servings! Cant wait to go back and visit again when we are allowed out again!

Some of the not so favorable reviews on here make me laugh. Best parma i've ever had and the service is what it is, its a pub not a bloody michelin star restaurant! So if you want the best parma you can buy and a great old country pub atmosphere then Greendale pub is it! For the rest of you butt hurt sooks carrying on about the service harden up yu bunch of sooks.

First time we went, meals were great. Next time service was not very good. Ordered garlic bread for entree and Parma for main. Waiting patiently for a garlic bread, when next minute out came our main. When asking the girl about the garlic bread, she didn't believe we had ordered it and went to talk to the lady who actually took our order and was told yes we had ordered it. So it was brought out, when we no longer required it. Would of been nice to be asked if we still wanted it.

Well located at the junction, on the way to Blackwood. Blackwood is the home to Garden of St Erths, part of Diggers Club group. It is also a great place for hiking! There is a coffee shop and hotel in Blackwood. This Greendale Hotel offers quite a few tables to fit a small party of 100?. There is a bar for those looking for it! I find it a pleasing country venue. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. It closes quite early on weekends. Call first if you definite want to go there on the weekends. Hope it helps.

Great family and community friendly pub. Australia Day woodchop was a big hit this year with face painting, jumping castle, CFA BBQ, raffle tickets, live music and of course the woodchop. Good to have a community event like this to help raise money for the local CFA where we can all get together. Thank you Greendale Pub!

Went with my sister and brother in law for lunch today 7th June 2018. We all agreed the best lunch out. Bro had Lamb Shanks, my sister had Sirloin steam with prawn sauce and I had Chicken Parmiagiana with scalloped potatoes and vegetables. We also had dessert after our fabulous lunch of hot jam donuts with cream or icecream. I will definitely come again. Thank you for the fantastic service and food. We also complimented them and the chef.
