This place is amazing!! The staff are super friendly and professional. We came here for a drink after axe throwing on a Friday night. Saw the chef was cooking, food looks amazing!!smells great! We booked a lunch session and came back on Saturday. The “feed me” menu is definitely a great option if you are not sure what to order and still want to try everything. Charcoal Meat plus beer is absolutely the best combination in a hot summer day! Thanks for the delicious food!! And the Turkish bread is 👍👍👍

What a great venue tucked away in East Perth. Really cool decor! The food we had was absolutely delicious and there are plenty of drink options for everyone's tastes - beer, wine, cocktails, spirits and even non-alcoholic options. I am visiting Perth and picked this place at random when looking for a local brewery that sells take aways. My sister and I took a punt on the Friday foldies for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The innards were fresh, juicy and tasty Vietnamese inspired chicken and salad and the bread was amazing. We tried the first four brews on the list as a paddle. I’d love to come back to try their beerier offerings (and eat more of their bread!). Bright, friendly and helpful staff topped off our lovely first lunch together away from kids! I think my sister will be back with friends in tow :)

Hidden drewy in old East Perth industrial area with great selection of craft beers from lagers to sour beer's. Only had some snacks but the food was very flavorsome & the menu had a number of things I would like to try. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful hidden gem Had dinner at Brown Street Grill which is located inside Bright Tank Brewing Co. You can smell the wonderful wood fire oven as soon as you walk in. We had the lamb, ribs and cauliflower. Food was wonderful cooked and presented. Great wine list as well so not restricted to just beer. Service was great and was full on a Sunday night. Will definitely going back.

I recommend the pork skewers,crispy chicken,barramundi and mille feuille. The octopus was soft and nice but I wished there were more chorizo sausages to balance the sour sauce. The wagyu skirt was a bit small compared to the price.The okra and roast potatoes were nice too along with beer paddle.Overall my family enjoyed the dishes and we will come again.

Omg the food and service was sensational!!! I saw a random review on fb foodies and decided to try it out and the flavours were incredible and oh so beautiful 😍 pork jowl was juicy and crispy and zesty, chargrilled chicken with jalepeno salsa delicious... the heirloom carrots, broccoli and eggplant also great... think middle eastern flavours! Desserts were as delicious as they were pretty (Pannawonica citta and black sesame icecream sandwich were the stand outs). It was also really reasonably priced! Plus it's in a brewery so lots of good drinks option. Would also like to add the service was warm and genuine 🥰. The food was so good I was completely full lying in bed imagining what I wanted to eat again or try next time. I think it's my new favourite!! Do yourself a favour and try it out!!

I love this place! Massive fan of their beers. Although not a massive fan of the new menu. I have no doubt that the food would be incredible but at the end of the day, I’m coming to a pub for a beer & a feed, I’m not coming to somewhere like Nobu to have a meal. Where are your burgers, parmi’s, pasta etc? As I said, I’m sure the food would be amazing but I didn’t come here for that. I came here to enjoy a tasty beer and to have a feed… not for a beer & fine dining. I mean no offence what so ever…. I just don’t understand why you guys had to change the menu when your beer is good enough to speak for itself to bring people in without having to go all fancy with the menu.

It was my first time here last night and and I was very impressed with the food. So good! Loved it all. Started well with easy parking nearby which was a bonus. The outdoor seating looked comfortable with a good ambience but we chose to sit inside with a view of the kitchen and all the delicious things coming out of it! Enjoyed a smooth bottle of Tasmanian Pinot Noir tonight; celebrating the (slightly) cooler weather. I hear that their selection beers are legendary too. Awesome and well thought out menu covering all the bases for meat eaters and vego's alike. I can only vouch for the hot dog sliders, char sui pork pide, kung pow sprouts and the chargrilled peaches with burrata. My mouth is still watering! Everything being put on the pass looked incredible. the amount of work going into the components of each dish is mind-blowing, and it all works. Thank you!

Great selection of craft beers of course - and the opportunity to learn more about how they make it on a 'brewery tour' from the staff if you ask! Food was delicious, crunchy, saucy and a great compliment to the choice of beers on offer.

Very friendly staff, they were very accommodating to our two prams /babies. The staff were helpful in telling me about the beer and the processes they use. Its a family owned business that is run by a husband and wife team with a brew master that has come over from Gage Road brewing and they are doing some very interesting and original brewing (8 varieties on tap) . All the beers here are their own. They seem to have a decent selection of wine, food and spirits aswell. Its a small space compared to others but if your there for the beer your in the right place.

This is a great brewery slightly hidden away in a newly renovated area. I love the style of this brewery, the use of street art on the walls and tables, the cans look great as well! We tried a tasting paddle: NEIPA, West coast IPA, brown ale, white stout. All very good beers but the one that stood out the most was the white stout, so surprising! The food looked nice as well from what I could see. Good amount of people, not crazy busy, the long rectangular shape of the space (and tables) give however less of a cosy feel to the place...

Arancini balls were lacking flavour, ribs were well cooked on the middle but burnt on the outside (not bark) with no real body to the flavour. Have had the most delicious food every time I visited. Love the sharing of food with family and friends - it also means you get to try more dishes. Food is chargrilled which gives it a beautiful smoky/charred taste. The combination of spices makes for delicious flavours. Every time I think I will try a pizza I get distracted by a new dish. Last tine tried the pork jowl with a ginger soy dressing shiso and sesame and jasmine rice; black pepper [park skewers with a curry leaf sambal and a turmeric and lemon aioli; chargrilled octopus, cauliflower puree, fennel salad and sobresada; burnt eggplant, tahini yoghurt and herb salad and ras el hanout roasted cauliflower, harissa chickpeas dill yoghurt and za'atar - soooooo yummy!

Good little brewery in East Perth with a few good variety of beers. We went as a group after axe throwing for a few drinks and nibbes. We had made a booking for an allocated area and table, however we were told that the area / table was double booked when we arrived, so we ended up standing for the time we were there. Food options were very limited as kitchen is being renovated. Food was still yummy. Staff was generally friendly except for a couple who were rude to some of my friends.

It was okay. It was a nice enough place, with cool styling and theme in an area that needs more exciting features. The beers I tasted were tasty, but they had run out of larger, which seems odd for a brewery. Also, our waitress seemed to be counting down the minutes until she could go home. Fantastic food, great beers and even better service!! I cannot fault this place in anyway, I brought a great gaggle of people in too early for our booking (we'd been hurling axes around at the place around the corner and decided we needed a reviving drop earlier than expected) and they accommodated us in every way. The staff there are lovely and so helpful and the food is outrageously good. I had the cheeseburger and (as is the right of the birthday girl) had a nibble of everyone else's delectable delights (the fried chicken was also a real treat). LOVED the stout!! I freaking love this place!!! The beer is banging... progressive flavours in traditional styles. Something to please everyone; NEIPA (pic) and saison are my faves. The food is on a seasonal menu, and changes quarterly. Little bit fancier than your average pub food, but it's delicious. The staff will happily advise on beer-food pairings. (2019 summer menu; paw paw salad and barra wings are my food picks) Lots of events and beer degustations. A set menu with beers are the perfect way to experience Bright Tank and are definitely worth a go! Plus there's a train station very close by so no need to drive!

Went to Brown Street Grill at Bright Tank Brewing Co recently on a busy Saturday night. Our table was right in front of the kitchen which was great as we could see all the action going on. Chef Stuart Laws is a joy to watch and interact with. We could see how passionate and proud he was of the food he presented, as he should be! It was delicious! We had skull island prawns, crispy potatoes and a divine pizza with crab on. The tomato sauce on the pizza was beautiful and vibrant. We had a GF base as I am GF. I apologised to my friend in advance as GF bases can be hit and miss. I tell you, this is up there with some of the best GF bases I’ve tried. My friend said they wouldn’t have known it was GF which is exactly what you want. I can’t wait to go back and try some of the other enticing menu options. All the staff at Bright Tank are always very friendly and last night was no different. Such a great well run operation.

The food offering is more than what you would expect from a brew pub. Definitely not your average pub fare here. I would recommend trying the miso carrots or the beef tataki. The beers I've tried have all been great. A really interesting selection, perfect for an afternoon or evening of drinking and eating.

An awesome little neighbourhood brewery bar that makes me wish I lived in the neighbourhood. If I had a place like this down the road It'd be dangerous. The beer list was solid, with a few brews that were away from your typical 'lager, pale, IPA, amber/dark' list, which is good to see. I'm a big fan of the no filter IPA and Brut IPA. Love the layout, the communal tables next to the fermenters etc, and the decor was pretty sweet

Amazing seasonal beers so much flavour, off the beaten track hidden away in east Perth, good music and incredible service from the girls behind the bar special mention to T, charged my phone and helped me call a taxi home after a Sunday of fantastic beer paddles!! Been here once, it looks cool from the outside and the location is quite secluded but so unique that this gem is hidden in the midst of apartments in East Perth. Atmosphere is good, pretty ordinary compared to most of the bars in town. However, it's too noisy to my liking (because I do prefer quieter restaurant where I don't to yell in order to have a chat with my friends. Do try out their awesome own brewed beers because they are delicious. Booking is recommended as this place can be packed on the weekend.

I highly recommend Bright Tank for quality craft beer. My pick was the Red IPA, and how about the smoked porter - I've never tasted a beer like it. Super clean beers with an impressive array of flavours and even freshness. This is possibly the only brewery I've ever been to where reactions to each beer on the tasting board prompted a 'wow', due to the difference and complexity of flavours in each. Attentive service, top notch food and some equally tasty cocktails, very well thought out combinations and flavours. Fantastic work team!

I was going to the Pink concert at Perth Arena and found this a great place to grab a drink before the show, as the Claisebrook train station is at the end of the street. I've been a hospitality FOH pro for 15years, don't know much about brewing but know a fair bit about food, and lots about concept and service. I had a wicked time nustled in front of the distilling tanks taste testing the array of beers; it felt like the Munich beer maiden had a love child with Melbourne street artist whilst dining out in margerate river. There was a wide choice of beers and we were encouraged to taste... They were all lovely to drink (though heavy on the alc% and a little on the purse). I was really not expecting such a great food menu (I thought the beer would be the star) so I was blown away to find unique eclectic menu that was thoughtfully matched to the beers on offer ... We shared one snack, four bigger bites and one dessert and it was up there for taste and technique! Every dish was awesome and reasonably priced. Service was relaxed, diligent, and friendly... I would recommend this place for after-work drinks, casual business lunch or a good food sharing, beer smashing session with your friends over the weekend or after the footy! Just awesome. Take a coat though, because it got cool later in the night.
